ALL-ON-FOUR UPPER DENTAL IMPLANTS
Despite might you may think, not all all-on-four dental implant patients are older. Our patient was a younger gentleman who was unable to save his upper teeth. Not having upper teeth had a profound effect on his self-confidence and it was causing him clinical depression. We came up with a plan to place four dental implants and fabricate him a set of all-on-four teeth. The all-on-four was inserted onto the four dental implants. Patient was almost immediately comfortable with his new teeth, chewing and talking as if he had never lost his teeth to begin with. Now, all he has to do is to brush his lower teeth to make sure they match his beautiful, new upper teeth!
ALL-ON-FOUR UPPER DENTAL IMPLANTS
After years of losing his upper teeth due to cavities and gum disease, patient elected to go for all-on-four dental implant treatment. We removed his few remaining upper teeth and inserted four solid dental implants. Since the patient works full time, we made him a fixed set of temporary dentures so he can function while his dental implants were healing. Fast forward several months, and his teeth were ready. All-on-four teeth were permanently screwed in and the patient finally had his teeth back! Oddly enough, the new teeth (top set) actually looked more natural than his natural lower teeth! Needless to say, patient was very happy with his new smile and couldn't wait to chew into a juicy steak after having waited for so many months!
ALL-ON-FOUR UPPER DENTAL IMPLANTS
Sometimes your teeth give you so much trouble that you reach the point where you want them all removed. After a lifetime of broken teeth, our patient decided he wants to remove his remaining teeth and go for all-on-four dental implants. Over the course of several months, we removed his teeth and fabricated a set of upper and lower all-on-four teeth for him. The patient explicitly said that he wants "white" teeth, so we gave him the Hollywood smile he's been dreaming of! We restored his function, looks and confidence by fixing a lifetime of failed dental work with a beautiful set of all-on-four porcelain teeth.
ALL-ON-FOUR UPPER DENTAL IMPLANTS
Patient was down to 5 remaining upper teeth which were all loose and infected. We elected to remove the remaining bad teeth and make him an all-on-four dental implant teeth. Teeth were removed and implants were placed. A few months later we made him a set of permanent all-on-4 dental implant teeth. He now has permanent upper teeth which he can chew comfortably with comfortably. The teeth look great and our patient loves his new smile!
ALL-ON-FOUR UPPER AND LOWER DENTAL IMPLANTS
Patient had been living with dentures for several years since having all of his teeth removed. He struggled with wearing his denture and wanted to replace them with permanent teeth. He elected to go for a set of upper and lower all-on-four dental implants. Treatment took a few months and his teeth look fabulous! Patient was very happy with his new smile.
FULL UPPER TEETH EXTRACTION, TEETH-IN-A-DAY AND ALL-ON-FOUR IMPLANTS
Patient had multiple infected and broken teeth affecting his overall health. He was looking for a way to fix his smile with fixed teeth. The patient was looking for a doctor that would perform the surgery and restore his teeth which lead him to us. We decided to remove all of his upper teeth and perform teeth-in-a-day followed by all-on-four dental implants. Treatment was performed under sedation to help relax the patient. The pictures show patient on the day of surgery, after receiving teeth-in-a-day and with the final all-on-4 dental implants in place. These are fixed teeth that permanently stay in the mouth so you never have to worry about losing your false teeth. The patient went on to enjoy a meal of crispy rice the same evening as when he received his final teeth and he could not be happier with his new smile.
FULL UPPER TEETH EXTRACTION AND TEETH-IN-A-DAY
Another example of patient with okay bottom teeth but damaged upper teeth. We removed the broken upper teeth and performed teeth-in-a-day treatment. The implants were placed and the teeth were locked in all on the same day. Patient was relieved to have his smile back just in time for his birthday!
SINGLE FRONT TOOTH EXTRACTION AND DENTAL IMPLANT
Here's an example of a single dental implant with immediate placement. Patient broke off a crown and there was not enough root left to restore the tooth. The broken tooth piece was removed and replaced with dental implant. The patient was able to have a fixed tooth in his mouth for the next several months and never had to wear a denture. His final crown looked excellent and made his smile complete.
UPPER AND LOWER OVERDENTURE (SNAP-ON-DENTURES)
Patient had been struggling with his dentures and wanted to improve their fit. We decide to fabricate him a set of upper and lower overdentures. This entailed 3 dental implants and a set of top and bottom false teeth. The patient had only one remaining upper tooth. Since the tooth was in good shape, we decided to keep this tooth and use it as one of the anchor points. This way, the patient only needed 3 dental implants instead of the usual 4. The surgery was successfully and our patient received his pearly whites i a few months. He could not be happier with his new smile. Not only was the fit, shape and color of the teeth exactly what he wanted, but the dentures were extremely firm and secure. Time to go eat some corn on the cob and put those new teeth to work!
CONGENITALLY MISSING TOOTH
Some people brush and floss well but suffer from the misfortune of having been born with a missing adult tooth! Our patient here is one of those who had a trapped adult tooth and had to have it removed. I placed his dental implant just 3 months ago and he made tremendous recovery. Today we placed his final crown and he could not be happier with the end results. Perfect size, shape and color! Plus, his gum position remained in stellar position which makes his implant tooth indistinguishable from the natural teeth. Time to start taking selfies while smiling again!
BROKEN FRONT TOOTH
Our patient had broken her front tooth right at the gum line. Unfortunately, there was not enough tooth structure left to save the tooth. It was determined that placing a dental implant was the best option to restore her smile. We placed the implant using immediate placement technique, where we remove tooth and place the implant post simultaneously. The patient wore a temporary tooth during the healing period. At the end, we replaced her front tooth with a beautiful and perfectly matching ceramic crown. The front teeth were nearly a perfect match and the patient was quite satisfied with having her smile back again.

I came to Dr Jazayeri in need of some dental implants. I just finished a few other implants with (another dentist). There was two problems with their work: it took too long and the work was not great. It was good, not great. The implants fit well but my bite is off. I’m not comfortable chewing on them. I was referred to Dr Jazayeri by my niece. She spoke highly of Dr Jazayeri. I scheduled my consult. The location is great, right in downtown San Clemente. Linda was very nice and helpful. Dr Jazayeri took my CT scan and went over my options. Initially I wanted to place two implants but he explained to me that I need a 3rd implant to chew comfortably on that side. See this is one of the things the other doctor had failed to tell me. Dr’s attention to detail is second to none. They went over the cost and treatment time frame and gave me payment options. I paid cash and they gave me a great deal. Like really good. The surgery went well and 4 months later I had my teeth. Dr Jazayeri adjusted them 2 times and now the bite is perfect. In fact, he went above and beyond and fixed my other implants chewing problem as well. It’s funny how 10 minutes in the chair can impact your whole chewing experience. I’m in the processes of getting a few more implants (I know, my mouth is a mess!) and I would not choose anyone else over Dr Jazayeri. Due to pre-existing conditions by another dental office that caused extreme deterioration, I was desperate to find THE BEST EXPERIENCED AFFORDABLE DENTAL TREATMENT.
(…)Every single appointment was on time. Also, the dental office had the latest equipment and X-rays in-office included. The bone graft surgery and procedure was effective. After several months, I was ready for 4 implant preparations and crown fittings.

I had a tooth removed and an implant placed at the same time by Dr Jazayeri. What an awesome experience! First off, Dr Jazzy is very knowledgeable and delicate. He talked to me during the whole visit, which really helped me relax (obviously I was more than a bit nervous considering that this was my first implant). The whole procedure took about an hour and I could not have been more pleased with the results. His prices are also really, really good. I would highly recommend Dr Jazzy for implants.

I have nothing by my highest recommendation for the dentist here. Dr Jazayeri has transformed my smile and I am 100% happy with my new smile. My story is that I had neglected my teeth for many years. I knew it was time to get my teeth fixed but was worried about the pain and the cost. After getting a few consults and two other estimates I was recommended to Dr Jazayeri by a friend of mine. I decided to check him out. What is there to lose after all? I forwarded the X-ray of my mouth and Linda scheduled me for a free consult. So far so good. During my consult I asked him plenty of questions about my tooth implants and the veneers. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and I could tell he knows his stuff. Also the prices he quoted me were great and much better than the other two quotes I got before. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it. I also really liked that he does all the work himself. The entire treatment took about 6 months which is also impressive. The last dentist in mission video took two years to do just one implant and I had to go to all these referrals. Definitely convenient. I get a lot of compliments and am very satisfied with the entire experience. If you need extensive dental work like I did I highly recommend checking our Dr Jazayeri. I can not say enough about how Dr Jazayeri has transformed my life. Most of my teeth were damaged and broken and I knew it was time to replace my missing teeth. I presented to Dr Jazayeri’s office after exhaustive research and having unsuccessfully visited 5 other dentists to address my problem. I only had a few teeth left and my false teeth were causing a lot of pain and cutting my mouth all over the place. I really wanted a fixed replacement option that I could actually afford. Dr Jazayeri was the answer to my prayers. He spent more than an hour sitting down with me and analyzing my xrays with me. He presented me with a couple of different options. I decided to go with the all on 4 teeth option he had recommended for me. Linda the manager was great at breaking down the costs for me. They financed a portion and I put down a deposit to bring down my monthly payments. Back to the surgery, Dr Jazayeri put me to sleep for the work. It took a couple of hours and I went there with my husband. I have no recollection of the surgery itself as I was sleep. I only had a little pain for just the first 2 days after that. The antibiotics helped a lot. I could not be happier with my new smile! I can eat everything and I can’t stop smiling. By the way, I ended up selecting really white teeth, which the doctor warned me against, but I must admit that they look fabulous. Had a terrible toothache over the past weekend and needed a painful tooth removed. Had pretty much kept me up the whole night. I was recommended here by my fiance. Amazing experience! Karen, the assistant, was great. And doctor Jazayeri was awesome too. I barely felt the shot go in and hardly felt any pain when the tooth came out. Plus, he placed my implant at the same time.
