First of all, I have been terrified of the dentist most of my life so you can imagine the work I had to have done. Dr. Barme and his staff were were so sensitive to my fear and made me feel safe. My family and I have been with Norwalk Dental Center for about 10 years and can honestly say we have had the greatest care. The staff knows patients names when they walk in and are greeted with a warm smile. Dr. Barme and Dr. David explain what they are doing to make me feel comfortable.   When I walk in I know that my family will be well taken care of. The office staff and dental assistants are friendly and caring. Thank you for taking my fear away.

I found this dentist office on yelp and went for my first visit today. The experience was great!! The staff and Dr. David were very professional amd friendly. They made my experience very comfortable. They ensured that I knew exactly what they intended to do and helped me to develop a plan of action to get my oral care needs met. I would highly recommend them. They are professional, affordable, and EVERYONE was very friendly.

Firstly my teeth are really messed up due to not flossing and maintenance. I prefer this place because the dentist takes you step to step in the procedure. He lets you know if there was a problem like a root on a nerve, decay under old silver, etc. he never leaves you out of the loop and by the way he works you can tell he has impeccable technique. Highly recommend coming here for your dental care

I went into Norwalk Dental Center in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth that needed to be immediately extracted. I was in so much pain and unable to wait until the following week to see the dental office my insurance assigned me to. I called Norwalk Dental Office and spoke with Samantha. She was able to set me up with an appointment right away. She was friendly and on top of it. She worked with me and provided reasonable out of pocket fees. Dr. David was great and made me feel at ease. Overall, the experience was 10/10. The Dr. and staff make the dental experience a breeze. Highly recommend.

Dr. Doan is so knowledgeable & always explains your diagnosis thoroughly & honestly! He is very eager to teach his clients & is a total perfectionist which is what I look for in a dentist! He is also very gentle in the way he works on your teeth, which is a huge plus for me!!! I’ve never left his office in pain! The staff is also very friendly and make you feel at home. They definitely have a customer for life!

Dr. David Doan and the staff at Norwalk Dental Center has restored my faith in dentists. I was deathly afraid of going to the dentist and have been avoiding it for over 4 years. After finally getting good dental insurance at work, I decided it was time to revisit the dentist. I had to replace 9 old fillings in addition to a deep cleaning. I have a low pain tolerance and am scared of needles, but Dr. David made the whole experience enjoyable and pain-free! I will be back for additional dental work including tooth extractions and braces. Thank you Dr. David for helping this chicken out =) Other pros: -Large parking lot -Large dental office with many work stations -Friendly staff -Experienced dentists who also do orthodontics I highly recommend Norwalk Dental Center to anyone looking for a great dentist!

I had a front tooth crown that fell off after 10 years. I went to a previous dentist to re-cement my crown; that crown fell off after one year. I thought this was odd that a crown would fall off so quickly. Dr. David is an honest man. I went to him instead and told him what had happened. He is was very thorough unlike the last dentist. He told me the reason why it probably came off was because my tooth that was shaved was very short, and that he probably needs to “reshape” the tooth to make it longer. The glue would be stronger if it had more surface area to hold the crown. Doing this means I would have to make a new crown ~ more money. I really did not want to spend another grand to make another crown. But without saying anything, he told me that he will re-cement the tooth so that I would not have to shove out the expense of a new crown. That was really nice of him, he could have easily tricked me, but he didn’t!

First time here, and had a great experience! I got lucky with my crazy schedule and was able to be seen as a first time patient for a dental exam, X-rays included. A true gem in the little city of Norwalk. GOODS: -Punctual office; opened on time and started all my paperwork and exam efficiently -Appointment scheduling is fast and hassle-free -Friendly office; the X-ray technician, Dr. Doan and front office ladies were so welcoming. Definitely eases you if going to the dentist makes you nervous -Clean; very well-kept office which is extremely important in any medical facility -Parking; very easy with their own large parking lot NOT-SO-GOODS: -Not opened on the weekends, so can make it hard for some people to squeeze in an appointment, but not impossible Overall, glad they took my insurance and were able to see me on such short notice. Wonderful staff who do their best to accommodate you. Will definitely stay!

After mulling over a teeth whitening for awhile, I decided to splurge and treat myself to one! I settled on Dr. David Doan and it was an amazing decision. I came into the office to schedule an appointment and the staff were very friendly and quick to respond. On the day of my actual appointment, they immediately remembered me from my last visit! They had everything ready for me before I even walked through the door. I’ve heard that teeth whitening can be a very long and uncomfortable with teeth sensitivity. I did not experience anything like that at all. They were very accommodating and checked up on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable. The entire process felt way quicker than it actually was. My teeth were visibly whiter from the procedure and I barely felt any sensitivity at all! Definitely worth my time! I would 100% recommend Dr. Doan to family and friends

I want to leave an updated review of this place. In my previous revire it was low and harsh due to the frustration that I was going through at the time finding the right dentist for my family. The initial experience was frustrating due to insurance policy, but I gotta say, Dr. David was very understanding explaining everything, including the fees, as I move forward with getting the procedures for my family members. We have found to love Dr. David and the care he provides for his clients. He explains everything step by step as so his patients can understand the reason why a certain procedure is needed. Thank you Dr. David for being patient and continuing to provide compassion through your work and providing the best care! I would recommend Dr. David to everyone and anyone out there because our family have come to love and trust Dr. David and his staff. Thank you one again Dr. David and staff for all that you do.

The staff at Norwalk Dental Center are friendly, professional and super helpful from the check-in process to consultation and procedure. Samantha, the insurance specialist, was very informative and explained my benefits without confusion. The office manager, Abby, was friendly and welcoming. Dr. David was thorough and gentle during my procedure. My first experience here was perfect and I will definitely be back.

Came here for a zoom whitening procedure as recommended from a few friends. I was so happy with the entire experience. Dr. Doan and his team were so friendly and informative about the entire process. I left with sparkling white teeth and my takehome kit with custom whitening trays. I will definitely be back for any further dental work!!!

The Staff were phenomenal and friendly. I came in for my wisdom and premolar extraction and cavity filling. Dr. Doan and his staff reassured that everything will be fine. I was afraid of the pain that comes with wisdom removal and surprisingly the whole procedure was pain free. The office is clean and Dr. Doan was very professional. They also gave me a post-operative instructions which was very helpful.

I came here as a teenager and decided to come back because the dentist I was going to had been giving me and recommended treatment I did not need done. I had a lot of pain in a tooth that was filled. 1 year and three months after it was done I went back because the pain was unbearable and they gave me a horrible response. (I left my experience on their yelp Gallatin dental in Downey) I decided to come here to Norwalk dental center for the issue I was having and they addressed what it was the other dentist said it wasn’t the tooth I had pain in but referred pain. This office did a root canal and turned out my tooth was in fact infected and dead under the filling my previous dentist dr Steve had done. I highly recommend Norwalk Dental Center they took care of my concerns and were open and honest. Their main concern was the same as my main concern finding the root problem and fix it. I will be moving my family to this dentistry.

I hate to admit this but before coming to Norwalk Dental Center I hadn’t seen any dentist in 10 years. I had been avoiding it since my last experience was traumatic. The staff at Norwalk Dental Center treated me so kindly on my first visit. They were aware of my fears of dental work so they walked me through every single procedure. Dr. Doan examined my teeth without judgement. You can imagine how embarrassed I was to tell him I hadn’t seen a dentist in a decade. He thoroughly went over my x-rays and developed a game plan to get my teeth and gums back on track. I’m about half way through the plan he created for me. Between deep cleanings with Dr. Rodriguez and cavity removals with Dr. Doan, I am much more confident when I smile. All my friends and family have noticed the difference too! Thank you Dr. Doan and staff! I feel comfortable and confident in getting all my dental work done here.

Dr. David is amazing. Having known Dr. David for at least 10 years, he is a gentle, friendly and passionate dentist. He takes care of his patients in a calm and professional manner. He stays on top of any new developments in dentistry and shares his expertise and knowledge with other dentists in the field so others can provide quality care like him.
