I will never go to any other place for my dental needs!  The dentists and staff here are amazing professionals — every one of them.  They remember my name, they remember what is happening in my life, they treat me with great care and respect.  I trust them completely — every service, from cleaning, to fillings, to crowns, has been a stress-free, comfortable experience (and I am a very nervous patient!).  Honestly, I am 61 and have lived all over this country, and I have never found any dentist to compare with this office.  Kudos to an amazing place!

I was nervous about going to the dentist as I cancelled my last couple appointments elsewhere. I found an ad for this office in a magazine and decided to try it. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. They have a list of “comfort items” like neck pillows, blankets, bottled water, etc. They even have televisions in the exam rooms that adjust so that you can watch while they are flossing and doing their examining. They exaibed everything they were doing. I mentioned that I was getting married in a couple months and they offered me a free service the week of my wedding where I can get my teeth polished and cleaned up! They were very helpful and nice. Office was clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything more! They gave me a “goody bag” on my way out containing multiple types of toothpaste, the usual floss and toothbrush, and then even an umbrella (nice touch for spring time in Ohio). Definitely recommend.

I always have a 5 star experience at North Star Family Dental. The reception staff is friendly and professional. The hygienists are thorough but gentle and friendly as well. My dentist is great…. She gives me great recommendations on my care going forward and I always feel great when I’m finished, knowing I’m in good hands!

I had a great first time experience at Northstar family Dental. As soon as I walked in the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable by greeting me with pleasant upbeat attitude, offering me snacks and giving me a tour around the office. Considering i don’t like the dentist office I would say my fears dissipate a lot by the time it was time for me to go to the back. The staff and building looked clean & very professional, they completed my procedure in a timely manner & were very descriptive on what was taking place. I have told a few of my friends about NFD that were looking for a new dentist but unfortunately they were not in network. I go back in a few weeks for another procedure & im sure I’ll get the same great treatment I got the first time.

Absolutely the best customer dental experience in Columbus! I drive over an hour to get there and after my first visit, I am a life-time customer now. Amazing staff: very kind, caring, loyal and friendly. You can watch TV the entire time while getting your teeth done! I learned more about oral health and my own teeth in one visit than I would have in 20 visits with my old dentist. Choose Northstar Family Dental, you will be glad you did.

I’ve been searching for a Dentist that I’m comfortable with for years. I’ve tried multiple dental offices in the area with no luck. As a person who hasn’t has the best experiences with Dental procedures, it was a breath of fresh air to find Northstar. They were very accommodating, Professional, and went above and beyond to assure that I felt comfortable.

I walked into this office for 2 reasons: 1) for help because I was in pain with infection; 2) to find family oriented good dental office.  Luckely I found exactly what I was looking for: 1) I got same day root canal appointment, my pain is gone and I am waiting for permanent crown to be maid and installed in a few days; 2) I really feel that I am in GOOD HANDS and this will be my office for dental needs.  Thanks to everyone who helped me that day!!!

My experiences at Northstar Family Dental have been excellent to date. I am always greeted with a smile, never have to wait more than a minute, and am confident that I am receiving excellent dental and oral hygiene care from every member of their team. As an individual with a busy work schedule, I greatly appreciate their Saturday hours. I would highly recommend Northstar Family Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Northstar Family Dental is a great place! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. They know my family and our dental history and make our twice yearly visits easy and stress free. They are on time and the office is exceptionally clean. They’ve even made time for me when I had a painful tooth emergency. I could not recommend Northstar Family Dental more highly. And did I mention they are amazing with kids? Amazing. Definitely the right choice for any dental care you might need.

Northstar Family Dental has been amazing for me and my entire family!  With my previous dentist, I had been experiencing pain after a filling for over A YEAR and my previous dentist kept trying to say there was nothing they could do and it was just me being sensitive.  I finally came to Northstar after a friend recommended them, and it took them about 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the pain that made me eat on one side of my mouth for an entire year.  I was sold.  They are so caring, kind, friendly and really strive to make the experience wonderful for everyone.  My husband has a lot of dental anxiety and feels compeltely at ease with them.  I have a 5 year old on the autism spectrum and they are incredibly patient and kind and work to make him comfortable.  My kids LOVE going to the dentist (they literally get angry when someone from the family is going without them).  They have cookies, a huge treasure box and all kinds of things to make the experience fun.  We will never go to another dentist again!
