From the moment you walk in, Dr. Sheth’s Office is warm, friendly and comfortable. The waiting area is clean, well-lit and comfortable. The office has top of the line tech and each detail is looked after. Dr. Sheth is professional, honest, direct and friendly. She has a great bedside manner and is able to put her patients at ease. Her team, especially Shannon, is very friendly and accommodating and every effort is made to make sure patients have a positive experience. What an amazing experience I’ve had in this office! I’ve put off any sort of dental visit for the past ten years due to my crippling anxiety and they have far exceeded my expectations. Needless to say I needed a lot of work done and it has all been easy and COMPLETELY pain free. The office is modern and clean and they even have a television above the reclined chair with Netflix to keep you occupied. Most importantly I never felt like I was getting taken for a ride. While we were reviewing my laundry list of procedures to be done she mentioned “I will never make you pay or do something you are not comfortable with”. That meant a lot. This is the kind of dentist that actually makes you want to return. Can’t recommend enough!

This was by far the most comfortable experience I’ve had with a dentist. A bad case of anxiety meant I was long overdue for a checkup but Dr. Sheth & her staff were wonderful. No judgement, only support & encouragement. I can’t say I’ve ever looked forward to going to the dentist but I am definitely looking forward to getting back on track, anxiety free. Update: Went back today for an extraction and if I could give 10 starts I would. Only mild discomfort from the initial injections but after that there was no pain at all. MAJOR improvement from the last oral surgeon I went to. Thrilled to have found a dentist I can trust!

I was looking for a new dentist in Bergen county and did extensive research. I decided to give them a shot after reading reviews and I am glad that I did. Staff is friendly and the facility is extremely clean. I started going there around November 2018 and it smelled like a warm inviting home around Christmas. The dentist is very nice and professional and her assistants go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The facility is also state of the art. My last dentist hadn’t updated her practice in literally 20 years so it was very nice to have a screen above you that you could watch Netflix, Hulu, etc while getting work done. They take pride in their work and it shows!

Updated: During the pandemic I’ve been fortunate to still get regular cleanings and treatments. They take every necessary precaution and even go above and beyond to make sure you as well as the staff are as safe as possible. I need to be honest. This was the most comfortable I’ve felt in an office in a long time. The staff is stellar and extremely focused on what makes people comfortable and happy in medical setting. Dr. Sheth is awesome. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very thorough. She explained everything to me in a way that could be understood by someone who is not in the dental field. Her and her staff were extremely accommodating. I do not have dental insurance and was afraid of the our office pocket costs that can occur and she reassured me that I would be able to afford it. As a first time patient at Oasis Family Dental I was extremely impressed and happy with the appointment. The office was clean and the staff was so friendly, warm, and inviting. They were extremely attentive to make sure I was comfortable and eager to provide exceptional service. The X-rays and equipment were top notch. Dr. Sheth’s exam was the most thorough dental exam I have ever received from a dentist. She addressed all my concerns and offered multiple solutions to help me achieve great dental health and correct some failed past dental work from other dentists/orthodontists. Her exam was what every dental exam should be like. She even went over issues I didn’t even realize I had and explained in detail while showing me the concerns from the images on the computer screen. She also had excellent bedside manner! She was warm and friendly and asked me every couple of minutes if I was ok and not in any pain or discomfort. She took her time to talk with me after, and listened to and answered all my questions. I will be returning to Dr. Sheth for future appointments.

Dr. Sheth’s office is the best dental office that I have experienced as everyone there is polite, kind, and reassuring. If you are scared of the dentist and have not had good experiences there, I would definitely recommend going to this dentist because they want the best possible experience for every patient that comes into their office. It is extremely clean and they follow proper procedure in accordance to COVID-19. Their receptionist Twaniqua is super kind and helps the patient by explaining whatever concern patients may have, whether it be scheduling of appointments or payment options.
