I am a first time reviewer but felt the need to post this. The staff at Northfield Dental is friendly and personable without sacrificing professionalism and knowledge. BUT………… What I am most impressed with is whether cleaning or major work, I have never had an issue or had to return to fix a problem. What Dr. Stein told me to expect is what happened. Predictability is what I am about. ALSO… Dr. Stein cured me of my apprehension towards dental visits which has a had an impact on my general health.

Everyone says their dentist is the best, but mine actually is. If you’re looking for a dental office with a friendly, accommodating staff and dentists who care about their patients – give them a call. My dentist is Dr. Stein, but I’ve actually been treated by all the dentists in the office at one time or another and they’re all great. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our family has been patients of Dr. Stein and the practice for many years. We have found them to be very caring and even go as far as checking in after a procedure to see how we are feeling. Besides having state of the equipment and knowledge, Dr. Stein always seems interested in his patients and truly seems to love what he does. The hygienists and office staff are all very pleasant and friendly also.

Excellent care, extremely thorough I was so happy that I finally found Dr. Stein and the Northfield Dental Group to treat my TMJ after trying several doctors over the course of a year! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Stein and his assistant Andrea were wonderful, explaining and demonstrating the treatment and causes explicitly! I woke up the next morning after wearing the mouth guard made for me and was able to yawn and in no pain whatsoever! Highly recommend them!!

I was referred here by my Physician. What a great place. The people are caring and sweet. I had an emergency and was seen the same day. I was nervous. I met with Dr. Stein and was put to ease immediately. His team of doctors here are top notch. He suggested a team approach. Glad I am here as a patient.

What a great office. From the moment you walk in you know its all going to be ok!! Beautiful office and wonderful staff. Everyone is caring…i mean they really care!!! I met with Dr. Ivan Stein. He is a really nice guy who listens!!!! What a difference. He put me at ease as I am very afraid of the dentist. He is very knowledgeable and gentle. I needed to have my front teeth fixed. They were all broken and discolored. He did 8 crowns and I look great! They look natural and white. My wife keeps looking at me because she cannot believe its me!!! I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Stein. Once you meet him you will understand that everything will be all right. Honest, caring, gentle, professional and passionate about his work. After being diagnosed with mild to moderate sleep apnea, my sleep disorder physician recommended the Northfield Dental Group to see if I was a candidate for using an oral appliance, because I was against using the CPAP mask, which is the normal treatment for sleep apnea. Even before meeting with Dr. Ivan Stein, I was very impressed by the friendly concerned staff. Dr. Stein is an extremely outgoing, caring individual who makes you feel comfortable and treats you with respect . He explains what he is attempting to accomplish and answers any questions that you may have and tries to make you feel relaxed. Ironically, my regular dentist informed me that I was a teeth grinder and that I had made two of my molars very loose and I faced the possibility of losing them. She recommended getting a night guard, but when I mentioned this to Dr. Stein, he actually told me that her suggestion was not a good one and could actually worsen the problem His oral appliance could not only treat my sleep apnea, but stop my teeth grinding. I am happy to say that the results of a recent sleep test showed I had no sleep apnea when wearing the oral appliance. As a bonus, it stopped my teeth grinding and my two loose molars are now tight and have recovered significantly. Another benefit of wearing this oral mouth appliance is that my wife told me that I no longer snore. Thanks to Dr. Stein and his caring staff, I have solved several problems with the help of one oral appliance. I highly recommend the Northfield Dental Group and I am seriously considering switching from a dentist I have used for over thirty years to this group.
