My husband and I recently visited Novi Dentists and our all time favorite dentist Dr. Marriott which was our first time visiting since COVID-19. We have a newborn baby at home and so we are extra cautious as to where we go to protect her during these uncertain times. The office staff in the front went above and beyond when we arrived to make sure we were comfortable and felt safe in their facility. They are constantly sanitizing things after use, there is surgically clean air running through the office and the lobby is very well set up for socially distance waiting. Although I’ve never waited in the lobby for my appointment for more than 3-5 minutes anyways since my appointment is always on time like clockwork! I just can’t imaging going anywhere else and receiving the same extraordinary service that we did that day all the way from the front desk, to my dental hygienist Suzanne to Dr. Marriott. We live an hour away and it is always well worth the trip. As always, 5 star experience here! Highly recommend!

I like so many others HATE going to the dentist! I found myself with 2 cracked teeth Friday night/ Saturday morning & not having a regular dentist sent me scrambling to find help first thing say morning. The employees at this office are AWESOME!!! I can not say enough positive things about each & everyone I met & talked with, such wonderful people! They had me laughing & feeling relaxed in no time. Love this office & will recommend then to anyone who will listen to me!

I have always had a great experience at this dentist office! The staff, hygienists and doctors are always professional and friendly. The office is clean, large and conveniently located. When my employer changed insurance companies, the reception staff worked with me understand my dental insurance choices and the best option with their converge. The hygienists and doctors take interest in my life and they are always a friendly face. Dr. Marriott is very amiable and always explains my options thoroughly without overselling or pressure. I feel like he always has my best interests in mind. I have been going to Novi Dentists for 3 years and I cannot imagine seeing anyone but Dr. Marriott in the foreseeable future.

We have been patients at Novi Dentists for many years, and for good reason – they are the most capable, courteous, and friendly professionals you could ever hope for. And it’s not just their regularly scheduled exams and routine dental work that has impressed me – it’s their responsiveness when the unexpected occurs. Recently, I had a very old filling fall out right before an important family event…Dr. Marriott was fantastic – got me in, fixed me up, and sent me on my way quickly. Best dentist I’ve found in along time. They offer state of the art technology to make your experience as painless as possible. Everyone who knows me knows I’ve had my share of dental work done. I’m so happy with this place from the girls up front are so friendly and welcoming. The assistants and hygienist are accommodating and gentle. They will even offer you a warm blanket to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Marriott is my dentist and I like the fact that he’s very knowledgeable in the latest in dental solutions. He’s always making sure I’m comfortable during any procedure. I also like how he explains what he is going to be doing before he starts. They also are there when you have an emergency. I’ve had two and they they couldn’t be more accommodating. They get me right in and will stay late to get your issue resolved. I speak from experience on that!! I while heartedly recommend this warm and and efficient Dental group.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Marriott and the staff working at Novi Dentists. I had to bring my 5 year old in with me and they made her feel right at home, I felt like she was welcome and as a Mother it meant a lot! I was a new patient so I had to get all the x-rays and photos done. I need some deep cleaning done and a filling. The team has answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and the work on my teeth has been smooth sailing. I highly recommend them!

I have been going here ever since I can remember (so over 20 years) and I’ve never had a reason to complain and I never will. They’re efficiency is incredible, you almost never wait more than 5 minutes and if they say you’ll be out in 30 minutes, then you are out in 30 minutes. They are knowledgeable and kind, always curious how my life is going and truly care if I am taking care of myself (teeth and body). These guys know how to cater to their patients, I mean they are open on Saturdays, who does that??

Great Service! Dentist and hygienist are incredible. My husband changed a job so we had to change our dentist last year from this practice to somewhere else I changed two dentists in between but I had to come back to this place as I could not really trust anyone and did not find them satisfactory. Dentists here don’t rob you they rather educate you and try to make you feel comfortable and explain you everything. I can get 100% free dental services at some other places through my husband’s job. Here however I have to co pay but even then I don’t mind because I know besides awesome customer service and patient service I am buying peace of mind and total satisfaction as well. I come all the way from Windsor canada to this dentistry for this satisfaction only. Moreover, front desk people are also very helpful and they always try to accommodate my timings and schedule.

I’m 49, and had a piece of one of my back molars with a filling break off while I was eating (about 20% of the tooth). It freaked me out. I went to Novi Dentists thinking I was going to have to get the tooth pulled out. To my surprise, the Dentist was able to grind out the old filling, put in a new one, and rebuild the piece of missing tooth! All in about 1 hour! The Dentist was very kind, patient and informative to all my questions and concerns. An absolute fantastic job!

I have been seeing Dr. Andress since I was a teenager. He and his staff and colleagues are wonderful. They strive to make procedures efficient and pain-free. I will never go (or take my kids) anywhere else. My husband started seeing Dr. Marriott then made the mistake of going to another office that was closer to our home. He soon returned to have their shoddy worked fixed here. We live in Brighton now, but it is worth the drive. They also cater to the Japanese community with friendly, Japanese-speaking staff.

I came in to get one of my front teeth fixed today. I had never been here before but I’m definitely going to make this my primary dentist! Daniel is an amazing dentist, he made my tooth look better than even before it was chipped. I was out of the office in less than an hour and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist. Was so nice to get my teeth cleaned for the first time during covid- 19 precautions. It was like a spa day for me! The office ran efficiently and hygenically, while making me feel like a special guest. I can’t say enough good things about this whole team, kindness , top- notch practitioners, cleanliness, multi- lingual staff, friendliness, professionalism….I have been coming to this practice as it grew from some 30 years ago to now, and it continues to amaze me and comfort me and my family with the best dental care we could ever ask for.

Great practice. I’ve been going for 14 years. Clean, spacious, very professional. Extended hours mean I can always find a time in my schedule to go. They never never never oversell dental crap like some of the bad practices I’ve been to, but when I’ve had problems (broken tooth) they got me in instantly and fixed me right up. I am a doctor and am a bit jealous of how well they run this office! Example: they have japanese speaking staff to cater to the large number of Japanese folks in the area (from the autos…..) just another example of how they are customer oriented and well organized.

Words cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Novi Dentists. I woke up on Saturday morning with a bad tooth ache/infection. I found Novi Dentists on Google, called them, explained the situation, and they were able to see me immediately. I mentioned typically being nervous/uncomfortable at the dentist, and they really went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Marriott was the nicest dentist I have ever met, and his staff was as well. Everyone I encountered there was extremely genuine, friendly, and seemed happy to be there. Dr. Marriott offered me different options and suggestions, which I really appreciated. I am new to town, and will 100% use Novi Dentists, and recommend them to my new co-workers, neighbors, etc. Trust me– this is the place to go!

I have attended this practice for over 20 years and had numerous procedures ranging from regular cleanings to fillings and caps. They use state of the art computer programs and equipment to perform xrays, maintain dental records and to schedule visits. All of the Hygienists are very kind and professional and they also have by lingual staff for their Japanese clients.
