We chose Northeast Orthodontics to get our daughter’s braces, and I have been impressed with them since the first time we walked in the door. The office is very nice and inviting, and Lilly and Terry are always very friendly and helpful. To me, I get a genuine vibe that they are people that care about what they do. My daughter adores Lacee and Maegan, they are wonderful and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. All of the staff are very welcoming and warm and we really like everyone there, I’m glad that we chose them. I have never had a negative experience there. Dr. Reynolds is excellent with his patients, he was very informative about everything that was going to be happening, and he’s good at what he does. My daughter’s teeth look great now! Another positive thing about Northeast is whenever something has ever come up, they are able to help us quickly and they even go above and beyond to help sometimes, which as a human being, means a lot to me. It shows that they care, and I believe that’s important. Highly professional, good people. I would highly recommend Northeast Orthodontics to anyone!

I chose Northeast Orthodontics for my invisalign treatment and 100% recommend them! The initial consultation was very informative and they matched the competitor’s price without hesitation. Dr. Reynolds and the staff are wonderful, extremely kind and helpful. It’s obvious the employees love their work environment and take the time to get to know their patients. The invisalign process was seamless, when I had concerns with teeth alignment and progress Dr. Reynolds reviewed my plan of care at length. My retainers came much faster than the standard four weeks and the staff would call me to reschedule if I wanted to come in sooner which was considerate. Additionally, they are very accommodating. There was several times I had to change my appointment last minute, ~30minutes to 1 hour prior, and they were more than understanding. If you are looking for local orthodontist that is knowledgeable, professional and a delight to work with I recommend Northeast Orthodontics. I am pleased with my end results and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.

My two children are patients at Northeast and I take them every two months. So, I have spent considerable time at their office. I cannot say enough about the staff – from the front desk to the assistants in back, to the doctors. Everyone is extremely nice and always smiling, even at the.end of the day! Office is super clean and they provide. NEW magazines and an assortment of beverages. Bonus: parking is never a problem. I pay a lot for two sets of braces, but Northeast eases that pain. Ha!

They are so awesome! When you call them, they fit you right into there schedule, even if they are busy. Everyone is so nice and welcoming there, and they do such a good job with teeth. They are so gentle, I can’t remember the last time they poked me or accidentally hurt me when working on my braces. If your looking for a orthodontist in St. Petersburg, this is the place to go!

Dr. Reynolds and the staff at Northeast Ortho are absolutely 5 stars. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable. There’s a great mural in the ortho room, and free LaCroix and bottled water in the lobby! The payment schedule was easy and affordable. No additional fees for paying over time! Dr. Reynolds is patient-centered, charming and professional. I felt very confident in his care. The medical staff are attentive, sweet and extremely gentle! Appointments were easy to set and cancel/reschedule, and I appreciated the text reminders. I was always seen at the time of my appointments and rarely waited for even five minutes. I am moving before my treatment ends, and Dr. Reynolds and his team were so helpful in coordinating my continuity of care with my next Ortho. Payment balance was explained thoroughly, and It feels very fair.
