All praise Dr. Cheryl and her staff for totally saving the day today! My boyfriend, Matt, was in terrible tooth pain yesterday, a Sunday (because when else do you get tooth pain?!?), and I left a desperate message on their voicemail to see what the doc could do to help. The next morning I received a call that they could see Matt the same day! They did his exam and X-rays, and, although they couldn’t fix his problem, they helped him on his way to a specialist, and they did fix his problem, all in one day! I am so thankful for the staff at North Hills Dental, they really came through for us today. Thank you all!!

Love this dental office. Every one is friendly and get along so well. Dr. Cheryl is so gentle,,kind,and knowledgeable. Recent added her daughter to the practice, and Dr. Samantha is a wealth of knowledge. I trust her enough that my next appointment is going to be with her. Can’t brag enough about this practice.

I recently moved from out of town and needed to find a new dentist (after loving my old dentist very much so I knew this would be a challenge…) I drove past the North Hills Dental Complex fun and unique purple building, which led me to look up their Facebook page. There I found their ‘No Cavity Club’, a fun incentive to take care of your teeth and they’ll feature you on their Facebook page and put your name in a drawing to win an Amazon gift card – how fun is that?! So I scheduled my appointment and thanks to work and a death in the family – had to be rescheduled several times. By the time I finally made it in, the receptionist came out to meet me and said she was so glad I finally made it and offered condolences for my loss – I couldn’t believe she would have remembered that! This is testament – even after just my 1 visit so far – to their personalized and truly caring approach. The visit itself was a blast – everyone involved in the practice strikes that perfect balance of professional and fun and you can tell they all love what they do. After a stressful work week, who can say their dental visit was the highlight of their week? Well, I can! And well, the Funfetti frosting flavored toothpaste they used for my cleaning was just the cherry on the dental sundae. I’m so happy to have found this practice and will certainly recommend them to any and everyone. I’m actually looking forward to many dental visits to come!

I had a broken tooth that had become infected. Being a first time patient in an emergency situation, they got me into the chair promptly and removed the tooth with the utmost care and professionalism. Dr Sammi also called me in the evening on her own time to follow up and see how I was doing. They have a lifetime patient here! Highly recommended!

I have been looking for a great dentist ever since moving to the city. When I came across North Hills Dental Complex, which was highly recommended by my insurance provider, I could not have been more excited (well, as excited as one can get going to the dentist!). From my first call I knew just how lovely, kind, and professional the staff here was! The office staff was accommodating with my schedule, and extremely efficient upon my arrival. All with a smile! Upon meeting Dr. Sammi, she was just as kind as the rest of the staff, and extremely professional. She explained everything she was doing, and even helped me figure out to understand how my insurance worked. I would highly recommend anyone that’s looking for a positive dental experience to check out this team! They’re amazing!!!

Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Sammi are just fabulous- their energy and happy spirits make dental visits a wonderful experience. The office staff is kind and accommodating, the wait times are short, and each member of the staff welcomes you with a big smile and kind greeting. I had to get in for an emergency visit, and got an appointment the very next morning. The visit was so short and painless that I was done before the time my appointment was even supposed to begin! I’m so thankful I found dentists like Dr. Cheryl and Dr. Sammi- I look forward to dental visits now!

Just wanted to express how wonderful the women at North Hills Dental Complex are! I have major dentist anxiety from painful dental work as a child, and am completely blown away at how every single one of these women make me feel like part of their family. From the minute you’re welcomed through the door, to the gentleness and thorough explanation of what they’re doing each step of the way through your cleaning and why, this group goes above and beyond to make sure each patient is cared for. How many people can say they have an enjoyable experience at the dentist?!

Let me just say this.. what a pleasure it was to have had my tooth pulled!! Lol.. From my first phone call of that very same day getting me in to help me and then to the follow up phone call from both the wonderful Drs later that evening to check on me. Wow!!!! The entire office staff was incredibly nice as pie, Dr Sammi was so nice to me, really eased me, once she seen I was a big baby!!!.. what an incredible visit!! Thank you so much ladies..
