I love Dr. Neal and his staff! Dr. Neal is the happiest person I have ever met. Even with sleepless nights from a newborn baby he was still smiling! Our family loves Dr. Neal so much so that my daughter and I look forward to going to see him! He fixed my teeth in an experiment and it turned out great. My teeth look so much better, and he went the extra mile to give me the closest to perfect teeth as possible. He did procedures that I didn’t even know you could do with teeth. My daughter just got braces and she is so happy with her progress. We can’t say enough good things about Oakbrook Orthodontics. I’d give it 6 stars if I could. They are honest, professional and always friendly. The place is clean and state-of-the-art and it makes you feel safe. My daughter and I completely trust them. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an orthodontist. P.S. If this seems like an over the top review it’s because I have met some really bad orthos and dentists in my life (like scary bad) and was so relieved to find this place. This is my second 5 star review because I had to let people know my daughter is getting excellent and fast results too. Three Cheers for Dr. Neal!

It has been hard for me to find an orthodontist that WORKED for me, but Dr.Neal was the best! Not only was he knowledgeable, Dr.Neal was also PATIENT. I did have a few remaining questions but his staff (specifically a woman named Priscilla) helped ease any anxiety I had about cost, procedures, pain etc etc. I hate going to a place of business and feeling like a nuisance to the staff, but Oakbrook Orthodontics was inviting, professional, and hospitable. Thank you Dr.Neal and Priscilla! You were the best!

When my son first met Dr. Neal his teeth were a big mess. Dr Neal and his team were so dedicated and guided us in the correct path that now my son cannot stop smiling! It was almost a miracle when his braces came off. The office is super clean and very pleasant at all times. The staff over there is very welcoming and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with the service we have received and cannot wait to take my younger son there. Thank you!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Dr. Neal and his staff’s dedication to their patients is evident in everything they do. The results are outstanding! From the bright, beautiful office, to the punctuality of the appointments, to the sincerity of the staff, to Dr. Neal’s expertise, it has been a positive experience entrusting them with my child’s orthodonture.

We thought we were making an appointment with the ortho that our neighbor recommended and we made one with Dr. Neal on accident.  We couldn’t be happier that that happened!  Dr. Neal’s chair side manner is wonderful and our little girl adores him and his staff.  They are extremely accommodating, professional, and for my 6 year old very unintimidating.  I recommend anyone looking for a consult to give them a try.  I never felt that Dr. Neal pushed us to get our daughter started on the ortho track but rather he educated us and gave us multiple options.  He left it up to us and never pushed us in any particular direction.  Nothing but praise for this practice!!

I loved my orthodontist, oakbrook ortho is the best place to go for dental treatments. Dr. Neal is the best, and so are his assistants. They like to have conversations with their patients so there is no need to EVER be shy.I was excited going to them every month, even now that my braces are off i still want to visit them. We had a lot of friends make recommendations. We went with Dr. Neal because our kids’ dentist recommended him. He and his staff were amazing. Prompt, easy to work with (schedule, pay, bracket fix, etc), professional, confident, great communication. Solution worked as predicted, in time estimated. Dr. Neal treated my son with respect and they built him into every visit. Inspired him to always take the recommendations with rubber bands, retainer, etc. I believe this was key to his wonderful outcome. Now my son wants to be an orthodontist when he grows up! Thanks to Dr. Neal and the whole team!

I would recommend Oakbrook Orthodontics. I am an adult patient who decided to go with the clear braces. I had an over bite, a cross bite, and some crooked teeth. Some of the reasons why I would recommend them is because the staff is great. They get me in and out for my appointments, and do a great job. Dr. Neal walks me through what to expect especially being being an adult patient. This was a big decision in my life, and overall I am happy with the outcome and very glad I decided to get braces again.

I just completed a one-year Invisalign program with Dr. Neal and his team and I could not be happier! I found this practice via Google & Yelp reviews in November of 2019 and figured I’d go see them for a consultation. I had such a positive experience from day one. My first impression walking into their office was that everything seemed so bright, organized, and clean. That is definitely very appealing to me as a consumer that always cares about cleanliness! I had my consultation and before I knew it, I was back four weeks later to get my attachments and start the Invisalign process. I returned every 7-8 weeks to get new aligners and everything was going great. They set me up on a payment plan which was helpful for my wallet and I was loving my progress! If I had any questions or concerns, Dr. Neal and his team addressed them and made me feel like I was in control during the whole process. Dr. Neal was fabulous. He is kind and knowledgeable and a perfectionist! All the gals that work there were always so sweet and professional toward me. They have their system running flawlessly. When COVID became an issue, they rolled with the punches and made the necessary changes to be even more clean and sanitary. They truly are doing everything right. I don’t actually live near Oakbrook, but I drive 25 minutes to get there because they’re simply worth it. I would 100% recommend them to any friends/family looking to improve their smiles.
