I never thought a dentist appt would be such an amazing experience. This was my 3 visit, and never a dull moment. The ladies in there are exceptional. Sherry (i believe her name is) worked on my teeth and she is seriously AWESOME!!!!! The the Doc is amazing, and very attentive. I had to reschedule 2 times because i moved to murrieta and couldn’t find a sitter. But the front desk watched over my 2 boys (2 yr and 4 yr) while i get a quick and good cleaning. If anyone hates or is afraid to go to dentists, this place is the very top of my list. Everybody just makes you feel absolutely welcomed!

Best dentist I’ve been to. The dentist and dental assistants actually talk to you and have a normal conversation instead of just jumping into your mouth like other dentists I’ve been to do. You can tell the staff enjoy what they do and it seems like they get along really well, which made me feel very comfortable!

I Can not say enough GREAT things about Oceanside Family Dental Care they genuinely care about their patients and for that I am a member for the remainder of our time in California (military family) every person we had met was very kind to me and my 5 month old son they helped me feel very welcomed and at ease and I can not thank them enough for that they made me feel like I was in great hands and played and talked with my son to keep him entertained while I was getting my cleaning and over all my experience was AMAZING! Dr. Hachee and hygienist Sherry were wonderful! Robert, Juan and the ladies at the front were very kind and helpful as well! They addressed every single one of my concerns about my teeth and were very knowledgeable. I had to get a deep cleaning which I was kind of scared about but Sherry made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very sweet. You can really tell they care about people and the health of your teeth. I definitely recommend them!

I came for for regular check up for my teeth. However, I came one time with what I thought was a very bad tooth ache, that was causing a severe headache. So bad I was in tears. I was in so much pain, I could tell the staff just wanted to get to root of what was causing my pain. Keep in mind, I came here with a severe headache, not an actual toothache. They did their magic, (can’t even remember what they did to find it), but they absolutely nothing wrong with any of my teeth. They numbed me even, so they could see and help ease the pain. Of course, since it wasn’t my teeth, the numbing didn’t help. They did everything for me to help me the best they could, as quickly as they could, which ended up being very quick. Dr. Hachee was so sympathetic for me, I felt it. So much so, he decided not to charge me for the visit because of what I was going through. Thank you so much for the staff that day.

I’ve been a patient of Oceanside family dental care for a long time, so this review has nothing to do with their service or ability, which is always been outstanding. This review was how they’ve handled the COVID-19 crisis. They have instituted a check in system where you call or text when you come to the parking lot. W this is not unique, What is unique in my experience is how efficiently and quickly they respond and get you into your appointment on time. Once inside they have taken great pains to ensure the safety of both employees and their patients. Dr. Hachee Have done an outstanding job in communicating the new procedures both on the website and when you call in for an appointment.

Awesome place! My 6 year son has gotten his regular cleanings here and just got two cavities filled today and they were so good with him. They talk him through every part of the process and make him feel so comfortable. He had gotten fillings before with a different dentist and the experience traumatized him for while and the dentist had become a scary place. I had the most amazing experience at Oceanside Family Dental Care. I called the night I chipped one of my molars and they were able to get me in the next day at 9 AM. The staff is so kind and genuine and you can tell they actually care about their patients. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and they were consistently checking to make sure I was comfortable. I am always so scared to go to the dentist because I am never numbed enough but Dr. Hachee numbed my mouth perfectly. I didn’t feel a thing. Robert was assisting him while I got a filling and he talked to me and it helped keep my mind off of what was being done. I can’t say enough amazing things about this dentist office. I will definitely go here for all of my dental work needs.

I loved my previous dentist so after our move I was hesitant to make a switch. I’m glad I came across this office. The scheduling process was smooth and they started my appointment right on time. The office staff was amazing. The gentleman that assisted the dentist made me laugh several times and kept a good conversation while I dreaded the xrays. They were able to handle everything in one visit and didn’t push a crazy $2000+ treatment plan like I have seen other dentist do. The best Dentist office I’ve been to. They’re very up to date on their appliances. They’re incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Dentist (as well as the rest of the staff) is very concerned about your safety and how comfortable you are. It’s the perfect balance between friendly and professional.
