I have been going to this demerits since they were in their old office and Dr. Langeberg was the primary dentist. Dr. Smith has now taken over and I have seen nothing but good things continue to come from their office. I love the personal approach that Dr. Smith and his staff gives on a consistent basis. My 3 year old daughter is a patient as well and loves each visit which isn’t always the case with toddlers. He takes the time to explain things where you can understand and does not rush through any step of the process. It’s always clean and there is never a wait!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I have been going to North Shore Dental for years. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming. Joanie and Dr. Smith always make you feel comfortable and answer my questions. More importantly they are very gentle. I have referred friends and family as well. I will continue to do so as they are the best!

I started going to Dr Smith by accident when I broke part of my tooth while working in another state and called the wrong office. I am so happy I did call North Shore Dental. Dr Smith stabilized the tooth which allowed me to continue to travel for business and fixed it permanently once we were able to go back to the dentist with all the Covid restrictions. He has also cleaned and fixed some old cavities while making sure I am comfortable and as relaxed as possible. The team takes time to make sure I’m comfortable, taken care of, and aware of my options. Thank you for all the help.

I had not been to the dentist in over 5 years and was uncomfortable and embarrassed but knew it was something I needed to do.  Dr. Smith and his staff made me feel welcome and have helped me to achieve what I always wanted with my dental needs which is something I thought was not possible.  Highly recommend!

I love this team! I am not fond of dentists in general but Dr Smith and his team are wonderful. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional and very good to work with. Very knowledgeable team and has all the latest technology possible! Thank you team your the best!!!

So its not like anyone ever has a visit to the dentist as the highlight of their week, but since going to Dr. Smith’s at North Shore Dental the experience is much better. The office utilizes all the latest technology, which as a patient is great. Dr. Smith, through use of that technology, shows you in an HD real time photo / video exactly what he sees in your mouth – and takes the time to explain it in a way that you can understand. While none of this is a necessity to receiving excellent oral care – it does provide me with a better understanding which in my book makes the whole experience exponentially better.

Absolutely amazing experience at North Shore Dental. My husband and I have been talking about finding a dentist that we would both go to and that is closer to home. We definitely hit the jackpot with this one! Everyone was friendly, extremely comfortable and clean setting. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years and no one made me feel bad about that, which was a bit of a fear of mine going into the situation. Looking forward to getting to know everyone at North Shore Dental, our new dentist for (hopefully) years to come!

Craig Smith is one of the best Dentists I have ever been to. He truly cares about his patients. He had got me in for a consultation due to the severe pain I was having. He had no assistants working that day, it was a day of paperwork. When he saw the discomfort I was in, he immediately took care of the tooth on his own! It does not look easy to grab all of your own tools and still drill and fill the tooth! He did an excellent job and saved my weekend from pain and baby food. Thanks Doc!
