I wanted to write a brief review regarding my experience with Dr. Malek Mansour and his associates. I recently had 4 wisdom teeth pulled out upon his professional recommendation! I don’t know if I am just a fast healer, but I was able to eat a steak dinner that very night!! Dr. Mansour is a professional, and by far the most talented dentist in Southern California if not for the entire state! His staff is not only professional by very accommodating to the needs of its patients. Highly recommended to anyone that is in need of the best dental care! My two thumbs up to Nuvo Dental of Irvine!

Most thorough teeth cleaning I’ve had. Wonderful staff and people! I found this office from the Yelp reviews and I’m glad I chose to come here. From arrival, the welcome desk was very hospitable and courteous. The office is beautifully designed. The dental assistants were patient and answered all 10 million of my questions. Usually when I get my teeth cleaned I have to hold in all my spit because they forget to suction. But the woman who cleaned my mouth was so meticulous and detail-oriented that she knew every time I needed it without me saying anything. Kudos to her! The visit with the dentist was quick and straight to the point, which I like. I got all of my questions out and he provided me with the advice I needed. Afterwards, I received a very nice personal email from the dentist. This is customer service at its highest. I really felt special! Anyway, go here if you’re in this area. You or your teeth won’t be disappointed.

I had a tooth fixed at this location last year, I thought all was well and looking backward it wasn’t. I reached out to Nuvo and I had a instant response from the DR after not speaking with him for 9 months. He went out of his way to call after 9 pm at night. He didn’t know but it was my birthday and he showed he was concerned about my health. My tooth is having some trouble due to my eating habits. It cracked and it has to be pulled. The Dr is so concerned that he scheduled me in on his day off worried about my health. Give them a chance and you will see a different level of care.

I recently went to see Dr. Mansour at the request of my wife because she said she had a great experience. She is always hassling me to get my 6 month checkups which always end up being annual checkups by the time I actually make it in. Anyways, the staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Mansour had me in and out quickly, which was a really nice change from the usual hour wait I would have at my previous dentist. He was also very attentive and knowledgeable about everything he explained to me and answered all of my questions so patiently and thoroughly too.

Starting in January, I have had 5 appointments thus far and I can honestly say I am thoroughly impressed with the care they put into each of their patients. The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, you get to watch Netflix or any show you want while they look at your teeth. There is a little bit of wait time when you come in 5-10 minutes, but that’s only because they give 100% attention to each of their clients so the wait is well worth it. As for the actual services, Dr. Mansour is very thorough with his work. Once you leave his office you are educated on everything pertaining to your teeth! He even teaches a new way of brushing teeth more thoroughly, and it really works! All in all I highly suggest visiting Nuvo dental.

He really is talented and knowledgeable with over 30 years experience. His wife who is also a dentist assisted him and she was also wonderful and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and going to do and explained xray photos and gave his recommendations. He made me feel at ease and was very friendly to talk to. His other assistant Miriam is also great and friendly. Front desk manager Suzanne is welcoming ! Very friendly staff! I was also impressed with the clean office . You are in good hands at Nuvo dentistry!

I decided to change dentist offices after my prior dentist office changed their office staff which suddenly came up with a long list of dental procedures that “needed to be performed.” I had been to other offices that also tried to up sell unnecessary procedures only to line their own pockets. Unfortunately this is what a lot of dentists are being taught these days. I tried Dr. Malek Mansour at Nuvo Dental of Irvine and was very pleased with the quality of care I received. Dr. Mansour was very through and spent about two hours with me. Besides cleaning my teeth, he took the time to educate me on the correct way to brush and floss. I have a problem with grinding my teeth during my sleep and actually cracked one of my teeth as a result. Unlike my prior dentist recommendations, this is the only tooth that needed to be replaced. Dr. Mansour replaced my tooth with a material that is very durable that is very sturdy, so I will not have this problem again in the future. And he fixed my tooth guard so I did not have to replace it, saving me more money! I have never had a dentist spend as much time as he did making sure I was educated on the procedures and proper hygiene. Dr. Mansour, his office manager, Souzan, and the entire staff are very accessible. I was encouraged to call at any time with any concerns or questions. It is refreshing to find this kind of “old school” dental care and concern still exists! I have recommended them to several people who are unhappy with their current dentist and will continue to do so.

I needed an implant on one of my back teeth and a good friend of mine referred me to Dr. Mansour so I went for a consultation appointment and decided to go ahead and have him perform the implant on me because I saw right away how knowledgeable he is about implants and pain management. I was very scared of how painful it might be but he was very reassuring and thorough with all of his explanations during each step of the process. Dr. Malek and his whole staff are extremely professional and kind! I had a terrible case brought on by my previous dentist which resulted in having to get an extraction/ implant. As a young college student dentist visits are not my favorite nor are surgical procedures! Dr. Malek explained to me in detail why I needed this procedure and how he was going to do it. He showed confidence in his skill and I was immediately comfortable with the decision of having this procedure done. Normally, extractions/implants take a couple hours give or take; Dr. Malek finished in less than an hour, I didn’t even have time to sleep! He took out my tooth in its entirety without any broken pieces of the root. His technique was flawless and quite honestly worthy of public attention. The healing process was easy as well he gave me pain medication for when the numbness wore off and showed me videos on how to take care of the surgical site. I was able to move around and do my normal daily activities that very night. You’re probably thinking “oh my extractions/implants must be so expensive!” And you’re right, they are! But Dr. Malek’s prices beat any other dental offices’ and if needed his staff will work a payment plan for you. I loved my experience at Nuvo Dental Office and I highly recommend Dr. Malek and his team to everyone.
