Dr. Obaidi was not convinced about the treatment plan. he personally called and discussed it and that made the orthodontist change the treatment plan. Dr. Obaidi do only what needed to be done.

My mother (92) was living in a dementia care unit and I noticed she broke her tooth. I wheeled her to Dr Obaidi’s office and she basically had no idea what was going on. The office staff, dental tech, and the Dr were sweet, kind, and gentle with her. Rather than an implant and a lot of money, Dr Obaidi figured out a way to add a tooth to her partial denture saving money, confusion, and pain for my mother. Two or 3 weeks later Dr Obaidi called to see how she was doing. At the time she was on Hospice. Dr Obaidi insisted on coming to visit her. He came with his office staff and brought a lovely orchid. My mom wouldn’t even know he was there but he wanted to come anyway. I could go on effusively but I think you get the picture. He is an extremely caring man with caring office staff and could have easily taken advantage of my mom. Maybe this doesn’t tell you what kind of dentist he is but from his degrees that hang on the wall and the work he did above and beyond I don’t think you could find much better!!!

I just had two crowns done with Dr Obaidi and I can’t even imagine a more smooth, pain-free procedure. I was so nervous and Dr Obaidi made sure to take his time and carefully calm me down and proceed to carry on with treatment. I felt so comfortable and truly wouldn’t trust any other Dr to go through with treatment. He is such a gentle, compassionate and carrying Dr. The front staff is exceptional with pre-appointment and post-op. Gina, at the front, takes the time to welcome me and my kids at every apt and follow up on any future appointments. Dr Obaidi even called me the evening after the procedure to check on me and my healing. I don’t know many Drs that take the time to go the extra mile to ensure the well being of their patients!! If I could give a 10 Star rating I would!!!! Thank you Dr Obaidi and the entire O Dental Team for taking such great care of me and my entire family. His hygienists are great, and if you tell them you have sensitive teeth, they will be especially careful. For a few weeks I was waking up with really bad pain in my mouth and around my jaw area and called the office to book first available. The staff was so accommodating and were able to fit me in even though they were completely booked.
