One morning I woke up with a swollen face due to an infected mollar. I was in excruciating pain. I ended up going to two different dentist offices. The first one turned me away. However, Oakdale were the most amazing group of people. I had been a patient many years ago, but what I really loved was the concern they had as soon as I entered through the door. They saw my face. They saw my tears. And without me even saying a word they told me, “we need to take care of this.” Since my insurance didn’t cover the procedure, they called to make an appointment at a cosmetics office that did and three days later I felt brand new! Thank you Oakdale so much for putting the people that come through your doors first, regardless of whether they are a patient or not.

Love this place! I started bringing my daughter after a horrible experience at a ‘chain’ dentistry place who practiced restraining the patient instead of simply making it not scary! My daughter loves her visits with Stephanie and I can’t thank them enough for making it a pleasure instead of hassle! You will encounter very professional, very kind and very understanding people each time you go. No complaints after all these years!

The dentist office is and can be a nerve racking experience, but Dr.Lalchandani is an experienced professional who explains what he is doing in a very friendly manner. I’m Incredibly grateful for ODA. After having experienced what I consider a “dental mill” situation with another dentist in the Western, MA area (never the same technician or dental doctor twice, constant upselling of unneeded services & products, botched dental repairs, etc.) I’ve finally found a hometown family dentistry who I unequivocally trust. Immediately they make you feel like you’re family, they don’t make you feel bad for being nervous about having work done, they are meticulous in their work, and they even actively help you figure out your insurance coverage. Who does this anymore?! I honestly couldn’t recommend Oakland Dental more.
