LOVED IT!! Upon arriving they gave me some papers and they talked to me as I was filling them out so when it was time for me to go on it didn’t feel like a stranger to stranger thing. I felt very comfortable. They made sure to keep me informed with everything they were doing and explained things to me as they were going. I felt little to no pain. It’s definitely a place I will keep going to when needed (It was also my first time going alone since I just turned 18) Dr.Gabot and the staff were so helpful. I really loved this office. Dr. Gabot is amazing! She is patient and cheerful at every visit- and my family is FULL of ‘tough customers’! She walked me through a cracked tooth and filling as an adult who’s never had a cavity before (and was being a big baby about it), has a treasure chest for the kids, and runs on time. She also works with my child (who has a lot of anxiety and sensory issues- and has gone through several dentists who were unable to work with him) patiently and calmly. Even better, she acts like that’s no big deal and all in a day’s work. Let me tell you: it’s a BIG deal for my family!

I was looking for getting trays to whiten my teeth at home. I called several dentist in my area and was fortunate to have found ocean ranch dental. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, Esther greeted me and got me in the chair in a few moments. The technician came to do the molds. I think his name was Reagan, but not sure with speaking through a mask. He was fantastic! Very personable and turned out to be the one making the actual trays. I was shocked and delighted that they called in just a couple of hours to say I could pick them up! Other places said it would take a week. Very reasonable price and excellent, excellent service! I highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

Dr. Joanne Gabot-Heyman grew up in the Los Angeles area. She graduated Cum Luade from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology and a minor in Education. Dr. Gabot received her DDS degree from the University of California Los Angeles in 2007. She continued her education and moved to Maui, Hawaii to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency for the Lutheran Medical Center. For several years in Maui, Dr. Gabot was the clinical director and attending faculty at the Maui Oral Health Center. She was part of the Mobile Dental Van and treated patients without insurance. At the University of Hawaii, Maui College, Dr. Gabot lectured for Oral Biology I & II, Dental Materials and Introduction to Chairside Assisting courses. Dr. Gabot moved back to California to be closer to her family. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange Co Dental Society.
