After seeing Dr. Leonard for a few years I was a bit nervous about Dr. Conover taking over, turns out I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Conover has been wonderful, and completed everything from a routine check up, to saving me from a root canal. In addition to Dr. Conover, the entire staff goes above and beyond to help their patients. Noble Dental was the first dental group I switched to after moving to Philly and having been with the same dentist for the last 15+ years. Noble Dental is a terrific family dentistry practice. My entire family goes to Noble Dental for their dental needs. When we moved back to the city after 20 years in the suburbs we needed a new dentist. Noble is great, obviously very proficient at dentistry with the latest techniques and procedures, but it’s the friendliness of the staff that makes it special. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to Doctors Conover and Leonard, they couldn’t be more polite, friendly and sincerely interested in your health, your family and well being.

Old school meets high tech.The staff is genuine in a way you might find in a small town, and the nurses and administrators go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. No TVs or fancy decor, but quiet and clean. I have brought several complications to their routine, including difficult insurance/billing situations, special scheduling requests, as well as — my small children. The went out of their way to make it all work, in my case– Mimi, Colleen, Tracy, and Joanne. In a big city way, however, they run a tight ship in terms of efficiency and promptness. Dr. Conover garners a great deal of digital information about your mouth–including pictures and detailed X-rays. He is savvy in using dental technology, communicates regularly with specialists and is well-read in his field. He makes creative decisions about procedures, and follows through systematically. Overall–terrific.

My Friend Scott recommended his office, and I made an appointment and the experience was above and beyond all expectations. The staff and assistants were incredible and dr. I’ve never been more welcomed and greeted by the most absolute pleasant staff at any type of office. It is immediately evident that everyone on Dr. Conover’s team is passionate about their job which gave me comfort knowing they are professionals at what they do, and care about each patient. The staff at Noble Dental are top-notch in every way. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Every person there seems genuinely happy to be at work. It is so rare to find an office where everyone that works there seems to feel valued and content. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the good vibes. The first time I came in, one of the staff members rode the elevator down to the ground floor with me after I mentioned to her that I was claustrophobic. It was so sweet and I was so touched. They really go above and beyond! Dr. Conover is always upbeat, professional and efficient. He was able to remove a leftover bracket from my Invisalign braces that a previous dentist had neglected to take care of in a matter of seconds. My previous dentist had told me I’d need to come in for a separate appointment to do something that Dr. Conover did in less than a minute! I could not recommend Noble Dental more. I’ll never go anywhere else =)

First my phone call to schedule an appointment. My call was answered by a young lady named Tracy. I just knew she was smiling as I explained the purpose of my appointment and when I was able to come. Tracy was the consummate Pro. Knowledgeable and friendly. I arrived at the office and was greeted by a staff with purpose. That purpose was to make me feel welcome and comfortable. All the above was the icing on the cake. And then I met Dr. Conover. The “cake” so to speak. He was fantastic. He explained in easy to understand terms what my best course of action would be. Offering me choices depending on my economic situation. I felt confident I made the best choice in Noble Dental. I had been with my previous dentist for about 20 years and he was special. So I was very apprehensive making a change. But I nailed it with Dr. Conover and his incredible Staff!!

The employees at Dr. Conover’s office are friendly and efficient. Their customer service is easily 5-star quality. I was greeted with smiles and and didn’t have to wait long before I was seen. My hygienist (I didn’t catch her name – she had a long blond braid and glasses and blue eyes) was very gentle and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, given the nature of dentistry of course. Dr. Conover came in and performed a quick inspection. He didn’t try to sell me on anything – he was very transparent and told me my teeth/gums were perfectly healthy and that I could have some stuff done aesthetically if I wanted but that it wasn’t necessary. (Meanwhile, my former dentist had actually insisted that I needed 2 fillings replaced.) Needless to say, I was impressed with their customer service and the quality of my care! Thanks. You have a new, happy customer.

Dr Conover has done a great job transitioning into the existing practice of Dr Leonard and Dr Leonard as they are transitioning into retirement. The practice has upgraded in many ways but still has a personal feel. All staff are always very friendly and professional. I have been a patient for several years and have been extremely pleased with their services. The offices are always clean and the staff is amazing! I work downtown and punctuality is very important to me. If my appointment is for 3pm, I’m in the chair by 3pm no waiting! They always go out of their way to make me feel welcome and very comfortable. Painless dentistry is not a marketing tagline here but a reality! My last treatment was somewhat cumbersome and I fully expected to have some level of discomfort. However Dr Conover made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel a thing! I was lucky enough to be referred by a friend and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dentist!

I hadn’t had any major tooth work in years but needed two fillings replaced, and a third larger one changed to a crown. Never had that before! It took two appointments but they knew exactly how to manage the time, use the right amount of anesthesia to wear off shortly after, and warned me before any sensitive moments! Plus, they gave me instructions when I asked, having no idea they were also sending a personalized email afterward, explaining what to do and what to expect, for both the fillings and crown.

Dr Conover and his team (Maria and Colleen) are exceptional with my dental care. They really took the time with my first consultation, cleaning and, yes I needed fillings… ugh, But! They made it not your traditional dentist visit! No scolding like years ago. I signed up for Invisalign which means impressions and some frequent appointments. Every visit was easier than I expected, even some of the unpleasant stuff for the Invisalign! As a surgeon my schedule is NOT very much my own, and the office always allowed me to move an appointment, even the same day, if something came up (only happened once though). I’d say their waiting room is nice but I’ve seriously never used it! Please take my 5 stars!

I love Noble Dental. I have been a patient here for about 6 years now and consider Maria, the phenomenal dental hygienist, to be a friend I have the opportunity to catch up with twice a year (although I usually have some apparatus in my mouth, which makes our conversations challenging but no less enjoyable). Unlike many dentists, Noble Dental does not recommend unnecessary dental work. If all looks good, they will tell you so. I have been a patient of dentists who, like the Boy Who Cried Wolf, seem to concoct all sorts of “necessary” procedures and who am I to argue? Noble Dental rarely tells me I need a procedure as long as I continue routine maintenance, though, so I am confident that if they recommend it, they mean it. Their location is convenient, especially if you work in Center City, and scheduling appointments is a breeze. Do yourself a favor and check out Noble Dental!

I had major TMJ and teeth grinding problems. I live in Los Angeles and have been to many consultations and no one was able to fix my problem. I was visiting Philly and someone referred me to Dr. Conover and told me that he can fix my problem. I dread going to the dentist and the last thing I wanted to do during my vacation was to go to the dentist. But my visit to Noble Dental changed my fear of the dentist. The staff was amazing especially Colleen. She is the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable. Also, Dr. Conover was very gentle and explained each procedure so I wasn’t scared. A mouth appliance was made and mailed to me in Los Angeles. I have been wearing it for several weeks now and it is definitely relaxing my jaw. My daily migraines and tightness of the jaw has significantly decreased. I wished I lived closer. I would highly recommend Noble Dental for any TMJ issues or even any dental work.

I would like to let Mimi’s supervisor know how great she is. I have been coming there for over 10 years and Mimi has been so wonderful since Day 1. Now I have my 5 year old coming and she gets so excited to go see Mimi. From the moment my daughter walks in she runs to Mimi and is ready to jump in the chair. Mimi allows my daughter to feel like she is a helper and tops it off with a blowup glove (which my daughter calls Mimi). I cannot thank you enough for giving my daughter the greatest experience and also making me feel comfortable ever time I am in the chair.
