Dr. John Kalange, is hands-down the BEST orthodontist in the Northwest. His state of the art, gorgeous practice, Creekside Center, on the lake at Parkcenter Park, is relaxing and his staff is kind and accommodating. Dr. Kalange offers fair prices and payment plans. I cannot say enough about the compliments I have gotten since my treatment. I also appreciate how much Dr. Kalange gives back to the Boise community. As a person who got braces as an adult, I am so glad I did. Highly recommended!

Very frustrating experience. No reminder calls the day before. Long waits in the office. Very seldom did I have a phone answered by a person, I always had to leave messages. We saw new staff very frequently. Often no one at front desk. Poor communication. Think twice before choosing this place for your braces.

We just quit! After my son has been subjected to his rude and unprofessional behavior for years we are finally moving on. Kalange purposefully hurt my son to prove to me the brackets were secure after I called to complain about how my son was treated during the appointment prior. Colby was lectured and the treatment was rough so I called and ask that it be different the next time. So what did he do? He had me watch while he took the metal tool to very forcefully push down on every bracket to show me they were secure. So forcefully in fact that one of the metal brackets broke but didn’t come unglued. Additionally, at one point the tool slipped and jabbed Colby in the gums. All the while Colby was crying while I was repeatedly telling him to stop. I am so completely disappointed in his childlike and unprofessional behavior that I will never recommend his service to anyone.
