If I could, I would give Dr. Soo more than 5 stars. He is an amazing and talented orthodontist. What really makes him outstanding is his integrity. As my daughter’s orthodontic treatment progressed, Dr. Soo made recommendations about additional courses of action to ensure that my daughter got the outcome we wanted and at no additional charge. He did this because he was committed to giving us the best possible service. We are ecstatic with the results. Also, his staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Noland Soo is our Orthodontist. I can’t express our extreme gratitude with the above and beyond service we received from him. Our daughter had braces and was seeing Dr. Soo as her Orthodontist. One night she was playing co-ed Friday Night Light Flag Football (coed) while in 6th grade, and had a freak accident during a game where 4 of her front teeth were knocked out, hanging by the braces wires smashed in. We went to the ER at HOAG, and called Dr. Soo (on a Friday night at 9:00PM). He immediately met us at his office – now about 10:30 PM, and wired our daughters teeth back into place. At one point all 4 teeth were hanging by the roots in his hand. Our dentist tells us to this day he doesn’t know anyone who could have done that work. Her braces now are all done, and she has perfectly straight teeth. We are back for our son for braces! He is the best Orthodontist in Orange County! The Wick Family

My family was on vacation from Utah. We were at the beach playing, my son had springs on his braces and they were both broken lose. We googled the closest office and luckily it’s was this one. We contacted them explained the situation and without hesitation they told us to bring him to the office. They were so nice and professional and did not charge us for anything. I am SO happy so far with Dr Soo and his staff! From the moment you walk in you feel comfortable. The office is VERY clean and smells great! The staff is so professional and very personable. We have been 4 times so far and they treat us like they have already know us for years. I went to 4 other places for consults before this place and this is by far the best experience yet. Dr Soo himself is so calm, patient, and thourough. This office is for sure 5 star!

My sons have been coming here for a number of years now. It has escaped my mind to write a review as I just associated Yelp with restaurants only. My younger son needed to correct underbite. And both of them needed braces. We came here on friends’ recommendation. Dr. Soo explained things very well and after the first two consultations, we understood perfectly well what options we had. He then went on to present us with various treatment options. To my surprise, he recommended the least expensive option, as it would accomplish essentially the same thing. We followed his advice. His assistants have been incredibly helpful. And gentle. Even at the ages of 8 and 10, my sons never had the slightest misgivings about going to their appointments. The front desk staff has always been full of smiles and nothing short of helpful. It has always gone very smoothly when we want to make an appointment or make last minute changes.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr Soo, and his entire staff, (unless they were closer to me). I love Dr Soo, so patient, so soft spoken, so low key and so personal, always calls after major appointments (not every adjustment) to see how my son is doing. We never wait an unreasonable amount of time. The girls at the front desk are my new best buddies, always smiles, always friendly and I get to talk to grown ups! Dr Soo was referred to us by three different people who’s teeth and children’s teeth look fabulous! I can see them as being future Crest models! I can’t express how fantastic Dr Soo, his staff, office all are. They take the pain out of wearing braces all together by making every experience as wonderful as possible. And Dr Soo was priced right in the middle of my son’s other estimates for braces with no hidden fees, (read all the fine print people, some others out there have LOTS of it). Before you start your treatment they go over the cost & approx. lenghth of treatment time. they make sure you understand everything fully & they dont add extra fees. He’s fees are way too reasonable for the amount of care & results you get. Dr.soo is very hands on throughout your treatment & very friendly. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I’ve felt awkward at some other places I’ve visited when I’ve tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I’m Loving my new smile thanks to him & his staff!

I have nothing but total praise and accolades for Dr Soo and his staff. I brought both of my children to Dr Soo and have had nothing but EXCELLENT treatment with his practice. My son, who has been out of braces for 2 years, recently had an accident and we were worried about a fractured jaw (among other injuries). Dr Soo answered his emergency contact line on the first call, even though it was a holiday weekend. He offered to come in to the office on a busy weekend, just to see my son and ease our minds if needed. Thankfully, that was not necessary, but I know he would have been there if we had asked. He was straight-forward about treatment plans from the very beginning, and everything went just as scheduled. My daughter even got her braces off almost a full year ahead of schedule! I have passed his name along to many friends with kids in need of orthodontia, and I will continue to do so with absolutely no hesitation. Once a patient, always a client and family member of his practice…that’s the way he makes us feel. He is absolutely the BEST!!!

My staff and I look forward to creating beautiful smiles for you, your family, and your friends. Since 1989, I have enjoyed my work creating beautiful, healthy smiles that last a lifetime. Often, the smiles I shape improve a patient’s self-esteem and give him or her a lasting, positive outlook for the future. Our office has a fun work environment in which my team and I coordinate our many years of experience to deliver excellent orthodontic care. I am fortunate to be able to work with a wonderful team that helps me give patients the smiles they deserve. As an active member of our community, I work at the Assistance League of Newport-Mesa, to provide orthodontic care for underprivileged children. I am also a member of several professional organizations, both locally and nationally.
