The best dental office I’ve been to! Everyone is a professional and treats you with respect. They are all very friendly too, and they explain every procedure very well. The ambiance in the place is also relaxing. Also, they immediately answer whenever you have questions or concerns. Thank you, OC Smile! 🙂

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dental facilities. From bad fillings, rude hygienist and clueless clerical workers.  OC Smile has by far been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I travel all the way from Fullerton to this location just because of the staff. Plus they are reasonably priced.  My teeth have never looked as good ever since I started coming here a year and a half ago. Do yourself a favor, and try OC Smile.

I’ve been in the US for 3 years now, and I usually get dental work done on my trips back home, at my uncles dentistry. Short story long, broke a tooth pretty bad and needed immediate help. Went to Western Dental, and what I thought was just a tooth needing to be fixed turned out into a million plus other things and lots of $$$… we all know how these things go. It felt very uncomfortable, doctor was intimidating and didn’t give alternative options to my situation and all she did was express how necessary it was to take care of all the work immediately. Overall got out feeling miserable, treatment felt uncomfortable, had a huge quote, and I was surprised and worried about all the work to be done… but first thought to cross my mind was: ok, this is what its like when people don’t have a friend or family member involved in dentistry taking care of you. Second thought: I’ll get a second opinion. Friend of mine recommended me OC Smile, and so off I am for a second opinion 2 days later. For starters the place is super cozy, well decorated, and staff is very welcoming. With my background of only going to my uncle for dental work, you can imagine how much a good customer service at the dentist means to me.   So I go in for the exam, and they tell me their immediate concerns and they take into consideration my insurance benefits to let me know what they think is immediate and how much is covered, as well as what can wait. They gave me their down to earth opinion with options. This care and concern transparency is the key to why i’ll be back. I couldn’t thank OC Smile enough for how much they have helped me..especially Arsha and Dr Pham! Not only great docs but great people! Overall great experience. It’s definitely brought me piece of mind knowing I have my go to dentistry.

Amazing service, supper good looking staff. The manager is awesome, she makes you feel like you know her for years. It was my first time at a dental office and felt like the doctor is more concerned about my dental health than how much he can charge my insurance. Unlike other doctors, he was very honest and gave me advice on preventative actions rather than rushing me in to a procedure that’s not necessary. The hygienist was supper careful and didn’t make my mouth hurt for three days after.

I wrote the following a few months ago, and it has only gotten better!:  “After many years of refusing to go to the dentist, our entire family was experiencing very unpleasant dental problems. The very day we decided we had to look for a good, rather, excellent dentist, a promotional mailing arrived to our home. It was from O.C. Smile! I took that as a great omen and went to their offices to see the level of comfort I was already expecting. Wow! from the moment you walk into the reception, you feel at ease. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful The billing dept. works with you to fit your most urgent dental needs into whatever dental plan your insurance offers. What a difference from the previous dental services/places we had experienced throughout the last 2 decades! Indeed, O.C. Smile has surpassed my highest expectations. Even the painless methods Dr. K.R. uses, are a sheer contrasts from our previous torturing visits to careless dentists. Now there’s our teeth before O.C. Smile, and our big smiles after discovering them and trusting our mouths in their hands -so to speak-  For nearly 20 years, my husband had sworn never to visit a dentist. After our son and I did our “show & tell the O.C. Smile news” of our experiences, he ventured into their charming cozy offices and started major work to repair the damage of so many years w/o dental work. The best part for him -besides the lack of pain and discomfort-  is being able to watch all the sports he wants on the Multi Channel T.V. (they have one in every room)  while Dr. K.R. and his experienced assistants work their magic!!! So far we have had with them, root canals, extractions, crowns, deep cleaning, digital X-rays, etc. Soon our son will have the whitening, my husband is considering their good deal on implants, and so am I. Almost forgot to mention, it’s the only dental place I’ve seen children who do not cry or scream before, during or after. That’s a really good sign. Give them a try if you get a chance… YOU WILL FORGET ALL OTHER DENTISTS.” Mr. and Mrs. B.

I know I complained a lot every dental appointment. I am generally very difficult and do not like pain.  However, Monica really listened to me and understood my needs. She goes beyond extra miles for me. I am so grateful. Thank you so much.

I am not type of person like to go dentist actually I hate to go dentist, but this place is something different than any other dental office because they are very professional and Suitable price. Their employees are very professional and friendly specially Dr.Kevin. I had braces for almost 5 years and now I so happy with my teeth and I couldn’t believe that my teeth be all in shape and now I can easily smile because of OC Smile. Thank you for all your hard work and great service. I highly recommend this place to take care of your teeth.

This was by far the best dentist office that I have been to. I stumbled upon them and they were so inviting, comforting, and helpful with each and every step to ensure the best care for my dental health. Miguel took the time to show me photos and explain the terms I wasn’t understanding. They were so accommodating with my work schedule. They endured all of my needs were met and made me feel so welcome and taken care of.  I look forward to coming back for my dental work and going forward, I highly recommend to all family and friends in need of a dentist.

First time here, give them thumbs up. Awesome costumer service, very professional. Came in for a check up and cleaning. After a full check up I was explained what I would be needing in details. Very reasonable prices and they offer payment plans. Will be coming back for fillings and whitening.

it’s been over 4 years since i saw a dentist due to bad experience, i was lucky to find oc smiles in mission viejo. i came in nervouse not knowing what to expect but after having 4 filings,a deep cleaning,an extraction and a root canal done. i was happy beyond belief a visit that was painless and amazing. the staff was there to answer all my question and take care of me from start to finish..i can finally say i look forward to my check-up i can’t wait to have my friends and family check come here and experience such good care.
