Sorry to hear about Maria.  I just have a dental visit today.  There is a new Dental Office Manager now.  The receptionist that Maria C. mentioned has been gone since early September of this year.  The new manager took care of me. Being a senior citizen patient, she listened to my financial limitations.  She was able to give me senior discount and some other discounts allowed in the practice. She let me feel that she is concerned about my well being, dental treatment service wise and beyond.  I shared to my spouse the very positive experience I got from the new manager and to the rest of the Dental staff at Northshore Dental. We are both happy for this happy turn of event.  Thank you very much.

Super helpful and friendly staff! The receptionist Kayla is super helpful and was great at communicating with me when we were resolving an issue with my insurance. I also recently had a tooth extraction that wasn’t covered by my insurance and they worked with me to make sure it was affordable, as well as a quick and painless process. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area!

I am so happy and relieved that I found this dental office. I had gone to another dentist for 30 years, but I moved, so I had to find another dentist. I knew that I urgently needed major work on two teeth and felt anxious to find a dentist that I could be comfortable with, and one that I could build a trusting medical relationship with. I had cleaning by the dental hygienist. I was treated by both Dr. Bennett and Dr. Kirkland and their assistants. I appreciate the time and explanation that was given to me and my many questions about the procedure and treatment I was to receive for a tooth extraction and bone graft and also a crown on a second tooth. With clear explanation I was able to make a decision about my preference of which type of procedure to have. I feel confident in their professional service and trust their advice. All the staff here are friendly, attentive, and professional. The overall atmosphere is clean, calm and comfortable. Kayla at the front desk is upbeat and knowledgeable about the different insurance coverage limitations. I will return for all my dental needs!!

The staff here is amazing, start to finish!  Kayla runs the desk and is very welcoming and thorough in covering any billing questions I had.  Colleen handles the dental hygienist duties and is wonderful, I always look forward to our one sided conversations . The doctors here have each been caring and great to work with.  Getting any work done on your teeth can be stressful but this group alleviates that and makes it a low stress experience!  I highly recommend them and will remain a loyal patient!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bennett for over 20 years. I have always received great service and never have had any problems. My teeth and gums are still in good shape with the help of Dr. Bennett and her staff.
