If you are looking for a dentist in Summerfield or Greensboro, Dr. Cassandre Joseph at Odyssey Dental is who you should see! Dr. Joseph and her staff are incredibly kind and hospitable and will make you feel like you are family. Also, the dentist office is absolutely gorgeous. It fees like a spa. I particularly loved the relaxation room. Highly recommended!

10-14-21 -Staff and Dr. Joseph is really friendly and respectful. I must say it doesn’t look like dental office and the Way Dr. Joseph has designed the office is really remarkable. Normally I know how my day will be and what it’ll consist of. Whatever comes up will be handled accordingly. But this day includes a dental visit (sigh) and my anxiety level is off the chart. My first time at Odyssey Dental wasn’t what I expected. Compared to my last one, definitely night and day opposites. Dr. Joseph and her staff were extremely pleasant, welcoming, understanding, helpful and professional. They took their time, didn’t rush me through the visit as if sprinting to get to the next patient. It was a thorough exam with details provided from procedures onto next steps and expectations to end with great results. The design of the office, with its soothing colors and music was inviting and calming. I definitely left with a better feeling than when I arrived. I was referred by a really great friend and would definitely recommend Odyssey Dental to anyone searching for a true dental professional that will provide only the best oral care service.

From the minute I walked into Odyssey, I was in love. The environment was so inviting. I was there for my 5 year old who has started to lose teeth recently. He had a terrible experience at another dentist but he was also very happy upon entry at Odyssey. We got a tour and gifts. More importantly, he was treated like a child and given a pediatric experience. Dr. Joseph’s care was second to none. She spent so much time talking to us about her vision for his oral care and answered every question I had. I will never unless necessary go to another dentist ever!!!! I was very impressed with both service and the office decor. This dentist office is like going to a 5 star resort spa. They have relaxation room, water, healthy snacks, very comfortable chair that recline and have USB charging ports. The lobby waiting area has a lot of TVs and a fireplace. Like I said it was more like a spa and less like a dentist office. The service was excellent. Prompt and freindly from the receptionist thru to the dentist. What a great dental practice! There’s plenty of little things that are great but probably not as useful in a review: the staff is very nice (but most are), the waiting room is very well put together and comfortable, they have snacks available, nice points but not really the meat of what someone reading a dental practice review is looking for. So what about the care? Of note the hygienists and the dentists are very competent, and in discussing needs or care options, they’re very straight forward and explanatory in how they relay information. As such, I feel enabled to make whatever decision it might be that I’m making. They’re also very fast, the two times I’ve been, I’ve been in and out in about 30 minutes. All around a great place.

Marley’s first visit back to the dentist in a couple of years nothing short of amazing!! He walked in feeling pretty anxious and Shaunte was so patient with him and made him feel comfortable. When it was time for Dr. Joseph to see him, she also had such a warm and calming energy, Marley was able to relax a bit. At the end of the visit he was asking when he would be coming back to see Dr. Joseph! When we were getting back in the car to head back home, he told me he couldn’t wait for December to see Dr. Joseph again!! Also, he just turned 5 and the team (Zaharia too) made him feel so special by recognizing his birthday and he loved his cards and gift bag!! Thank you all and we can’t wait to see everyone in December. We will also be bringing Rhys so his big brother can show him how its done! Y’all are amazing.

This place takes dental care to a whole new level! Not only do they offer top-notch service and expertise, but they also offer many extras to make the visit comfortable and memorable. There is a snack bar, waiting room with a fireplace and nice furnishings, televisions mounted above the examination chairs, warm blankets for those who may feel nervous, and of course a treasure chest for children. We arrived early for my daughters appointment and we were offered the “relaxation room” and books for my daughter while we waited.
