I’ve been coming here with my husband for three years and we love them! Dr. Kroll is a kind, enthusiastic and efficient dentist. I love the hygienists, but the special gem in this office is the main receptionist, Penny. She knows what she’s doing, she takes an interest in your life, and she’s just a good hearted soul. The dental work here is also excellent, but hey, if you have to get your teeth cleaned or fixed, you better believe the atmosphere and office environment is what differentiates the good dentists from the exceptional. If I still haven’t convinced you – they’re honest and will work with you and your insurance. Stop reading these reviews and just go already!

I am a retired Naval Officer,, and as such I was able to join the Federal Employees Dental benefit plan. I chose the coverage offered by Delta Dental. I have had difficulty in the past finding a competent dentist who is an accepted provider under the plan. Dr Kroll is in the Federal Employees network and thus there is a considerable cost savings as opposed to a non network Dentist. My wife and I are very satisfied with Dr. Kroll and his staff and the Dentist he referred us to for Oral Surgery. My wife is partially disabled, and Dr. Kroll and his staff were very good about getting her safely in the dental chair, and treating her with consideration of her disability. The procedures we had done were filling a cavity, cleaning, and treatment of gum disease. These were all performed well, and we would be confident of using Dr. Kroll if something major were to occur.

I recently moved to the area from out of State and had to deal with some complications from some previous Dental work. I had been in a lot of pain so was desperate to get in to see somebody shortly after arriving here. When I first called the office, Penny was literally an angel. I explained that I was in a lot of pain and despite having never been to their office, they got me in that same day!  She was SO SWEET and truly wanted to help. Every time I call or go into the office I am greeted warmly. Dr. Kroll and his ENTIRE staff have been amazing. They are friendly, thorough and gentle and have helped me feel so much better.  Being new to the area, it is so nice to feel WELCOME as a new patient. Dr. Kroll and his staff are truly special. Highly recommend!

If every dentist was a good as Dr. Kroll, I don’t people would fear dentists as much as they do. Between all the high-tech equipment he has, and him being quick and efficient, you will be out of there in no time, and let’s face it, no one wants to spend a whole lot of time in the dentist’s office!

Dr. Kroll and all of the staff at North Scottsdale dental have always done an excellent job for me! Penny at the front desk is always so nice and helpful, after you go back the hygienist’s and dental assistants make you feel like your in good hands and are caring and knowledgeable about what they do. Dr. Kroll is passionate about his work and it certainly shows..

I would highly recommend this dental office. Dr. Kroll is knowledgeable, honest and very personable. Another office shared that I needed to replace a crown.  He shared that cosmetically it could be replaced, but it was still functioning as it should. Even years later it still is! I appreciate his honesty and not constantly trying to upsell patients for unnecessary services. If you have ever had a bad experience at the dentist, try out this office. You won’t be disappointed from the moment you walk in to walking out the door!

These guys are excellent! The best dentist office I have ever been to! I got a Groupon for a cleaning, exam and x-rays, and having just lost dental insurance, planned to go for this deal, but return to my regular dentist, if need be. Forget that! These guys are well worth staying! Not only was everyone VERY friendly, they were more informative, honest, and caring than any of the staff at other dentists I have been to. The hygienist, Brandy, was very nice, and really gave it to me straight, but nicely! Dr Kroll was very friendly, and fixed the lousy bonding job that my previous dentist did on my front teeth – at no charge! I ended up having a cavity, and they were able to fix it, for a very fair price, at the same time! I couldn’t ask for an easier fix! They also take Care Credit, which is helpful, and have an in-clinic insurance program that is affordable! They are a little more of a drive for me, but WELL worth it! I’ll be back, for sure! Loved them! **Update 1/16/14** I wish I could add another star! These guys are awesome! Went in for my 6 month cleaning, and was just as satisfied. Brandy is a great hygienist and gave me so much information without overwhelming me! They have moved offices, and unfortunately are quite a drive from where I live, but I will definitely be making the trek every 6 months for such an awesome dental team! Truly the best!!

These guys are the best! Everyone is really friendly, and caring. Dr Kroll is the friendliest dentist I’ve ever been to. It’s hard to find a dentist you can trust, and having no dental insurance, it’s really important to find a trustworthy place- these guys are it! Brandy, the hygienist, is wonderful! She’s very friendly, and always gives me the best, and straight-forward information to keep my oral hygiene in check. I wouldn’t change a thing about these guys, and having been to some awful places in the past, I would recommend these guys to everyone!! THANKS!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From Penny at the front desk to the hygienist to the dental assistants to Dr. Kroll, they are friendly, caring and do excellent work. I’ve gladly recommended them to several neighbors who now share my opinion of the office and staff. Not sure you could find a better place to go for your dental needs.
