Dr. Block is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly Orthodontist. She is always very positive and explains what she is going to do thoroughly, so as to put the patient at ease. She worked with me during my Invisalign treatments and even went above and beyond to make sure my teeth were absolutely perfect before we finished. Her staff and associates are super friendly and professional, I got set up with automatic, monthly payments, so I never had to remember to pay my bill. The whole process was easy and painless. I would definitely recommend Dr. Block to anyone, young or old, who needs orthodontic work done. She’s the best!

I would not have gone to any other office and got the results I received here. I’m very pleased with how everything worked out. I had a very unusual case where I was missing my two upper laterals and the employees and Dr. Block did everything in their power to keep me happy and to get my teeth perfect. Dr. Block is great! She is not only a very good orthodontist, she is kind, compassionate and personable. My son had 2 impacted teeth and she has done an amazing job channeling them down into place. I was a patient of Old Metairie Orthodontics for almost 3 years, and was treated with respect and kindness that created a atmosphere that was both welcoming and relaxing. Having your braces put on and having them in general can be a frightening and stressful experience, but Dr.Block and her team were very skilled and made sure I was comfortable and had no issues throughout my years of braces. Even with all my challenges of my teeth not behaving normally, and teeth not coming up as they should, Dr.Block always knew how to deal with a problem. I would highly recommend that if you need an orthodontist, you go to Old Metairie Orthodontics

Dr. Block and her team did an amazing job, they went through the whole process of getting my teeth to look the way they should, they didn’t take any shortcuts!!! Even though I had my braces on for two and a half years, they made me feel like I had them on for barely any time. Not only are they great at what they do, but they also make you feel at home and they’re extremely nice!! I had an amazing experience after moving here from another state and dealing with the last trimester of having braces. I can’t say “Thank You” enough for their help today with my son and his braces!!! We have evacuated to Metairie for Hurricane Laura and his wire popped out and was in his gums, well we have NO idea when we will be able to get back to Lake Charles due to disaster area and his orthodontist’s office had damaged. I called and from the moment Ms. Celeste answered the phone, they were kind and sincere. They saw him that afternoon and fixed him all up and refused to take any sort of payment or my insurance card! With all the stress and anxiety that we have been under lately, this truly was a “sigh of fresh air”, and we are grateful. Thank You, Celeste and Dr. Block for your kind and generous hearts!
