If you are like me and suffer from severe dental anxiety and procrastinate about going to the dentist because of previous traumatic dental experiences, you should see Dr. Aziz. He has perfected the art of painless dentistry. Dr. Aziz is someone who listens and genuinely cares about his patients. I first came to his office for a dental emergency a few years ago and he has been my dentist since. He hires wonderful people as his staff exhibit the same high level of compassion and attentiveness. If you need a visual distraction to take your mind off of what is happening, there are TVs in some of the rooms. Make sure to ask about them when you make your appointment. I bring my iPod and listen to music, so the entire experience is pleasurable!

May I just say that I love, love, love going to the dentist! Weird huh? Well this dentist especially! He made my fill procedure so comfortable and pain free! He even called himself personally to check on me the following day! I appreciate the care and professionalism this entire practice provides! Dr and staff are amazing! Thank you!

Wonderful dentist office! The staff is amazing – friendly, knowledgable, caring – and they truly want to fix your pain/dental concerns. They create a very comforting environment which helps children and those who have anxiety (they even have TVs in the exam rooms to help distract you from the procedures). I’ve been a patient of both Dr. Aziz and Dr. Morris, and they are both excellent dentists. I highly recommend this dentist office!

My first time at North Aurora Smiles everyone was super friendly, very professional, the place is beautiful, nice and clean. Megan did my cleaning she’s very friendly and personable. Dr Aziz did my cavity fillings and he is so gentle I felt nothing at all. Overall great experience I highly recommend this place.

We found Dr Aziz after we moved to the area, and couldn’t be happier that we did. After being patients for several years I can confidently state that he is one of the best dentists I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. He’s great with both adults and children, the office is warm and welcoming and his staff is friendly and professional. Would highly recommend!

Through recommendations, I’ve been seeing Dr. Aziz since we moved here a year ago. I do not have dental insurance and appreciate the significant discount for cash payments. It is definitely a better discount than I received in Iowa by two different dentists! RE: professionalism – I had brought a potential problem to the attention of the Iowa dentist I was using before the move and, without a thorough assessment,.was told it was nothing of concern Six months later, my complaint was taken seriously by Dr. Aziz. When he assessed the cause, I had an advanced infection under a crown that had to have been brewing for at least two years. I appreciated that he said he would refer me to a specialist for the work if needed. However, he was able to clean out the infection, repair the tooth, and re-set a new crown for approximately 2/3rds of what I paid for the original crown in Iowa.

Dr. Aziz is amazing! We moved years ago but we chose to stay with them. His technique is awesome that it made my dental visit not scary at all. I was so relaxed while he’s doing the procedure.The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The new clinic is beautiful. He and the clinic is highly recommended!

All generations in our family are patients of Dr. Aziz.  Everything you look for in a dentist office you will find at North Aurora Smiles. From a warm greeting by name, meticulous cleanliness, the decor is customized even with some of Dr. Aziz’s own photography from his travels, the staff is caring and professional and Dr. Aziz takes the profession to a whole new level.  He has his offices set up with the absolute most modern equipment.  He has the latest oral cancer screening equipment that can literally save lives with it’s newest technology.  His technique of delivering anesthesia painfree should be patented and taught in dental schools.  I have had major dental work done over the years.  He has recreated my appearance and given me back my self confidence.  Dr. Aziz is never too busy to explain any procedure to you.  He is patient and kind and good with any age group.  Whenever anyone in my family had a tooth emergency over the years, Dr. Aziz never hesitated to get back to us immediately.  I never hesitated to refer family, friends and neighbors to Dr. Aziz because I was confident that he would exceed their expectations.

What a great find! I absolutely used to hate the dentist til I tried this office after moving to North Aurora!! Great Staff!! So professional, caring, and knowledgable. I have never had such an informative and great dental expierence before. Stacy (the hygenist) is sooo nice and knowledgable. She easily puts you at ease and my cleaning was virtually pain free. I used to grip the chair during cleanings, not with Stacy. She used a numbing medication which did wonders. As well as she took photos so I could see the damage on my teeth. After not going to the dentist for 1 1/2 year, I had many cavities. At my previous dentist I was made to feel like a bad guy whenever anything with wrong. With North Aurora Smiles, both the hygenist and Dr. Aziz give great reinforcement on caring for your teeth without feeling like your being put down or reprimanded. Absolutely love this place! I no longer hate the dentist!

My first experience here was 11/10 customer service and staff. To keep it short, everyone made me very comfortable and answered all my questions. I easily made my follow up and next few appointments. A separate staff member was there to discuss finances and treatment plan and payment which was very comfortable and open. I felt no pressure here and happy to return.

Everyone at North Aurora Smiles is so knowledgeable, kind and thorough! I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Lexi, the dental hygienist and Dr. Aziz. Lexi was very thorough in her work and walked me through everything she was doing and I left with beautiful, clean teeth. I recently saw Dr. Aziz for some dental work, and he was the most patient Dentist I’ve ever received care from, he even followed up with me the following day to see how I was doing, which was so thoughtful. They truly care about their patients at this practice and I highly recommend them!!

After a series of bad experiences with three different dental outfits in the Aurora area, I simply lucked into the office of Dr. Aziz. I cannot say enough about how he and his staff have restored my faith in the profession. He was extremely patient and made himself available to me for consultation; once just as a walk-in without an appointment. I was especially pleased with his willingness to take as much time as needed for a full explanation of the treatment options. The office staff have always been competent and pleasant–something one would take for granted, but will soon discover is not available everywhere– these guys are the best. I like the text alerts to remind me of the upcoming appointments, and have never been left waiting more than a minute. Too often businesses leave the customer feeling like they are just a way to make a living– my experience with Aziz has been one that makes me think he really likes helping people and would do anything to make a patient satisfied. My company provides some shady (off-brand) insurance, but North Aurora Smiles was able to work with that and the prices have been the best of any of the Aurora area people. This is the most patient-centered dentist (and practice) I have ever encountered in my 50+ years. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking stress-free and affordable dental care. KW

Been seeing Dr Aziz Dental Clinic since 2009. I get my teeth cleaned 2 times a year and they offer a savings plan well within budget. Staff members are friendly and all the Dental Hygienist do an absolutely great job! I am the 1% that loves going to Dentist. And gotta say they provide the best service and advice for keeping my teeth and gums healthy.

Had a great experience today! We switched to using Smiles a couple of months ago. Very impressed with the staff- love the reminder system they have for your upcoming appointments. Had to have a filling replaced that I had done by another dentist that was not done well- no pain, even with the shots and they were very attentive to my needs. Great with kids too- very happy!

Professional, Gentle & Caring are just a few words that come to mind when i think of North Aurora Smiles. Dr Hammad Aziz and his staff are amazing. Never had a long wait and even if i had, i wouldn’t of minded because the waiting area is so nice and comfortable. I had X-rays, a filling & cleaning done and Dr. Aziz was so amazingly gentle i didn’t feel a thing

Dr. Aziz and the Staff at North Aurora Smiles are WONDERFUL. After trying unsuccessfully at other dentists with my 2 children and myself to find the right fit, we finally found Dr. Aziz and have been nothing but happy. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and extremely gentle with my small children. All of the procedures we have had have been virtually pain free including receiving the numbing agent and shot. This I have never felt before. This puts myself and my children at ease to make it an anxiety free appointment. If you are at all unsatisfied with your dentist for any reason, give Dr. Aziz a try, you will not be sorry. A great dentist and office all around.:)

After going to the same dentist for 20 years he finally retired. I’m so glad that I found North Aurora Smiles. I’ve been going for several years now. Stacy (the best hygienist ever) found the beginnings of my first cavity. Being 52 years old I’d always felt fortunate not to ever have one. So naturally I was nervous about having Dr. Aziz drilling in my mouth. He assured me that I would be fine. I couldn’t believe how painless the experience was. I didn’t feel one bit of pain… Not a twinge! Dr. Aziz is the most gentile dentist I’ve ever known. So if your looking for a new or better dentist this is the place to go. Mike P.

I had not been to the dentist in years, I have several issues that I kept putting off due to extreme dental anxiety. I was very nervous upon arrival, but as soon as they checked me in they really put me at ease. I wish I knew the ladies name but she was WONDERFUL! Dr. Aziz was also amazing. Both made me feel very comfortable the whole time and kept asking if I was doing ok before, during, and after the procedure. I had to get a tooth pulled which I was also very nervous about, but I felt absolutely NO PAIN. No pain during and no pain after. I highly recommend going here if you have dental anxiety like I do!

The entire office at North Aurora Smiles is friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to fit me in when I needed a procedure and assisting me with a possible referral. While in pandemic they have procedures in place to benefit the patients health and safety as well as their own. I recommended them to a friend today and would highly recommend to anyone.
