Exceptional Christian business. Very professional, Staff is very friendly and exceptional at there Job. Set up a payment plan with me to make sure my health was taken care of. The Drs go above and beyond to explain procedures. They also are gentle with work performed and make sure there is as little of pain as possible. Personally i had no pain and can say thats a first for me ever having dental work. I also should mention Dr Mack prayed with me before procedures and as a Christian I really appreciate that.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Thomas and his incredible staff! After moving to Arizona from California I jumped around from dentist to dentist trying to find one that I trusted and liked. They are on time with their appointments and so gentle. They truly care about their patients and them leaving happy and comfortable.

We have been patients for almost 10 years and the services have been consistently top notch. Great staff supporting Dr. Mack, too. This makes our visits even more enjoyable. We had never had the experience of follow-up call from our dentist after every significant procedure, but Dr. Mack does. It is a blessing to have such a caring dentist take care of dental needs. With a prayer before procedures, you know you doubly taken care of and are in capable hands. Would recommend this office to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Dr Mack for more than six years and I can finally say after 40+ years I’ve found a dentist who gets it right. This is a family operation who get the details right from the moment you walk in the door. My wife and I have referred more than a dozen friends and colleagues to North Canyon Dentistry. Likes: Starbucks coffee, bottled water, and light snacks, calming wall waterfall, text and email alerts and appointment verifications, special “space” room for kids, TV or Movies during major dental work, follow-up calls in the evening from Dr Mack after a procedure, referral program, light sedation options, latest in technology, and great pain management. Dr Mack is personable, non judgmental, and listens to your needs. Dislikes: $25 fee if you don’t show up for your appointment so no excuses to skip (kinda’ like) If you were afraid to go to the dentist, this should be your next stop.

I was very impressed with Dr. Macks office and his staff. Everyone works hard to make sure you feel welcome there. For the first time in my life I do not hate going to the dentist. I trust Dr. Macks work and his professionalism in how he treats his clients. Would recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentist. You will not come out the same.

The staff at North Canyon Dentistry is very efficient, professional, and personable. The office is beautifully decorated and my first visit was in the fall so I was greeted with scarecrows, pumpkins, and fall colored leaves. It made me feel like home. Dr. Mack was very thorough with my first visit. I have a rare health condition and he sat and went through my history to understand it with me. He also took time just to get to know me as a person and to make sure that I was comfortable with him and his office. This time also allowed me get to know his friendly and joking personality. My cleaning was thorough and I had to have some work done because I had been to two other horrible dentists after my dentist of 27 years had retired. The office was able to schedule me in for the next week and Dr. Mack did a wonderful job filing my cavities and repairing the work that the other dentists messed up. I highly recommend North Canyon Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist who is warm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor but who is highly skilled and professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mack for many years (Greater than 10 years) . I have been through many procedures ranging from cleanings , root canals, bridges to implants. He listens carefully to his patients and takes pain management very seriously. As an Engineer, I have noted that Dr. Mack is very diligent in embracing and implementing the latest available technology in his practice. Over the years I have found that his staff is caring and professional at all times. Dr. Mack has earned my respect and trust. I look forward to a long continued relationship.

Our family have been going to Dr. Mack for over 10 years. He is a wonderful dentist and his staff is the best. They thoroughly explain all procedures that will be done and make sure the patient understands why it is necessary. I have had many crowns done in his office and it is one-stop procedure. I can watch movies or TV, or listen to music, while the procedures are done, or while waiting for my porcelain tooth to be made. This is a benefit to anyone who has a busy schedule–no multiple visits. Dr. Mack is kind enough to call in the evening of each procedure to make sure we are fine and not in pain. Another terrific benefit for kids is he has an outer space room where he works on kids. We have been extremely happy with Dr. Mack and his staff and cannot recommend him highly enough.

As much as I fear dentists, Dr. Mack has made it possible for me to go regularly!  And that says a lot!  He pays attention to what is going on with my teeth so that no cavities get missed and become bigger problems later.  If there are dental issues, he lays out all the options and potential risks and benefits, and his judgment has proven trustworthy.  And when I have had more significant dental work done, he makes the experience as comfortable as possible.  Dr. Mack, the office staff, and the dental assistants are wonderful, and I highly recommend this office!
