I would give them 10 stars if I could. I really don’t like going to the dentist but my experience with Nona Dentists have been very pleasant since my very first appointment. Services and equipment are outstanding but their best asset is their personnel, all very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I had a great experience at this location. I needed an emergency visit and was scheduled same day. I was cared for by Dr Nam and his wonderful staff. They are very friendly and helpful, their office manager Kendra was very attentive and an absolute pleasure to be around. Dr Nam is amazing, he listened to my issues and was very professional. I really recommend this location.

I just had to make a review today. I regularly visit Nona dental due to being born with a crazy teeth genetics. Every single visit I am acknowledged as soon as I step foot in the building. Greeted by my name and with a smile. The woman at the front desk are the perfect examples of quality customer service. My one time experience with the female hygienist was such an enjoyable time. Who says that about the dentist? Now, onto the doctors. I’ve only had the pleasure of being seen by Dr.Newman and Dr.Nam. Both absolutely incredible doctors and humans. I can’t thank Dr.Nam enough for his honesty, patience, hard-work, and integrity. He is so humble. And a comfortable presence to be around. Like mentioned before, I was born missing both adult sets of my laterals which has caused a lifetime of stress and many many dental/orthodontic visits. To the point of multiple emotional breakdowns. Completely hating my smile. And now, you can’t get me to shut my mouth. I 10/10 recommend going to Nona Dental and Doctor Nam!

I was previously a patient of one of the doctors at a different practice, and they left the office to join Nona Dentists. After a couple of disappointing replacement doctors in the practice, I decided to leave that office. It was a great decision on my part, because just walking into Nona Dentists I felt so much better. The office is so modern and all of the staff I had talked to was extremely nice and inviting. I had a great experience so far and look forward for Nona Dentists being my all around dental provider.

From the moment I called and spoke w/Janet to make the appt, I was impressed. The receptionist, Julia was very cordial, the dental assistant, Logan, was the best and made such a positive impression on my visit. Terry, the benefits coordinator was kind, knowledgeable and diligent in helping me with best options. And, Dr. Alvin Nguyen was beyond fantastic. I had my tooth extracted, sutured and given a temporary bridge. He was gentle and caring, followed up via a phone call the next day. I have not had one bit of pain since I left the office which is amazing. I am a Leadership/Customer Service trainer and Consultant and had done a lot of work in the Health Care industry. When you find employees treating one another well, you will see it transfer over to the patient. And, the entire time I was there, they were kind and respectful to one another. I will offer my praises to Nona Dentist for a very long time!

Best dentist! The office is super clean and the staff is very welcoming. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist themselves. This office truly knows patient satisfaction. I’ve never stayed with the same dentist simply because their care was poor. But these guys truly know how to maintain. Now I don’t ever want to go anywhere else!!

Best Dentist/Dental office I have ever visited! I will never go to another Dentist again so please do not close or move Dr Nam! The Staff is the most compassionate group of human beings I have ever come across in my life and The Endodontics Doctor was absolutely amazing!!! I  him !!! I hated the dentist and was traumatized 10 years ago and had severe PTSD from a experience and had not been back to see a dentist since until I couldn’t avoid it any longer due to severe tooth infection and 1 tooth that broke !! They have cured me!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!!  You saved my life and my smile

I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment for the $59 introductory exam and cleaning. It was a pleasant surprise that they were able to take me in as soon as I arrived and their prompt service was appreciated. My cleaning was one of the quickest I’ve ever had yet the quality was still on par. I appreciated everyone’s kindness and friendliness so much so that I chose to add on the laser treatment. The technology is fascinating… once your teeth are cleaned they use the laser to “shield” your teeth from future plaque. I’ve scheduled my follow up for 3 months from now where I plan to get my teeth whitened. Very happy to have switched to this brand new office in the lake Nona area.

I had an amazing experience at Nona Dentists and it started as soon as I walked through the door (Thanks Sherrie!). The staff is incredibly professional and so friendly, which made everything feel less intimidating. Mary, who took my x-rays was SUPER. She was good about explaining everything she did and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. My dentist was Dr. Nam and he was amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. The facility itself is super clean and being able to watch TV in the rooms was definitely a plus. I HIGHLY recommend Nona Dentists.

This is by far one of the best experience ever had at a dental office. Right when you walk in through the door, front desk staff is super nice and welcoming. Ryan stood and answered every question and is the greatest help. The hygienist, Yelena, also was awesome with the cleaning and super thorough. Dr Nam is so knowledgeable and careful with your teeth. He doesn’t rush or nothing. He genuinely takes his time and goes over everything in detail. That’s the kind of doctor you want, does the job right and educates! AMAZING OFFICE!
