I have extreme phobia of the dentist. I’m embarrassed to say, it’s been a few years since I’ve had a routine cleaning. I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment. I needed a deep cleaning because I waited so long. I can honestly say that this was the most pain-free, gentle dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Phan is the best!

I’ve always hated going to the dentist but Oceanside Family Dentistry makes every visit very painless. Dr. Pham and her husband are both great and very friendly. They make every visit very pleasant and I don’t find myself dreading every upcoming appointment. I also like how her scheduling is very flexible and not booked back to back so I never feel like she’s rushing. Will continue to go to Dr. Pham as long as I’m living in the area.

I saw Dr Phan for a little over 2 years. Dr Phan and John always made me feel right at home. Prior to treatment with Dr Phan I had a lot of really bad experiences at the dentist and Dr Phan’s genuine approach to listening to my concerns was a welcomed change. I even opted to finally get braces. The ability to be flexible with my schedule and even allow me to bring in my children when I had no other option for child care truly made such a difference to me. My braces are now off and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Phan and her husband, John. Together they run a stellar dentist office. I’ve been coming here for years, and am always impressed with their commitment to patient care! They’ve squeezed me in at the last minute, come in early and stayed late when I was unable to schedule time off work. They even offer Saturday appts if you need it. This is a family business. They put their heart and soul in this place and it shows. They are extremely honest and kind. I had a lot of issues with my teeth and my gums after my pregnancy and rather than lectures or guilt I was guided to better practices and given new tools to help accelerate the healing process. Also from the business side of things – I have had a very complicated insurance situation – multiple employers, multiple insurance providers, etc., and John has always worked very hard to make sure the insurance paperwork was sorted out for me. My husband and I have been coming here for years and we love Dr. Phan. We go here for our regular cleaning and Dr. Phan also took care of my braces needs. She is very caring and takes her time with us all the time. They have digital XRAY and it’s so easy to make appointments. Dr. Phan also stayed after hours for us when we needed it. I’ve been to a lot of other dentist area who just want you in and out and don’t listen to any of your concerns. This place is different. You won’t regret coming here.

I’v been coming to Dr. Phan for at least 5 years and I have no complaints. The office is well maintained and their schedule is flexible with Saturday’s always being an option. I am happy that I finally found a dentist that gives me all the information needed to make decisions on my own, and she doesn’t push me to get the work done. Dr. Linh Phan earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2002 at the prestigious University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles, CA which has ranked in the top 10 dental school in the United States. Changes in dental practice and technology are constant, and Dr. Phan knows the value of continuing education. Over the last 15 years, Dr Phan has worked to improve cosmetic and restorative dentistry skills. Keeping up with changing technology, Dr. Phan has also studied implant restorative, Orthodontic, Invisalign, and obstructive sleep apnea treatment. Dr Phan believes the only way to provide superior care to her patients is knowing what treatments are available and developing her abilities as a practitioner.
