I  was first worried to go into a public clinic because of the pandemic we’re having but Norwick dentistry definitely eased my worries! All the workers were very polite and gave guidelines to what to expect before coming in for an appointment, making sure everyone is 6 feet apart, wearing masks, and always taking everyone temperatures when coming into the building. Even when I had my teeth examined, all the workers followed the guidelines and made the appointment quick and simple. I would definitely recommend going to Dr. Norwick as well he was very nice and caring especially with many plans that got delayed because of the pandemic.

Several years ago, I got my braces through Norwick. They did an excellent job. Not to mention that the staff here is so friendly! I recently went in to get a new retainer because my previous one broke and the process was extremely quick. I had it in my hands within the next couple of days. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Norwick and his staff are Amazing!!! They all are so kind and compassionate. Dr. Norwick performs exceptional orthodontic work and I have taken all 4 of my children to him. I have recommended him to all of my friends and family, and I have yet to hear anything other than great experiences from them.

My kids had braces done on August 14, 2019. The office did an incredible job! Expensive but a long commitment to our children and their growth from kids to adults. The braces were metal and each kid took about an hour for the process. Clean and friendly staff. Dr. Norwick is a class act! Go there! Get braces there! Service is incredible! Clean facility! Great magazines! Video games for the kids!

My daughter got her braces off last month and her teeth are beautiful! Dr Norwick and his team did a great job at making my daughter always feel comfortable even when they could tell she wasn’t wearing her bands like she should have been. (Wear your bands!) I really can’t think of one negative thing to say about her experience there. If you are looking for an Orthodontist, I know you would be happy with Dr. Norwick and his team!

This office is the best. I had to take my daughter into the office this morning for an emergency fix and was in and out in five minutes. I called the emergency number last night and was helped immediately. I was given advice to get through the night and told to come first thing in the morning to have her looked at. Every time I contact this office we are met with the friendliest staff. Thank you all for your assistance and making us feel important. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist.

Dr. Norwick and his staff are absolutely amazing!! Amazing orthodontist, professional and friendly staff- the best you can get! You will always be greeted with respect and the staff always makes sure to accommodate a busy schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for orthodontic work to visit Dr. Norwick. They really know how to treat you well and make sure you are getting the absolute best service out there! 5 stars do not justify how amazing he and all his staff are. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Norwick Orthodontics for orthodontic care! The office is beautiful and professional, and also has a play room for younger kids. The staff is so kind and sweet, and Dr. Norwick is very knowledgeable, thorough, and an awesome orthodontist. Dr. Norwick assessed that I would need my braces on for 2 years, while other orthodontic offices told me I would need them for close to 4 years. I have had my braces off for 5 years now, and my teeth still look the way they did the day I got them off! Looking back, I would not have wanted to go through the braces process through any other office!

The staff is wonderful and they are truly a caring business — my daughter needed a “simple fix” but they continue to follow her. I never felt pressured and always feel comforted after my visits that she is in good hands. Dr. Norwick genuinely seems interested in your child and that means everything. I would highly recommend him.

We were visiting Michigan from South Dakota and two of my son’s braces popped off. We walked in and they helped us right away even though he is not a patient there. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond, especially Anne and Emilee!! Thank you so much!!!

After investigating a number of orthodontists, we decided to travel across town because we were so impressed by this office. The staff is hospitable and kind. Dr. Norwick is down to earth yet has a wealth of knowledge, which he was able to apply to my kids.

I took my oldest daughter to Dr. Norwick three years ago, now her smile is perfect. His staff are always helpful and always trying to help as much as they can. Very friendly and professional. Baylee says that we couldn’t have chosen a better orthodontist. She used to hate to smile and when she did she hid her teeth but now she loves to smile and show off her perfect pearly whites! So thank you, and it was one of the best things I could have done for my daughter.

I have been coming to Dr. Norwich for years and have always had a pleasant experience here. Very kind and friendly staff who will go out of their way for you to make sure you are taken care of. High quality care for a good price. Always feels like I’m coming to a family gathering while I’m here!

My initial visit to dr. Norwick was back in 5th grade. From braces to headgear I have the perfect smile. I am now at the age of 30 and I’m still asked about where/how my teeth are perfectly straight. I remember the great physician, staff and service. Highly recommend.

Dr Norwich gave me a detailed information of treatment options , advised me with the best for my son . Which is to wait . Usually doctors rushed for treatment. I have been going to Dr. Norwick for about 5 years now. I always have an amazing experience when I visit. The staff is so friendly and makes each visit easier than the last. I am in and out in less than 30 minutes! I had such a good experience with my braces that my sister and father also used the services provided at Norwick Orthodontics. Had a full set of braces in the ’90s from Dr. Norwick and staff, and it was awesome! Had fun deciding band colors for every visit. Didn’t have braces long, but they always come with great memories. This office was always friendly to my family, and we had great experiences

The staff here is really nice and helpful. They made sure my sister’s experience here was great. Dr. Norwick helped her get her teeth aligned in a short amount of time. She was told by other Orthodontics that she needed surgery but Dr. Norwich found better, less sever solutions to align her teeth.

I was not your traditional patient needing orthodontic treatment. Being in my early 50’s at that time i had treatment, I knew the correction would be longer than that of a much younger patient; the staff all worked together to make my experience comfortable. I have recommended several non-traditional patients to Dr Norwick’s that are completely satisfied as well. I would place any treatment in the hands of the Norwick Team!!!!
