Dr Frankel is awesome! I have had a lot of dentists work of my teeth. Too many I would say. Since I found Dr Frankel a few years ago I have never looked back. Friendly and clean office. They entire team is knowledgeable and professional. They always do well to calm any dental chair anxiety I come in with. I trust her and her staff so much to my care that I even encouraged my entire family to see her. And they do now much to their pleasure. My toddler sees her also now and he enjoys going which I think is a true testament.

Everyone at NW Dental Arts are friendly and professional, from Melissa and Lita who are the first to greet you with a smile, to Itzel and Me, both skilled hygienists. Kind, courteous, friendly and professional. I don’t usually leave reviews. However this time I felt it was warranted. From the moment my son and I entered the office the staff was friendly and helpful. Jodie made sure to explain what she would be doing and how we would proceed with each process. It couldn’t have been easy for her since I haven’t been to a dentist in 10+ years. Very happy with Northwest Dental Arts. Would give six stars out of five if I could.

Fast and friendly and painless. My opinion of dentists prior to coming to Northwest dental arts had always been very negative. most my life that I have been to a dentist I was always in pain when the dentist would work on my mouth. Not here! The dentist is very gentle and makes sure you are not in any pain while work is done. I found myself almost falling asleep I was that comfortable! Would recommend to anyone with bad experiences in past. This place is great.

Best dental facility I have ever been too. My kids came here when they were small through today. Very polite, understanding and never does unnecessary work. I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work and even with a crown replacement it was a breeze. I appreciate their understanding to my fears and I appreciate the front desk working with my billing. I will always recommend this place.

No wonder they have so many 5-star reviews. And I’ll add mine to the pile! … I’m a pretty nervous dental patient, and starting with a new dentist is especially nerve-racking. Upon walking in the office, it was a clean and calm environment with friendly staff. I filled out the paperwork and sat down to wait for the dental hygienist to call me. I didn’t have to wait long before I was taken back to one of the rooms. Again, the space was clean. Jodie was friendly, professional, and talked me through each thing she did. As she finished building out all the notes, Dr. Jennifer Frankel washed up and joined us. They both communicated with each other and me very well. Jodie did my cleaning and it was so gentle! I have never had such a pleasant time at the dentist! I thoroughly recommend Northwest Dental Arts!

I called for an apt. On Monday regarding a sore tooth. I was able to get into the dentist this morning. The staff and dentist as a whole work very hard at making the patient most comfortable and listen to the concerns that I was having with my tooth. I appreciate that they were able to see me on short notice and that we were able to find a solution. I also don’t have insurance so Michelle was able to explain to us about their in house insurance plan and we look forward to accepting that insurance on our next visit. Beyond my expectations. Staff is welcoming, accommodating and very skilled in their craft. They were able to squeeze me into an appointment of my preference as a new patient. Dental hygienist, My did my routine cleaning. Very calm, precise and thorough throughout the entire procedure. Turns out, needed fillings. Front desk did their best to accommodate my schedule once again. The following visit I worked directly under Dr. Frankel, a complete professional. Extremely happy to have found this place. Northwest Dental Arts is my permanent “go-to” for all my dental needs moving forward.

Just started with Northwest. They had a cancellation and got me in to repair a chipped front tooth. My daughter is getting married in a little over a week and the obvious pictures that will be taken was a concern. Trying to hide the obvious doesn’t make for a natural smile. In and out in no time. Everything looks great. We had just changed insurances. Very smooth transition. Excellent work

My children and I see Dr. Frankel and I highly recommend her. My 7 year old had her first cavity and was very nervous about getting it filled. Dr. Frankel made her feel so comfortable and distracted her so well that it was actually a positive experience for my daughter. I appreciate her as an adult patient, and even more so appreciate her natural ability to make my young children feel comfortable and even enjoy themselves during uncomfortable procedures.

Tried several dentists offices for my kids and I. Finally found this office we love! I prefer offices like this for my 3 and 6 year olds, instead of the offices specifically advertised for kids, because I feel like we get better quality service. The kids love that they have a small toy area and that they get to watch movies while they get their teeth worked on. The girls at the front are super helpful and friendly. The doctors are gentle and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend it.

Nikki is an amazing hygienist. Dentist is also amazing. Best, most gentle dental experience ever. I also never felt judged for being anxious or pain averse. The facilities are very nice, clean, and modern. They use digital x-rays and the hygienist I had, was very careful with placement of the films and was checking in to make sure I wasn’t in pain or experiencing too much discomfort with them. She took just as much care in my cleaning and made me feel at ease (as much as possible while lying back with metal in your mouth). She did an amazing job and my teeth feel incredibly smooth and clean. I do have an appointment to go back for a filling so we’ll see how that goes. The other thing I loved, is the receptionist went over all my benefits before my appointment and when I thought one might be wrong, instead of getting an attitude, she agreed it could be possible and went to research it further. They also didn’t try to up-sell me a bunch of procedures to get more money out of me. In fact, I actually had a couple smaller cavities that the dentist said we would watch, but rather than trying to squeeze more stuff out me, he is just filling one that is larger and already bothering me. Very nice staff, great experience, and while I can’t say I’m looking forward to going back and having a tooth filled. I feel very comfortable in their hands for the procedure.

I had a dentist for 7 years that I loved he got meover my fear of the dentist. So when he moved I was mortified. However, after seeing all the great reviews. I am so happy to have found this dentist. Everyone was really nice, they are reasonably priced for all services. Hygienist was kind and I never got scared since I am the biggest wimp at the dentist. Never got the opportunity to question or get concerned. My daughter watched Toy Story 2 while getting x-rays and cleaned Good warm feeling in the office, staff was great, and very professional. So glad to find another good dentist.
