Dr. Ahn removed my fractured tooth, did a bone graft, and implant.  While it wasn’t my idea of fun, it was a very successful experience. I felt comfortable with every step of the process. He gave me plenty of information in person and in writing. His office called to follow up on me. So, I didn’t hesitate to go to him again when I fractured another tooth on the other side of my mouth! (I’m now wearing the night guard that my dentist recommended.) Again, I feel very fortunate to have such a competent doctor.

My son had his wisdom teeth extracted approximately one month ago. We went in for an initial consultation and exam, and Dr Junil was on time, quick and to the point (in a good way).   Answered the few questions we had, and so we set a date for the surgery.  I always check out doctors credentials,  and check for complaints filed, etc. and Dr. Junil had everything in order and I felt very comfortable with him taking care of my son.  The surgery went well,  and he had no complications, and everything seems to have healed up nicely.  I would definitely recommend him!

Dr Ahn did an excellent job at removing my four wisdom teeth in a timely manner and with professional care. The recovery process really only took 2-3 days before it was just a dull pain that was easy to handle. Overall Dr Ahn did an excellent job and was worth the visit.

Dr. Ahn was recommended to me to remove my 3 wisdom teeth. I had a great experience overall, and it was a very quick and easy procedure. The facility is nice, and all of the staff treated me extremely well and made sure I was comfortable. The surgery was very fast, and the recovery was much better than I expected. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahn and staff to friends and family!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth out a  few weeks ago and it went very well. Dr. Ahn went above and beyond. My daughter had no swelling or pain and was ready to go on her 6 mile run the next day(which I made sure she didn’t btw) I will refer all of my friends and family to him.

This office is super great! I was referred to this office by Mission Viejo Dental Associates because I needed to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. The staff here are very nice and help made this first time experience super easy. My surgery was done by Dr. Junil Ahn and the process went very smoothly. He is a very nice doctor and was able to answer my questions and made me feel confident and not worried about the surgery. The office is also very clean and well decorated. Dr. Ahn is the most professional, caring and exceptional oral surgeon. And his staff are more than amazing and sweet. I have been postponing to get my wisdom teeth out because I was scared. After scheduling my appointment talking with the doctor and his staff they were extremely helpful, informative and caring.

I got 3 wisdom teeth extracted, with VERY minimal swelling (no chipmunk cheeks) and very little pain. I can’t thank Dr Ahn and his staff enough for being so amazing and making me so comfortable during the process. Would recommend them a million times over!!!! So grateful for Dr Ahn thank you!!!

My teenage daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed one week ago–and we had a fantastic experience at OC Oral Surgery.  Dr. Ahn and his staff were caring, professional and very thorough.  We were well informed of the procedure ahead of time, were given thorough post-surgical instructions and even got a phone call a couple hours after to see how she was feeling.  Her pain and swelling was minimal and she felt great the next day.  I appreciate the kind care that was given to her.  I would recommend this office very highly.

I have taken my daughter to see Dr. Ahn twice, which is obviously more than I would prefer for a newly 2-year-old…but it is what it is. We had excellent care with Dr Ahn!!
She was seen at 18 months for a frenectomy (lip tie). It was an issue since she was born, but we always found a workaround. When she was 18 months she was super behind in how she managed solids, but the frenectomy resolved that. Dr Ahn was caring and supportive and then anesthesiologist (…) he works with is just as great!
We were seen again last week for an infected tooth. Dr. Ahn & (anesthesiologist) did a great job once again. It’s so scary having to put your baby to sleep, and the doctors and office staff were sweet and supportive.

I was referred to Dr. Ahn by my dentist after an extraction went wrong causing a hole through my gum and bone to my sinus. I was somewhat distressed but I found Dr. Ahn to be extremely professional and reassuring. My treatment was described very well and addressed my concerns. I felt very well treated by the staff there, left feeling confident the procedure had been a success and received really thoughtful post-surgery follow-ups. I never knew this kind of thing could occur but I’m very glad to have this level of care and skill in my health plan.

My 9 month old needed a procedure and Dr. Ahn and his staff were so gentle, kind, and caring. Dr. Ahn was very thorough and answered all my questions at our consultation. After our procedure they called to check on my son and to see if we had any questions. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Ahn is the best oral surgeon that you could ever want. I needed to get my two bottom wisdom teeth removed as they were causing shifting to my middle teeth and were causing pain when I would chew so I started looking online for an oral surgeon to do the job. I looked through countless reviews and found that Dr. Ahn had the highest rating of stars and reviews so I decided to go in and have a consultation with him. Let me just say I hate being in the dentist chair but Dr. Ahn with his calm presence and knowledge actually put me in complete ease. I was actually able to make the appointment with him and not feel worried because of how calmly he spoke of the procedure. I got my procedure done a week ago and am writing this right after my post-op appointment. The holes are closing and there is no infection present which was something that did frighten me. Dr. Ahn made sure to give me the correct medications that wouldn’t interfere with some of my current medical issues so that I would have the best recovery possible. Dr. Ahn is amazing and so is his staff I would recommend him to anyone that needs to get any type of oral surgery done as I know he would be the best doctor to get it done. My eight-year-old daughter needed two teeth extracted and was very nervous going into the appointment. The staff at OC Oral surgery completely put her at ease and had her laughing. They were very supportive to me after the procedure when she was a little groggy from the sedative. I really can’t say enough positive about the whole experience, including the follow up calls to check on us.

Dr Junil Anh was amazing for squeezing me in at the end of the year. I am also really appreciative of his team working (…) to make the wisdom teeth removal into an affordable range that I could afford. The surgery itself was extremely quick and I barely felt any pain after the first day. Dr Anh himself was extremely informative and helpful with any questions.

Dr. Ahn and his staff are without a doubt one if the friendliest professional practices I have dealt with. Dr Ahn does incredible surgery. Explains everything precisely and in a relaxing comforting manner. I recommend them highly.
