I don’t even know where to start about Dr. Basti and the staff .. This is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. Just to start off Veronica and the rest of the staff is always smiling and so happy every visit which makes every appointment a pleasure. Veronica is always going above and beyond to accommodate to our family, making sure we are happy. The team work at this office is amazing it’s more of a family atmosphere. As for Dr. Basti I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude in words . She is the very best dentist I have ever had. She has done lots of work to my teeth and they are perfect. I get complimented on a daily basis because of her amazing work. I have three children and all three love her as well.. She is always smiling and able to make everyone comfortable from myself down to my youngest who is five years old. Dr. Basti not only is she a pleasure to be around, she is also the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever had. She is straight to the point in getting the needs met and never trying to add extra unnecessary procedures. Having a husband in the military we will not be here in San Clemente forever but My three children will be coming back every six months to this dental office . I will never see another dentist as long as this office is open . Thank you all for all you do for myself and my family

I love Nina. She is very kind and really cares about you and is overall just an extremely gifted dentist and pleasant person! Her staff are as well! I have had 2 cleanings here and 2 crowns. I believe she’s as gentle and slow (if you need it) as possible for a crown process. (I mean you are getting a crown and sometimes as an adult you just have to “buck up” and deal with what you have to deal with.) her crows are just beautiful! And they are able to be X-ray through to see what’s going on inside your tooth after! My other crown was not like that, so glad Nina replaced it! My children have all gone here as well for cleanings and one got an expander with Nina and she was always so nice and encouraging to my child and now she has a better smile for Nina’s work! Thank you for making an environment that makes coming to the dentist a relief!

There are no words to describe how much my family and I appreciate Dr. Nina Basti and her staff for all of their kindness and work. They have helped us thru a dental infection to tooth extraction to mouth guards! Their level of expertise coupled with the care they put in have literally left my kids constantly asking when their next appointment is! Dr Basti & her staff are wonderful, I rarely waiting more than a couple minutes from the time I check in, till I’m brought back to the exam chair. They are very concerned with patient comfort if you need to have ‘work done’. (Like my crown- which was made right in the office- no dealing with a temporary crown!) The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience here getting a new crown and a deep cleaning. Dr. Nina Basti worked on my crown and was a perfectionist throughout the entire process. My deep cleaning was all done by dental hygienist Suzanna who by far my favorite staff member there. Such a sweet, friendly and personable woman. With Suzanna’s personality, the welcoming smiles from the reception staff and Dr. Basti’s sweetness, Id say it was a 5-star dental experience. If I could stop by every day I would….I love this entire office THAT much. Dr Nina is the kindest, most gentle and competent dentist I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I’ve had several crowns and they made the entire experience more than tolerable. Nina found I was grinding my teeth and fitted me with a night guard that had to be adjusted several times. She did it with a smile and never did I feel like I was a bother.
From Meghan at the front desk, who is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside to the hygienists who accommodate my temperature sensitivity, I am more than pleased- I’m delighted! I have driven from San Diego to San Clemente every three months for the past 5 years for this wonderful team! I absolutely LOVE them.

The staff was phenomenal all the way from the receptionist, to my hygienist Kathy, to the Dr. herself. I’m on vacation and lacking free time. I ended up needing some serious attention to my teeth ASAP. This place bent over backwards to help me squeeze in the schedule and get it done. They do awesome work, they are super welcoming, and genuinely care about their patients. I am very grateful I found this place, even under the unfortunate circumstances and bad timing. My daughter, Brittyn and I have been going to this dental office a little over 4 years and both of us have had great experiences. Walking in the staff greets us by name and are so welcoming. It’s never a long wait to be seen and most times they see my daughter and myself at the same time which helps tremendously so neither of us have to wait on the other and can continue on with our day. We’ve been seeing Dr Nina since she joined this office and couldn’t be more pleased with her. She’s gentle, thorough, sweet, funny and puts you at ease while you’re in the chair. I, myself, have always hated going to the dentist but Dr Nina and the entire staff makes it not feel like the “dreaded dental visit”. Welcome to our website! I am Dr. Nina Basti, a family and cosmetic dentist committed to providing you and your family with personal and professional dental care. I chose a path in dentistry for several reasons. I enjoy the personal lifelong relationships that are created in my profession, the trust my patients put in my hands, and the benefits I provide in the health and confidence in their smiles. Following my undergraduate studies at USC, I completed my dental hygiene. After few years of private practice in a celebrity office in Brentwood area and teaching at USC Dental School, I decided to pursue my lifelong dream of dentistry. I graduated from USC Dental School on 2005. I've been practicing in Mission Viejo for the past 8 years, and was very lucky to meet Dr Brian Rice and to join him in my new "home away from home" in San Clemente.
