I am a new patient and I just wanted to share how efficient this office is. From booking an appointment, completing new patient paperwork, wait time, professionalism and service. The facility is nice and clean. They have big screen TVs in each room which makes waiting for the next step nice. They also have Spanish speaking staff. They are still accepting new patients at this time.

My three kids and I have been patients here for about 10 years and while the owners/dentists have changed over time, one thing has remained the same and that is great service and customer service. We have had many treatments done as well as our regular cleanings/exams and have never had any problems. Everyone has always been pleasant, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the dentists.

I have been going to North Point Dental Associates for 4 years, and the staff and dentists have always been professional, patient and friendly. I’ve never had to wait long, and when I needed a crown, the dentist explained everything to me and provided a cost estimate based on my insurance. I’m nervous about getting any work done on my teeth, but they are always very reassuring and concerned about making me as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Thakkar is AMAZING! A few things I like about the practice: 1. Takes my insurance 2. Tells me if I don’t need work when I thought I did (honest dentist!) 3. Has a tv so you can watch Netflix and they let you change whatever’s on the TV! What I like about dr thakkar herself: 1. Knowledgeable but good at breaking things down 2. Empathetic and kind 3. Very smart! I’ll update the review when I have a filling or crown but so far AMAZING experience!

We recently switched to North Point Dental Associates. We were thoroughly impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the entire staff. The office was clean, sanitary, and inviting. We had more x-rays done than any other practice we’ve been to in the past. We highly recommend this practice. Six-month follow up: As in the past, North Point Dental Associates did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We did not have to wait long at all – right on time! Observation: We have insurance but I overheard an associate explain a dental plan/program to someone who doesn’t have insurance and it sounds like a great deal. The new patient scheduled an appointment, will sign up for the plan, and she left very happy. Another example of the great customer service at North Point Dental Associates.

I just want to say that I was highly impressed with my daughters recent visit!! My family and I recently relocated dental offices and I was just so pleased with her dental hygienist Vicky!! She was so informative that I just had to ask if the rest of my family could see her! Also thank you to the Hispanic check in lady who was just so patient with me when scheduling a family of 6, and yet greeted me so kindly when arriving and remembered who I was. Well deserved 5!!

I took my two-year-old daughter here for her first-ever dental appointment. As to be expected, I was a nervous wreck, but my nerves were calmed by the incredible staff and overall experience. The kids’ examination room is sooo cool! My daughter loved the underwater artwork on the walls and felt at-ease when she saw the big-screen TVs playing her favorite cartoons. The staff members were patient with her as she screamed and wiggled away from them, and reassuring to me that she was exhibiting typical behavior of a patient her age and that I did not need to apologize for her behavior. They showed her each tool that they were going to use for her cleaning before using it, explained what it did, and allowed her the opportunity to touch it and see it work. Dr. Tucker was very friendly and professional, and was also very patient with my daughter. She allowed me to keep my daughter reclined in my lap throughout the examination in order to make her more comfortable. At the end of the appointment, my daughter was excited to get a sticker and a gold coin that is redeemable at a toy dispensing machine that allowed her to choose her prize. Overall, the staff and environment at this dental office put this momma at ease about my child’s dental care, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist in the area!

I had a “dental ER” on a major holiday. Most places I called only had support staff, working from home. Your office was not only open but squeezed me in immediately. I am grateful for that. I got antibiotics that same day. Plus, some much needed reassure that my problem could be fix and they would help. That they have dental plans onsite for purchase. The have detailed pricing and a discount for additional work. The staff was VERY VERY charming, from the support staff to the X-rays tech to the dentist! I don’t like the dentist office but this is nice. It was really nice. I will be going back soon for more work

I cannot stress how competent and courteous this office is, besides the fact that they also have a pediatric dentist, dr. Nikki Tucker and the entire family can be seen. Both dr. Oliver and dr. Tucker are great professionals and I highly recommend this practice. My precious experiences with dental offices were scary, but this team of professionals make me and my daughter anticipate our next visit with pleasure.

Had to get several crowns done. They were able to make the crowns the same day so I didn’t have to make a follow up a few weeks later like most dental offices. Staff was very friendly and clean environment. Would definitely recommend. And the crown prices are reasonable compared to other dental office that I checked prices for. Dr Thakkar was very informative and calming. I’m used to a rough experiences when going to the dentist and always have dreaded it but Dr Thakkar was very kind and gentle while working. I was there for a while but it was so convenient to go ahead and get my crown done. They have TVs in the rooms so I was able to watch Netflix and chill. I Highly recommend this place!

I recently switched my family from another dental practice, and was referred by a family friend to this practice. I was just so pleased with the customer service I received over the phone! The lady who answered was not only quick, but she was so informative. She was quick and efficient! She not only gave me the first available, but also explained how to fill out the forms online to make my visit quicker! I was skeptical at first about switching, but so far great! I HATE the dentist. The long waits, cold rooms, and feeling abandoned from one room to the next. At NPDA, i barely sat down before I was called to the back. Everyone looked to be following Covid protocol. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and friendly. My husband has gone a couple ties and despite not being a dentist person, he has been vert comfortable with them.
