We have been visiting this practice since last three years and I can only say good things about Dr Buse. She is knowledgeable and explains all possible solutions to a problem. The front desk is helpful and have helped us resolve billing issues promptly and effectively. The hygienist Amy and Diane( now retired) are both great. I been going to NW family dental for over 3 years now and they’ve consistently provided top notch service. They are a pleasure to work with and were great with my son who was a little nervous going to the dentist for the first time. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist before. Dr. Buse has great attention to detail and is highly knowledgeable. Deanne, my hygienist is pleasant, gentle, and thorough. I’m planning to come back for many years to come.

The staff at NW Family Dental is great, even if you’re anxious about dentists. From Tate at the front desk to Deanne the dental hygienist to Dr Buse, my experience has always been fantastic. I have a lot of anxiety around dentists, and my previous dentist never knew how to handle it and usually made it worse (I should have left years before I did, we just weren’t a good match), but this team is compassionate and knows just how to work with me to get the best results.

I appreciate the courteous reception and appointment procedures, relaxing and beautiful rooms and the exceptional care from the staff. I could not be happier with Dr. Buse and the Northwest Family Dental team. Doctor Buse is very thoughtful in explaining what needs to be done, and very attentive throughout the procedure asking again and again if I feel any pain. Her work is top notch, and she inspires lots of confidence in what she is doing. Never had issues with her work and I had two crowns put by her, not to mention the fillings over the past 3 years since I started seeing her. One thing that always bugs me with fillings is at the end when they are too high. All dentists I have seen in the past seemed to have a problem with that and had to do 5-6 retakes to get it done. Hers very rarely require to take out from the filling to level it off, and if it happens it’s only one or 2 takes at most. I don’t know too much about dentistry but for me this is a sign of a true professional and truly talented dentist. I am also very impressed with how well she works with her team and how seamless the collaboration. They rarely talk about what they need from each other, and I am always impressed how smooth everything goes and how her assistants anticipate her needs for instruments, materials etc. Her nurses/assistants are true professionals too. Dr. Buse and her staff always have a positive attitude and you may catch her here and there humming along with the music on the radio while she is doing her work. She truly loves what she does and you can feel it!

Great office, excellent, caring dentist. I have been a patient here for over 10 years. Dr. Buse has done a few implants and crowns on front teeth. The results have always been excellent and the process very smooth. I always got a follow up phone call the next day and all my questions and concerns were addressed. The financial coordinators have always been careful about my insurance coverage and tehy worked with me to minimize the out of pocket money. I have been recommending this office to all my friends and family!

I will start with by saying I am a very picky guy and its hard to satisfy my attentive nature. Since my wife and I moved to Seattle area from the east coast, we went thru several dentists in the area with least to say mediocre experiences. How did we end up at Dr Buse’s office was sort of random. My wife had to remove her wisdom teeth next door and dr Crinzi recommended we see this office for our other dental needs as he specialized only in extraction. I didn’t want my wife to switch immediately so I went there first. My first appointment was just a simple cleaning and inspection. I was really happy with the results of Jane’s work since it was very thorough and she explained to my my bad habits and how I should change them. She might seem harsh but straight to the point – just how I like it. Since then I did all sorts of things from cleaning to root canal and very happy with my results. Thanks Jane, Diane and Dr. Buse for providing excellent dental service and making our smiles white, bright and straight

I have been a client of this office since before it was NW Family Dental and everyone has always treated me with respect and kindness. Had my teeth cleaned today. Deanna did a perfect job, even found part of an almond sliver that was irritating my gums. Who knew? So nice to know that you are getting the best of the best care possible. I love NW Family Dental…Dr Buse’s team is state-of-the-art, best I’ve ever had. Thanks Dr B.

I’ve been a regular patient at NW Family Dental for several years.  Dr. Nakanishi was my dentist until he retired.  Dr. Buse took over the practice and has been great.  She seems very knowledgeable, although I haven’t had much work done so I can’t really speak about experiences with procedures.  She is very friendly and easy to talk to. Deanne is the best hygienist.   She is gentle but very thorough in cleaning as well as performing measurements/x-rays for checkups.  The rest of the staff is really nice.  Overall my experience has been really good.
