I recommend this dental and orthodontic office to anyone who is looking for quality, professional and efficient dental care. It is a great office for everyone in the family and it is conveniently located in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Ekta Dilawri, my awesome hygienist Karishma, and the new Orthodontist Dr. Knecht! I now have the “Hollywood smile” that I always wanted 🙂 Thank you for everything!

Where do I start… From the time I called for an appointment to the time of my first visit, was just a matter of a day. I was in great pain and needed to find a dentist that could fit me in. I had read several reviews and thought I would give Dr. Dilawri a try. An I certainly was not disappointed. The service and dedication of each person from the moment you walk in the door is outstanding. Dr. Dilawri has had her hands full handling me, a patient that has multiple issues, and manages to get through each of them with no problems. She and her staff make the extra effort to make me as comfortable as possible, keep me informed of options and are truly concerned about my questions and answer each of them to my satisfaction. Her front staff understand that payment issues and important to those of us on a budget and work with me each time to make sure I get the necessary treatment when I need it setting up terms to make it possible for me to afford it. Had I had Dr. Dilawri in my life a few years earlier, I would not have as many issues as I do now. She understands the importance of finding a way to make dental health accessibility to all of us, no matters what our issues. 2 crowns, a referral to a oral surgeon and I could not be happier. I have definitely found my dentist for as long as they will have me

Went to Oak Forest Dental Group yesterday and I absolutely loved their customer service and attention. They took care of me very quickly. I asked for the bathroom, the host walked me to it. As I was getting my teeth checked they were constantly asking how was I doing. And they did all this in a matter of 30-40 minutes. Great team! Not sure if I haven’t been to the denstist for a while but their technology was very time efficient. I highly recommend Oak Forest Dental Group to everyone

So I had a great experience at Oak Forest Dental Group. I needed a dental check up after too many years without one. The staff was super friendly to me as I walked in and checked me in promptly. I was a little nervous but they relaxed me with some humor and their overall cheerful attitudes. I was brought back and met Dr. Dilawri. She was very nice and kind , not to mention easy on the eyes lol. She explained the process of the exam to and introduced me to her assistant Julietta who took xrays on me quickly and comfortably. She also took pictures of my teeth which I thought were cool. When Dr. Dilawri found a large cavity from the xrays, I became nervous again, but she told me that she would be able to fix it today and that it wouldn’t be too bad. I reluctantly agreed due to fear but Dr. Dilawri was quick, I got to watch TV throughout the procedure which took my mine off things and before I knew it, I was done. Great job, I will definitely be back.

FIve stars for a trip to the dentist? Well, if you have to go — and you should! — this is as good as it gets. I had not been to the dentist in several years, and they asked me why I stopped going to my former dentist. (I told them: the practice was bought out; the new dentist came in, shook my hand and charged me $35!) XRays, teeth cleaning, good information, new toothbrush, no major up-selling and friendly atmosphere. I had never had a benefit coordinator at a dentist, and she was clear and helpful. Up-to-date equipment, too! If you have to go — and you should! — this is as good as it gets.

This has been by far the best Dentist group I have ever used! Dr. Dilwari and her staff are amazing. They have been helping my family for years. I know no likes to go to the dentist, but I do after all my experiences with them they are like a second family. They always explain my benefits, go over my payment options, and are very respectful of my financial situation. They have been there for routine cleanings and emergencies. No matter what the problem is they always can help. I can’t stress enough to people how wonderful Dr. Dilwari and her team are! If you need a dentist STOP looking and go to Dr. Dilwari she is exceptional!!!!

I love this office. From the employees that you schedule an appointment on the phone with, to the ones at the front desk, to the dental hygienist to the doctors.. Every single one of these employees are awesome! They are what you expect great customer service should be like in all types of business. I know because I manage 20 healthcare retail stores. I would hire everyone of them for their great customer service they provide! I have just found my new dentist!

Had my routine check-up and cleaning today, and like always, was completely satisfied with my visit. From the front desk staff all the way up to Dr. Dilawri, the entire crew at Oak Forest Dental is awesome. I was hesitant to leave my previous dentist of 5 years but had to due to the fact that I moved across town. I’ve never had any complaints or bad experiences with the Oak Forest staff. And BTW, Mikey is the best! She does a great job every time she works on my teeth and is completely honest and professional about everything. The office is always nice and clean which is a big plus in my opinion and they always see at my exact scheduled time, which is even a bigger plus!

Two things you don’t typically hear people say after leaving a Dentist Office. 1. That was a great experience 2. I can’t wait to go back to the Dentist. With that being said, My recent trip to the dentist office was a GREAT experience and I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK!! I have not been to the dentist in over 8 Years (yikes I know) but after finding Oak Forest Dental Group in the LGBT Yellow Pages, I decided to give them a try. From setting up the appointment, to leaving the office after my first Visit, Every person in the office was AMAZING! They took the time to go over all of my treatments and options for payment. I felt extremely comfortable and well taken care of. Dr. Dilawri was SUPPER amazing, I had a Crown replaced, a cleaning and a Cancer Screening, She handled every step with care, Also the amazing ladies Julieta, Marina, and Violeta took excellent care of me, you could tell that they really Love what they do. Also Amanda in the front office was supper awesome and JR did a great job at going over my benefits. I did have to go back the next day for an adjustment, and they were very accommodating with working with my schedule. I even got a Phone call from Dr. Dilawri the day after to make sure i was satisfied with my teeth and Crown. I can not Recommend this amazing group of people enough. There also LGBT Friendly. If you have been debating about going to the dentist, Don’t. GO NOW! and experience the same amazing service I had. See you in 6 months. Signed, A happy Dental Patient

I had cracked my molar the night before. This was the 4th dentist I called. I explained my emergency and the young lady that answered the phone was beyond kind and professional. She told me that they could see me immediately, so I threw on clothes and zipped up there. The staff was very kind upon my arrival. All of the new patient forms were on a computer, so that made filling them out so much easier. Once they had my info, I was taken to an exam room. Throughout the entire process, I was informed of what steps were necessary to fix my problem. Before we started, another young lady came in and explained the pricing. She answered every question I had and clarified any misunderstandings. Since I didn’t have all of the money at that time to pay for my services, the young lady went to see if I qualified for a payment plan (which I did). She showed me how much I would pay if I chose 6mo, 12mo, 18mo so I could make an informed decision. When I told her 12mo worked, she made it very clear that if I had not paid my bill off by the 12mo date, I would be charged the interest. When the Dr and assistant came in to extract my tooth, they spoke to me throughout the entire procedure to ensure I wasn’t in pain & to let me know what they were doing. Upon completion, I was given post-op instructions and again, all of my questions were answered. After the numbing shots wore off, I was in more pain than I thought I would be. At 530p, I called and asked if the Dr could call in pain meds since I seem to need them after all (I declined the script at the office since I thought I’d be okay). The Dr called me back to check on me and then called in the script. I, like many, dislike going to the dentist. However, these individuals made the whole event much easier and I will be using them in the future. By far, my best dental experience

I had a great first experience here. Dr. Dilawri and the hygienist were very professional, very nice and willing to assist with any questions you might have. The entire staff was very welcoming, kind and made everything comfortable for me. Going back in a week to have some fillings done and feel great about the decision to come here. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I have to admit I was skeptical about the rave reviews about this place… I mean, it’s a dentist! It’s supposed to hurt, right? Well, after my first time visit there today, I’m a believer. Despite the horrible rain and flooding they stayed open and greeted me with a friendly smile. A few bits of paperwork and then I was back in the X-ray room. My tech was super friendly and actually cleaned the room after we were done. My hygienist and doctor were very friendly and explained all of my options. Plus, my hygienist hummed along with the tunes on the radio with helped to calm my nerves during the cleaning. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!! You won’t be disappointed.

First let me start by saying WOW!! This visit was by far the best dental related visit I’ve ever had! I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and whitening and what I got was something much more! I’ve had several teeth cleanings and whitening, about once a year for the past several years, and I’ve always jumped from clinic to clinic. My “jumping” days are over. From the moment I walked in from the moment I walked out I was treated with nothing but incredible customer service! It truly seemed like every staff member there, from the wonderful doctor her self to the charming male receptionist, was trying to make my experience a great one. So friendly and always asking me if I was comfortable or needed anything. Since it was my first visit to this office I of course had to fill out all the first time medical info, usually a heavy packet of questions at most clinics. Not here. They had a fast an easy computer check in system right there in the lobby, very convenient and fast. The office it self was very clean and modern. I felt very comfortable with my atmosphere. The procedure it self was a treat as well. When I was escorted to the back I found that their machinery and equipment was brand new. Everything very clean and well organized, always a good sign when someone is about to go digging through your mouth. Every office had a huge flat screen tv with every channel you could imagine positioned in perfect sight through out your entire procedure, an excellent way to keep you distracted as the hygienists/doctor works. Speaking of the doctors work, they did a fantastic job. As some of you may know a teeth cleaning or whitening can get quite unpleasant. I don’t know what they did differently but it was a breeze. No pain at all and they made sure you I was comfortable through out the entire process. And as cherry on top of my experience, my results were the best I’ve ever seen! My reviews are never 5 star in places I go In the sense that I can usually always find SOMETHING to warn others about. My thought was that surely a dentist visit would would conjure up some bad mojo…I was very wrong. I truly could not find one thing to make an improvement. Well done Oak Forest, well done

Finally, I’ve found a new dental home. It’s been a whirlwind of a journey. Good Dentist are seriously hard to find. I really enjoy the staff, everyone is knowledgeable, kind and witty! The decor is fresh and modern. The staff is keen on sanitization. Most importantly my Dentist, Dr. Dilawri is Awesome!!! She makes you feel comfortable about your treatment plan, she is honest and she actually cares. This dental group is professional and they take pride in their daily operation. I am grateful for all of their efforts. I look forward to a continued relationship with this remarkable establishment!!!

My husband came here a few months ago and said it was his best dental experience yet so when it came time for me to get a cleaning I made an appointment. I am so happy I did. The service was incredible. I get pretty nervous when I go to the dentist and they made me feel so comfortable and like they genuinely cared. I highly recommend them. They didn’t pressure me into anything and have a clean friendly office.

I had the BEST experience at Oak Forest Dental Group! It had been YEARS since my last dental visit. I can’t even remember when! (don’t judge) I was very nervous and battling a bad toothache. She was extremely patient with all of my questions and nervousness. It turned out that I needed to have two teeth extractions. The day of my extractions, I was even more nervous than my first visit. Once again, Dr. Dilawri calmed me down and proceeded to tell me with great detail exactly what would be transpiring that day. The entire procedure was over in a nano second (at least that’s how it seemed to me) and was fairly uneventfual. Meaning, NO pain during the procedure. It’s been three days since my procedure and so far I have only had to take Ibuprofen once. Once more thing I will mention is her. Everyone is welcoming and very friendly and helpful. Even the music they play is great 🙂 I will continue to see Dr. Dilawri for my future dental needs and highly recommend her to anyone who needs a dental referral. Thanks Oak Forest Dental Group!

I had to go for a General check up because my dentist is too far, I thought I had given this clinic a shot and found out that it’s even better than where I was going before. Staff is very friendly and makes your very comfortable. They have modern machines and make sure that you are doing ok at every step of the procedure. I had 3 fillings and a deep cleansing done. I highly recommend Dr Ekta Dilawri. She was so friendly and gentle that I was falling asleep during the procedure (which isn’t the case at most of the dentist clinics). I wasn’t nervous or panicking. She kept asking me if I’m doing ok and if I need anything like water. I highly highly recommend this clinic and especially Dr Ekta Dilawri. She is my new dentist.
