I don’t understand why the good reviews are filtered out and are out weighted by the bad. This dental office is great office where you will get the utmost respect and care regardless of the skin color, your religion, your background, or anything else about you. You are treated as a person with friendly and loving care that surpasses all other dental offices and I have been to a few, but I have stayed here with Dr. Amirsoltani for years because of it. So if you search for a dental office by using this service please consider this dental practice you will not be disappointed. I’ve been a patient of Shafa’s for about 20 years now. I was relatively new in town at the time, and I had the most excruciating pain imaginable in one of my teeth. The knee operation had nothing on this, that’s for sure. I knew I needed a dentist fast, and here it is on Saturday night. Good luck with that. I was dialing away, calling whatever referral service I could find in the phone book (this was 1995, so no Google then). I hit dead end after dead end in my frantic search until I connected with Shafa. She told me to take 4 Advil and 4 again when I wake up in pain again a few hours later, and repeat until I got out to Oak Park to see her the next morning. At the time, I’m living near Irving and the lake. That was one long CTA trip, let me tell you. I arrive at her office that morning, in what at the time was a very nondescript neighborhood with a lot of buildings that were barely hanging on. The office was bare bones at the time, and if you walk in now and know what it was like then, it’s really quite a before/after contrast. Anyway, she got me set up for an appointment for the procedure at the Northwestern University dental clinic for that Monday afternoon, given that I was young and relatively broke at the time. She was one of the supervising dentists there at the time, if I remember correctly. So it all went well that day, and I became a regular patient of hers. I never forget that in my hour of need, Shafa was the only one who responded. I have never lived anywhere close to Oak Park, but I have always made the trip. I have full confidence in her work, and she has an excellent referral network for that rare occasion when I’ve needed other stuff done. And we have fun. Good discussions, good humor (she loves the Stooges, who knew?), I admit I look forward to the visits. How often do people say that about a trip to the dentist? I have to take a bit of time here to address some of the other reviews on here. For one thing, not many people take the time to review health care professionals on this site. It’s primarily a restaurant review site, though other retail establishments get lots of reviews, also. And if you’ve been in business for over 20 years, you’re going to get some bad experiences and have some bad days along the way. Some people only take time to review their bad experiences and not their good ones. You’ll notice that some reviewers have very few reviews, and most of them are about bad experiences with businesses. I’d hate to think their overall life experiences are 1-2 stars as well. If they knew Shafa as I know Shafa, they wouldn’t have taken out their frustrations on their keyboards as they did.

Dr. Amirsoltani is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I always look forward to my visit (which i go every 3 months). Her staff is great too. The one thing that stands out with Dr Amirsoltani and Best Practice Dental as whole is the amount of attention and high level of care that is a part of every visit. I just wish I had come across the Dr. Amirsoltani earlier in my life. I’m happy to be a patient and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.

My first visit here went well very – they have a modern, clean office space, the staff was friendly and the service was fast. I did not wait long to be serviced and both the dentist and hydenist did a very thorough job. Scheduling a follow-up appointment was easy and they had many flexible scheduling options available.

Can’t say enough good things about this dental practice. I was able to make an appointment for me and my 4 year old back to back with no problem. Another wonderful thing about my experience was that the office staff were very friendly and entertainmented my children while I was having x-rays taken. My 4 year old loved her experience too. She asked if we could come back the next day and do it all over again!

My experience here has been wonderful. From the Doctors to the Assistants and the Receptionists all are very friendly and welcoming. The Doctors were very profesional and helpful when it came to a few things I didn’t understand. The assistants were just like the Doctors, helpful and informative, specially an assistant named Ini she was very nice and helpful. Definitely would come back

I called to make an appointment because I had pain in one of my teeth. They got me in the same day! I was impressed when I walked in. They took me to one of the operating rooms. The doctor came in and was super funny and helped me relax, I had to get a root canal done. It was painless and quick and he talked me thru it because I am always curious about things. AND they have a Payment Plan!!!! I would definitely recommend them. I am coming back in 3 months for my cleaning. Im so glad I could find a dentist office that has everything!!!
