Dr. Carey & the entire team at Oakwell Dental are fantastic! They are caring, professional, and are patient focused. I was extremely nervous about getting restorative dental work & am completely at ease with Dr. Carey now handling my care. He takes his time to fully explain what the process will be, is never rushed, and is thorough. I never thought I would say that I actually like a dental office, but I love working with them toward make me a healthier version of me! I highly recommend this team for all your dental needs.

Hands down Best staff!! These guys are so nice and professional. My husband and I started using them about a year ago. We love them so much we switched our son from his previous pediatric dentist. We have been extremely happy with the service and care Oakwell Dental has given us!! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about this dental facility!! First, I must say I’m chicken about dentists. Actually that’s an understatement. Because of this it had been a while since I’d seen a dentist, but was in desperate need of a visit. Since then, I’ve had two front teeth crowns, several cavities filled and crowns for two implants. I have been treated with kindness, professionalism and competency every visit (including cleanings) by the doctors, nurses, assistances and administration. They worked through my insurance coverage promptly and efficiently.  Cynthia in admin was always so sweet and very efficient. They even text you reminders for appts.  The nurses and doctors were all very comforting and supportive during procedures. Dr Carey and Nurse Cynthia did the latest work. This entailed 6 cavities and two crowns where I had just received implants from an oral surgeon. I’m more than pleased with all of my results!!!  You can’t tell I’ve had “bad teeth”!  They are now healthy and look great!!!  The other incredible thing is that after one procedure where my appointment was finished earlier than expected and my ride was coming a bit later, Dr Carey and Cynthia drove me home!!!!!  This saved me from waiting at the offices for an additional hour or so when I was so tired from medication. It was over and beyond!!!! The best result is I’m no longer terrified of the dentist. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

After recently separating active-duty military service and having medical benefits provided, the task of researching civilian medical providers was stressful (to say the least). It was a pleasant surprise to come across Oakwell Dental Care. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The facility is well maintained, equipment is current, and the overall operation is extremely professional (which is definitely important when it comes to mine and my family’s medical needs). If you have not found a provider yet, or are unhappy with your current one and looking for a change, I would highly recommend this team of dental experts.

My family (mom, sister and her family, etc.) and I have been going to Oakwell Dental Care for years now. My husband and I recently moved to Helotes, and I decided to try and find a new dentist closer to home. After trying 3 different dentists, I have given up and returned to Oakwell Dental Care. I can honestly say they are worth the drive!!
