(…) Every person I interacted with was just a peach and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Patty and Stephanie. Dr. Nguyen was fully transparent and detailed with what was going on in my mouth and possible future treatment plans, so respectful, patient, and pleasant, and made me feel totally at ease. Not only that, but also you can always tell how good a doctor is by how they interact with their staff. Dr. Nguyen seemed to have a very good relationship with his staff and particularly his scribe, making sure to ask when he needed something done, thank her when she did something he needed, and always double-check his work. I scribe/work for a pig of a doctor and am incredibly jealous! Also, can we talk about the “comfort menu”? It’s incredible that they provide non-necessities like blankets, aromatherapy spray, chapstick, warm towels, headphones, etc. They go out of their way to make sure you’re as comfortable as possible. Having worked in customer service before, I know how much effort goes into always having a smile on your face and going above and beyond to ensure someone’s happiness, so I appreciate it all. Not to say that they’re not genuine, but that it genuinely seems like they enjoy their work. I can’t rave about this place enough, and I can’t wait to refer all my friends and family here!

I’ve only ever left one review on Yelp before but I feel obligated to recommend OC Healthy Smiles as they have been nothing short of EXCELLENT. All my local family members now get their dental needs taken care of at OC Healthy Smiles. From the front desk to the hygienists, assistants, and of course dentists, the entire team is fantastic- every visit has been a pleasure! Dr. Nguyen is extremely knowledgeable and has gone out of his way to ensure that I am well informed and comfortable. With my most recent procedure, he, Patty, Ivette, and the rest of the team exceeded all my exceptions. Most importantly, I feel like I can trust that Dr. Nguyen and his team have my best interest as a priority. I’ve had several dentists over the past decade, but none of them remotely compare with OC Healthy Smiles’ commitment to excellent service and patient satisfaction! Highly recommended A+.

Dr Nguyen is the best dentist I’ve ever been to! I was referred to Dr Nguyen by my sister who has been a long time patient of his. My wedding was coming up in two months and wanted some cosmetic work for my big day. I had not been to the dentist in years, and Dr Nguyen went to great lengths to make me feel at ease and thoroughly explain not only the status of my teeth but what he was doing. He talked to me about all my concerns. I was really impressed by his thoroughness and honesty. His office was nice and really modern. The equipment all seemed new. His staff was really nice. Patti was extremely helpful and Dr. Nguyen was great. He knows what he is doing with cosmetic dentistry, and I am completely happy with how my teeth turned out. Now I won’t have any worries about smiling at my wedding!!

Dr. Nguyen is so gentle and is an expert in cosmetic dentistry as well as general dentistry. He made some suggestions about what I wanted, cosmetically, and the results were much better than what I had planned or expected. The entire staff is great! I have had a long history of dental care that was “good for now” solutions. I am really happy to have finally stuck with it to get all my work done and to finally have a mouth that has no concerns for pending work. Dr. Nguyen tells it to you straight and makes solid recommendations for what should be done. My beat-up teeth are looking and feeling better than ever. I broke a molar this weekend and after two days the pain was unreal. I found this dental office on (the internet) and they were so kind and said “come on in right now!” I was so scatterbrained from the pain I forgot my insurance card but the receptionist looked up all my stuff to help get me in (first time here) I was so nervous because I like many have a fear of dentists. The staff was SO AMAZING! Gave me a welcome package with a sweet card welcoming me to the office. Gave me a WARM blanket made everything easy to understand. Offered to turn on TV. Walked me through the process with an understanding of my nerves. Amazing experience!!! Thank you to everyone here. I was beyond happy with how amazing my experience was. I’ve had extensive work done at this place, for sure. Everything from a simple cleaning to wisdom teeth removal which was as a seamless experience as it’s gonna get. Dr. Nguyen is so nice and caring. Awesome dentist! I came in here off of a referral from my sister and I am so thankful she sent me here. Everyone is so nice and I feel like I am getting pampered at the spa at all of my visits. OC Healthy Smile staff are very helpful, caring, and friendly. I was lucky that I found this location to have my 4 wisdom teeth removed and do the Invisalign. From the front staff to the back-office staff, the dentist, EVERYONE, was such a pleasure to be around. Dr. Yao was very knowledgeable and very understanding. I was very scared to have my wisdom teeth removed but they calmed me down and entertained me! The procedure went so smoothly. At the time I woke up everything was done. They show me how to take care of my teeth and gum in detail and they were patient to all of my questions as well. I decided to do the Invisalign with OC Health Smile and I never regret it. I’m on my 4th tray now. I know it takes time and effort but as long as you want a beautiful smile you will sacrifice everything for it (no snacking, no munching, no sweet stuff etc. and yes I lost some weights yay). My overall experience with OC Healthy Smile is fantastic. My mouth my teeth are getting so much better. I am very happy that I found OC Healthy Smile. I will come back for more treatments if I need to. The price here is very reasonable, with insurance of course. They offer monthly payment plans without any interest as well. Why not??? I’ve had so much work done here over the course of a couple of years. All the employees including Dr. Nguyen, (other doctors), and the assistants and front desk are extremely nice. I just finished a teeth cleaning by Stephanie which was fantastic. She is just extremely kind and sweet. I highly recommend coming here, it is not cheap but I’ll pay for quality work on my teeth. I have been going here since 2015 and I feel like Dr. Nguyen and the OC Healthy Smiles team has always done a good job of helping me take care of my oral health and explaining to me what I need. I had a MAJOR dental emergency last month after my daughter accidentally headbutted me in the face. I called the office completely freaking out. Dr. Nguyen actually came in ON HIS DAY OFF and worked on my tooth to relieve the pain, prescribed antibiotics and much-needed pain relievers. I was in so much pain and don’t know what I would have done if he had not seen me that day. He then made an emergency appointment with the root canal doctor and I got in the very next day. Dr. Nguyen saw me shortly after my procedure and I got a new crown put in as if nothing happened. I can’t thank this office enough for the top-notch service.

I normally don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to share my experience. I’ve been visiting this office for the past year and a half. Prior to becoming a patient, I hadn’t visited the dentist for a few years. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences including pain during the exam. (My teeth are very sensitive) I explained my concerns and anxiety during my first visit. They listened and have been amazing ever since. They do everything to make my visit comfortable and everyone in this office is extremely nice and helpful. I never have to worry about long wait times and everyone there has been professional at all times. Writing this review for that person who hates going to the dentist due to painful and uncomfortable experiences. Please don’t hesitate, this office is amazing! I went from going to the dentist every few years to every 6 months.
