I am not the type of person to typically write a review but this dental office truly warrants the extra effort on my part.  After a bad experience I spent 10 years avoiding the dentist.  You can imagine the amount of work that I needed after that hiatus.  I don’t think I have ever met a friendlier, nicer group of people.  And at a dentists office no less.  The entire staff from the receptionist, the hygienist and assistants to the dentist himself… All AMAZING!! And even better yet they aren’t trying to make you get extra work done that you really don’t need.  The beautiful office is just added perk!  Everyone at this office truly cares about the patients and even makes the extra effort to fit you in should a dental emergency come up.  I can’t say enough good things about this office!!

I have never received more exemplary work and customer service. This place is absolutely amazing and will keep a brilliantly clean smile on your face for years to come. From the moment you walk in you feel like one of the family. It is obvious they take pride in their work and I will continue to come here as will my children and my children’s children.

My wife and I had several services performed to include extractions, crowns and cleanings. Everyone was fantastic. All aspects of the procedures were explained as they were being done. We were always asked if we were doing okay. All our questions were answered. Dr. Matt gave us a breakdown of the costs prior to any work being as well as what needed to be done and which were optional. All of the procedures were painless and professionally completed. We won’t be going anywhere else for our dental needs.

Just switched to North Central Family Dentistry after seeing same dentist for 20 years.  Started with Renee about setting up appointments and doing paperwork through email.  So easy.  Then came the appointments for me and husband.  We both had same reactions.  Love Dr Matt and Mimi.  Super friendly and explained everything.  No regrets with our decision to find a dentist closer to home.  Met Tammy and Renee who were super friendly and welcoming.

Had my first visit to North Central Family Dentistry this week. Really positive experience (not easy to say about a dentist visit).  I have pretty good teeth so I don’t go every year like I should so I’m always nervous about going, even for a cleaning like this time. Mimi cleaned my teeth and could not have been nicer!! Went quickly and she did a great job. They used a newer x-ray machine that let me see my X-rays on a monitor right in front of me (no films that needed to be processed) and I never had to leave the chair. Dr Matt came to check me out after I had my teeth cleaned. He had already seen my X-rays so was ready and didn’t waste time, which I appreciate. He was friendly but efficient and he and Mimi spoke for two seconds about a couple spots that she wanted him to check out. He was thorough and confident (really dislike when a dentist or doctor is unsure…) and said everything was all good. I love when one person says she is concerned but then the other confirms that it’s not a problem. Makes me feel like they are trying to do a good job and not just hustle me out or squeeze me for a procedure I don’t need. They were really friendly, nice and efficient. Also the office was nicely decorated – not sterile and cold. You know you’re there when you see the big wrought iron gate at the door. All around good experience. No complaints. Nice and thorough staff!!  Recommend!

This is the first time Dr. Matt has done dental work on my teeth, aside from getting my teeth cleaned with Mimi, since he took over the practice. My experience was great and he was wonderful. He has the latest technology in his office and it took only two hours for a new crown from beginning to end. No more temporaries, no more waiting two weeks for a permanent crown, and only one visit. He was wonderful and I will continue going to him for dental work. Thank you Dr. Matt!

I love this place! First, the office looks beautiful! Everyone is so nice, and customer service is always solid. I like that I can get in at 7am for an appt. Shari is such a wonderful hygienist. She takes her time, and does a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. Not to mention, she’s extremely nice . Dr. Lonier knows his stuff, and is great at what he does. If you want to come to a beautiful, clean, outstanding dental office, look no further! Thank you all!⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love coming to this gorgeous dentist office! Everyone is so nice. The receptionist Renee always gives service with a smile upon my arrival. Shari is my hygienist, and she is so good at what she does. She is very nice, has great tips to share, and is just great overall. The Dr is personable, and nice as well. I was just in for my teeth cleaning today, and look forward to working with them for years to come. Thank you all for making going to the dentist a pleasurable experience for me. It is so appreciated!

If you are looking for a dentist and office  staff who are absolutely wonderful, this is the place to go.  From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave, you feel like you are really taken care of and appreciated.  The waiting area is very classy, warm and inviting.   Renee is the receptionist. Mimi is the hygienist and is absolutely fabulous. She is very personable and efficient. Dr. Matt, as I call him, is the kind of dentist who doesn’t push product or services on you that you don’t need.  Luckily, I have not needed anything in the way of major issues taken care of, but the things I have had done were done well and painlessly.

North Central Family Dentists provided an excellent experience. I went in with a broken tooth, knowing i’d Need a crown. It was confirmed by Dr Matt. The amazing thing was that I left 2 3/4 hours later with a beautiful new permanent tooth. This practice has the ability to make a tooth right then and there! Usually you wait a week at least and walk around with a temporary. The tooth fit perfectly (with room to floss) and just a few file downs in my mouth. Yes, they check for bite with the tooth permanently glued in.mAnd the people in the practice are warm, caring, professional and attentive. Thank you all. I’ll be back for a cleaning and checkup in a few months.

I haven’t been to a Dentist in over 10 years. I live nearby and saw all the great reviews so I thought I would give them a try. Their online appointment booking system is perfect. You can schedule, reschedule, cancel, etc without having to call which I appreciate. As soon as I walked in and heard one of my favorite artists (Chris Cornell) playing in the background I knew I was in the right place. Mimi was so kind and positive and made me feel great about finally getting in for a cleaning. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning and did an amazing job (my teeth feel like new). Dr. Matt seems very knowledgeable and professional and clearly has good taste in music. Great vibes here…Look no further this is the place to go!
