Dr. Ofir is definitely the most amazing orthodontist there is in Downey!! When I first considered getting  braces I had no idea what orthodontist was the “best” in downy. I attended 5 free consultations before my free consultation at this location.. other locations did not seem to have what I was looking for but when I visited Dr. Ofirs office I knew the moment I walked in it was the right one for me. It felt welcoming and it felt as if I belonged at this location. The staff is extremely friendly/ helpful and they honor your appointment. Honestly I’ve never waited to be seen by Dr. Ofir, I’m also always on time for my appointments. Dr. Ofir is a smart and talented person, I consider him to be an Orthodontist God!! I came to his office with a huge open bite and history of being a thumb sucker, he made sure I had fully stopped my habit by inserting a clear painless application on the roof of my mouth.. other locations use metal!! Within 6 months of Dr. Ofirs braces and recommendations I can now fully close my front teeth and already look 1000x better then I did 6 months ago. Honest advice: VISIT THIS LOCATION!!!! It’s clean, staff are friendly and inviting and DR. Ofir is amazing. He’s extremely dedicated to helping you get that perfect smile you have always wanted… I highly highly  recommend this location to anyone looking for that perfect smile.

My third child is finishing his braces with Dr. ofir and i taught its truly time for me to tell everyone what an amazing experience my kids and I have had in his office. The reason that i took all three of my kids there was because Dr. Ofir is truly a caring and kind person. His is extremely knowledgeable in this field and truly has the best interest of the patient in heart. When my third child was ready for braces, my husband got laid off of work, i called his office and said that i am going to wait and not do the braces right now. Within 2 days he called me and said if you wait too long his case might become more difficult to fix and become a surgical case. He said for me to bring him in and he is going to put the braces on him and we will figure something out for the financial part of it. He worked with us for a few months until my husband got another job. We will never forget his kindness to us during this rough time. All three of my kids have beautiful teeth becasue of him.

I was looking for an ortho and my sister in law recommended Dr. Ofir. I’m very pleased with my experience. The staff is friendly and Dr. Ofir is meticulous with his work. Everything from procedures to payment were explained in detail. When i go for my appointments, i don’t wait long. i’m in and out rather quickly. I love the patient appreciation events, parties, raffle/giveaway. i’ve never seen that anywhere else. Dr. Ofir and his staff have made my orthodontic experience wonderful.

I am very satisfied with this place and am very glad my sister recommended it to me. Everyone is very nice and friendly from the day they present themselves to you. These past two years have been really amazing and have gone by very fast. I recommend anyone who wants to get braces or anything of that matter to stop by and make an appointment. It’s worth it. I am very happy with my final result and I can smile with confidence now.

My son just completed his treatment. He has a beautiful smile now. I currently have my younger son in treatment and cant wait to see his results. Looking great so far. I love Dr. Ofir and his staff. They are professional, friendly and welcoming. I’m really considering getting treatment for my open bite. Will definately ask for a consultation for myself. Thank you again Dr. Ofir and staff.

I wasn’t so happy when I when to my first appointment, I didn’t what to get ” the ugly braces ”  but the Dr was so honest and told me “the pretty braces” won’t fix my problem, he was super nice and give me options! They make you feel so welcomed every time, Anita the receptionist super sweet ‍ and all the nurses super sweet as well, Melissa awesome super helpful !!! Thank you so much for my smile! I am wearing my retainer I promise.

I highly recommend you visit Ofir Orthodontics if you are looking to get braces no matter what age you are (I’m 36). My two year treatment was nothing less than great. My impression of Dr. Ofir is that he is very passionate about his profession and strives to provide the best possible outcome with each and every patient. He had always made me feel at ease explaining every step of the way while my teeth were getting straighter every month. Besides Dr. Ofir’s top notch service, I want to take the time to acknowledge his staff who had always made me feel at home right from day one when I walked into the office for a consultation. They are very friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist you any way possible. Simply, customer service is wonderful at Ofir Orthodontics. Moreover,  I want to thank each and every one at Ofir Orthodontics who participated in my treatment and made me smile with confidence. 10 out of 10.

If i could give this place ten stars i would.  My older sons went to Dr. Ofir many years ago and it was money well spent.  Not only is the staff amazing, but the doctor is very professional and very open about all the options available.  They all have the patient’s interest in mind.  So years later when my youngest needed braces, i didn’t think twice about going back to Dr. Ofir. The atmosphere is so relaxed and you can tell he treats his staff with respect and they are all very appreciated.  I’ve noticed that someone had complained about the parking and the time.  This is a very busy practice and sometimes the appointment may take longer than usual.  That’s only because Dr. Ofir does not rush through his appointments.  He always makes sure to give the parents updates and ensures that at the end of your visit, you are satisfied. The parking can be an issue but that’s nothing new in Downey or anywhere in LA for that matter.  There is parking available in the back as well in the front.  Personally i can’t say anything negative about this place.  Friendly and experienced staff that will make you feel like family by the time your treatment is completed.   I would (and have) recommend this place to all my friends and family.

I was referred to Dr. Ofir by a friend so I looked him up on Yelp. Then I went to my regular dentist for my cleaning and he reccomend I see an Orthodontist. He gave a referral and he sent me to Dr. Ofir!! So I made an appointment, came for an exam and I loved everything about the Office. The Doctor is very friendly and I felt he was honest about what I needed, his staff is really friendly and welcoming. I go to Yelp for everything that I need or want to know about places. But i also now that sometimes people write unfair reviews about places when they are upset about something that didn’t go their way. I highly recommend this office and being referred by my friend and Dentist says a lot. look him up I did … he has been in business since 2004.

Came here with my girlfriend to get a consult with Dr ofir , as soon as we walked into the office we were greeted by Melissa who made our visit so automatically comfortable!. Dr Ofir gave my girlfriend 3 options , explained everything thoroughly and made her feel confident in the choice she was making.! Than we went to have a talk with Melissa the office manager about pricing, she is so amazing as well , she gave us different options explained everything to us again to make sure we had no questions!. Explained the different braces options and decided the best payment plan! They also have a rewards card going on there that makes everything so much more exciting!
