I have been terrified of dentists since I was a teenager, and as such have avoided them at all costs. I FINALLY (probably 10 years later than I should have) worked up the nerve to make an appointment. I chose the office because they have a high rating on here AND accept Kern family but also care credit. I walked in super anxious/embarrassed about how long I’ve waited and was almost immediately put at ease by the dental assistant Rachel. She wasn’t judgemental at all and has a comforting bedside manner. The dentist, Dr Lim just did an exam (since it was my first appointment) but she was incredibly gentle and very straightforward about what I would need done moving forward. I left the office excited to finally get my teeth taken care of and would recommend this office to anyone with dental anxiety… ask for Rachel!

As someone who is extremely anxious about the dentist, they were excellent! Very caring, and professional. Any time I was in pain during my procedure, the dentist had no problem helping me with my pain. The dental assistant was also amazing and helped ease any anxiety or discomfort I had! Definitely coming back!

The dental assistant is awesome! She got some dark yellow stains from 2 poorly done fillings on my front teeth off for me with a quick cleaning. My insurance sucks so I have to wait a week to get any teeth pulled but I definitely like this office a lot. The front desk ladies are a little stand offish but they probably just had a long day.

Absolutely wonderful. Dr Liam is so kind and gentle. I have was happy with all the staff from the front desk, to the dentist. The office space is clean and well kept. They really seem to care about each patient and I am so happy to be a new patient here!! At first I didn’t know what to expect with it being a small office in oildale but I could not be happier with the care I was given.

I love this place! the staff is amazing and friendly and so is the dentist! It is extremely clean and well kept. They have called me every day before my appt to confirm, which helps me to make it to my appt! They accept Kern Family. They are very quick and proficient and I couldn’t think more highly of a dentistry!!

Became severely depressed after the birth of my youngest (special needs) child and neglected my own health. Dealing with depression and anxiety made it almost impossible to make a dentist appointment, in part because I was embarrassed. I recently started treatment for my depression and making a dentist appointment was first on my list. My first appointment Rachel was the Dental assistant and was WONDERFUL, she immediately eased my fears. Dr Lin then came in and was incredibly gentle and kind. For this, my overall review is 5 stars. My second appointment was today, and again Rachel and Dr Lin were wonderful, however, at one point during my appointment another dental assistant (i assume) came in named Irma and helped Rachel with a couple of pictures of cavities on my molars. Irma made a face when she took the picture and said, verbatim, “oh God!” in a disgusted voice. A: women like Irma are part of the reason I avoided the dentist for as long as I did B: complete lack of professionalism C: if this had happened at my first appointment, I wouldn’t have made a second appointment I will continue to go here, strictly for Rachel and Dr Lin, but will be requesting that I never have to deal with Irma. 5 stars and a wonderful experience as long as you avoid their bad apple.

I recently moved back to Bakersfield and found this Dental Office online, and I am so happy I chose to make a new patient appointment with this Dentist. First impression is very important and from the first phone call to the end of my first visit; the office staff and Dr. Lim were amazing and so caring. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations and I know anyone else that goes there feels and will feel the same way I did. Thank you guys and keep up the great work.
