First a little background information – I am a women in my fifties who experienced horrific dental torture as a child from a dentist who thought kids didn’t need novacaine for small cavaties. Those memories had stayed with me my entire life and until a few years ago the sound of a drill even while I was sitting in a waiting room would send my anxiety level soaring. My hands would be soaking wet and my heart would be pounding out of my chest. I have been a patient of Dr. Pareek’s for 5 years since I moved to the North End and I cannot say enough about Dr. Pareek and her staff to discribe how wonderful they are and how relaxed I am at each visit. I no longer dread the dentist visits and even look forward to seeing the happy friendly people who work at her office. I was not the easiest patient in the beginning but Dr. Pareek was patient and did not make me feel bad about my fear ( I had been to dentists who basically said “get over it and let me do my work”). Since starting with Dr. Pareek I have had a scaling, cleanings, filings and even replacement of a cap (the color match is perfect) and not once since my first visit did I feel nervous or anxious. I have never given a review of any kind on any service but I just had to offer my opinion of Dr. Pareek because to me she is outstanding and has changed my view of the dentist visit in a remarkable way. Regarding the office, I find it to be fine and not at all dirty – maybe Sindy is not use to the older buildings of the North End that are smaller and not the most modern like some in the suburbs. That is the quiantness of many businesses in the North End. I would prefer quality work and calmness over a fancy office. I would suggest if you live or work near the North End and are at all fearful of the dentist or even if you are not fearful make an appointment. Dr. Pareek will go out of her way to make you feel comfortable and her work is excellent.

I was losing hope in dentists as I’ve had several who aren’t that honest.  Then we switched to Dr. Pareek.  My faith has been restored!!! I found Dr. Pareek to be very honest telling me only what I needed to have done and not trying to up-sell me like some dentists have tried to do as of late. Like most people I’m not fond of going to the dentist but Dr. Pareek is the exception to the rule. She’s very kind, patient, takes the time to answer my millions of questions, and is very thorough. I found the prices to be reasonable and the staff courteous and professional.  All in all it was a positive experience and I will return again and again.

I’ve been a patient at this dentist office for 2 yrs . When I came I had so many cavities and so much work done . Bless to say my teeth have came along and seen faster results then any other dentist office . I use to hate smiling now I will without no issues. They’re amazing dentist office. Join , make an appointment you won’t be dissapointed.

I didn’t know how bad my old dentist was until I tried North End Dental… you ever feel like the dentist is just randomly scraping at your teeth and it feels yucky but you figure that’s just part of it? At North End Dental I could tell she was actually CLEANING my teeth – no nasty random scraping. She is super gentle, kind, patient, and WONDERFUL! I chose North End Dental because of the great Yelp reviews and the convenient location – this is my dentist for life!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and only went because I had some cavities that really needed to be taken care of. A friend referred me to Dr. Pareek and I’m so glad he did! She was very understanding of my lame insurance situation and was eager to help me out and also was very attentive to the fact that I had some serious anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Pareek is definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, definitely 5 stars, and I’d definitely recommend her to friends. I already have!

Last Saturday (5/19), I woke up in the middle of the night to a BRUTAL tooth ache. I tried popping some Advil but to no avail. I called North End Dental at roughly 5:45am and Roger answered right away and calmed my throbbing nerves. He phoned Dr. Pareek immediately and she was able to see me just a couple hours later. I, like most people I suspect, have an enormous fear of the dentist. Dr. Pareek has totally changed my opinion of the dental experience. She was kind, sweet and very calming. She explained what was wrong, what the process was to fix the damaged tooth and how to prevent these flairs ups in the future. Monday morning, day after surgery, I received a called from the office asking how the pain and recovery was going. This is my dentist office for good – can’t recommend a better place in Boston!

I ended up at this office after an unexplained and unbearable pain in my mouth kept me up and nearly in tears all night. By 8 am I couldn’t take it anymore, so I picked the closest dentist I could find, which happened to be this one, and gave them a call. It was early morning, Saturday,  I had never been a patient here before, and I had no idea what I even needed done- yet they were more than happy to help me. The dentist actually came all the way into town just to take care of me. By 9:15 am she was already looking at my teeth. Talk about good customer service! She was extremely kind and helpful. She examined my teeth, took an x-ray, explained the problem, and wrote me two prescriptions, all within 2 hours of my emergency dental phone call. She even offered to come back in just to see me the next day or the day after if my tooth didn’t improve. I absolutely hate the dentist, but this experience was surprisingly pleasant. The price was fair, too- 165$ total for everything, and that’s without any insurance either. The office is also conveniently located directly across the street from a CVS.Pharmacy, so I was able to have my prescription filled within ten minutes of leaving her office. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.
