Dr. Cross is great too, nice guy easy to talk with, gave me my favorite filling so far. They didn’t try to upsell me and replace my one silver filling (which I acquired at my first California dentist) like my previous dentist did as it is structurally intact and has a few years of life left. Very honest and straightforward. 5 stars hands down. Don’t change anything.

I waited a long time to get three crowns put in because it was expensive and time-consuming. I finally chose Dr. Cross to do the work, although we have a dentist in the family, because he has integrity and does a great job. The crowns feel natural and aren’t bothering me a bit. If you have to get them done, do them right the first time and go to Dr. Cross. He is seriously an artist when it comes to crowns and restorative work.

I highly recommend Dr. Cross and his wonderful staff. Every time I visit I’m greeted with warmth and smiles. The Administrative staff is excellent. Dr. Cross does amazing pain free work – so much so that I fall asleep in his chair every time I get in it. Well, the same can be said for my hygienist Trish. I fall asleep in her chair too. Needless to say I think the world of OC Lifesmiles and I recommend them and sing their praises whenever the subject of dentistry comes up.

(…) The front office staff was great, and the dental assistants I’ve had each time I’ve gone have been really nice and helpful as well. Dr. Cross himself is very patient, communicative, and thorough. I had a porcelain veneer redone on a tooth a few years back from an accident I had as a child (Side note: It’s not very wise to dive into three feet of water), and I wasn’t happy with the way it looked. This was my front tooth, so I was a little self-conscious about the way it was contoured and chipped. Dr. Cross did a fantastic job fixing it up, and I’m much happier with the way it looks again!

If your current Dentist is simply a teeth cleaner then you owe it to yourself to give OC Lifesmiles a look. Cleanly put, OC Lifesmiles took me, the classic patient who flosses about 3 days in a row before my biannual cleaning and has transformed me into a gum care believer.
