When it comes to the dentist it is all hands on deck with my anxiety. Body shakes, tears you name it. But I have never found a dentist and staff that genuinely is patient and willing to work with me. They take common insurance companies and also use Care Credit should you need it. I recently got veneers (crowns) on the top front 6th of my teeth and honestly not only was it worth the investment and chose the best place to go ( after countless quotes) but they truly made a scary experience a beautiful one helping me get the smile I have always wanted. . The staff is amazing, I love that they are always flexible with my schedule between their two offices. Go see them, you won’t be sorry.

Ocotillo Family dentistry is a wonderful family oriented office. The staff is caring and courteous! The dentists are fantastic! They won’t sell you on anything you don’t really need! Every dentist I have gone to, has told me that I would benefit from braces. Here, when I asked the dentist what she thought- she was honest and said it was my decision, but, I really didn’t need them and she didn’t want me to waste my money on something superfluous. Thank you for your honesty!

This office is great!! I always hated dentists and was anxious to go today. The office was awesome. The doctor made me bery comfortable and reassure everything will be ok. (My first root canal) I made my appt quick and easy. The ladies in the front really help me calm down before and after the visit. So glad i came today. THANKS EVERYONE AT OCOTILLO FAMILY DENTISTRY!!!!

I couldn’t ask for a better dental office and staff. Not only is the work they do on point, scheduling easy, and the pricing reasonable… but the integrity of this staff is amazing. I have been going here for a little over 2 years. I moved from Chandler to Tempe and I refuse to switch. Come to this place a and get the best dental experience you’ve ever had!!!! Great staff – so friendly and fun. Dr. Annamareddy is very focused on patient comfort. She did a great job with my dental work – and I had never had to do anything outside of routine cleanings so I was nervous. I knew I was going to need some extra work done based on symptoms I had been having so I didn’t feel like they were trying to “upsell” me like so many dentists do. And they did their homework on my insurance to work within those parameters to keep my costs down. Saturday hours are a HUGE bonus for this working mom.

I apologize as I have barely found the time to post a review on my family’s experiences here at Ocotillo. It is mostly about my children, as I am a bit of a grump when it comes to dental care, but therein lies the ultimate positive experience. Early last year my wife and I started the difficult task of finding a good dentist for our children, as their previous dentist had recently closed business and moved out of the Valley. In a nutshell, and through the guidance of a great pediatric doctor/friend of ours, we found our way to Ocotillo. Upon our first contact with the front office manager, Ana, we had quickly determined this was the place for us. We were treated with the utmost respect and care. We walked in the door and were greeted with a smile and a good morning. After the initial (usual) paperwork, my daughter was taken back to the room. She was reluctant at first and didnt want to go to the back, but was convinced when Ana got up and spoke to her, down on her knee to speak to her level, and told her that she would hold her hand through the whole thing!! I thought “but doesnt she have the front to deal with?” As she walked to the back to help my daughter, a gentleman in the typical scrub top and bottom (sorry, i dont remember his name), came out and helped with the front phone. After about a minute and a half, Ana came back to the front and gave us the thumbs up, like she was saying “She’s good”. Then we met the Dr. She was a very sweet woman and very careful to explain what was going on in my daughter’s mouth and the treatment she was recommending for her. Dr. Annamareddy (hope I spelt it correct) was respectful, very good with my daughter, and not only spoke to us, but, like Ana, spoke directly to my daughter and gave her a pat on the back and said great job taking care of your teeth! My daughter walked away with a smile, a little gift from the treasure box, and her own new toothbrush and toothpaste. Since this visit, we have taken our other two children, my sister in law’s family, my brothers kids, and finally, myself. It truly was a great experience and i finally broke down and had my teeth looked at. Ultimately, I have found this group of professionals to be just that. Professional. They are very respectful, accomodating and great with patients. We are confident that we will stay with Dr. Suneeta Annamareddy for as long as she wants to practice.
