The office staff, nurses and Dr. Gray are fantastic. It was my first visit to the office, originally had a little insurance issue, but these ladies looked into it and had me seen immediately. Everyone was so kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Gray took her time, asked me questions, and explained my treatment. I am so grateful for them. I highly recommend Olmos Park Dentistry.

I felt well cared for by the staff at Olmos Park Dentistry. Dr. Gray is very knowledgeable & very personable & we all love Bell! (I hope I am spelling correctly). My family has received their dental care here for about 15 years & have received superior care. This was my first visit. I switched to this site because my previous dentist retired. At that facility, I received excellent cleansing of my teeth. I wish the same here. Perhaps this was not thoroughly done this visit as Dr. Gray was focused on my initial evaluation & tests. I hope my next visit’s focus will be ensuring a thorough cleansing of my teeth. Thank you all.

In a word… Unprecedented, anomalous even, in the literal sense of that word. Dr. Gray and her staff are not your common practice in the realm of dentistry. An analogy to put it simply is that this practice may appear to be trimmed using the same template but they are certainly cut from the rarest cloth while the rest are not leaving them feeling a bit rough around the edges. It comes down to Dr. Gray and her staffs knowledge and experiance as a whole that makes for a extrodenary and professional environment I look forward to when its time to go in for a check-up or cleaning. – Kris is simply amazing, very personable and just a pleasure to speak with and dental hygenist extraordinaire. – The front staff, Shaina and Alma are just rockstars! They know everyone and great everyone by name. They make coming in feel like visiting family and loved ones. – Always punctual, efficient and well structured/well established organization that you will be seen immediatly upon your scheduled time or earlier in some cases. – Bel is a great assitant, quick and methodical. She did impressions on me which to my surprise was fast. – Dr. Gray is wonderful and always a pleasure seeing. She is always working alongside her great staff and truely imbody the saying, “Teamwork makes the dream work.” OPCD is a talented group of women helping smile brighter. I highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for your first or new dentist.

It the best dental practice by far. Doctor Gray and Kris, my dental hygienist, are fantastic. The practice has the best technology and really affordable. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Oh yeah, they also have the coolest doggie to calm your nerves, should you need it. (I don’t usually write reviews but they deserve it. I’m really happy with my cleanings and braces.)

this is a great practice. Dr. Gray is fantastic, my hygienist is superb, and even Dr. Gray’s stand-in when she has to be away unexpectedly is wonderful. the front office workers are cheerful and professional. I can’t say I’d ever look forward to a dental appointment, but if I did, it would be here.

Every single time I come to this office I am treated so incredibly well. They are always professional, comforting and caring. They even have a service dog now that comforts you!! I have experienced some very bad dentist office visits so I have a lot of anxiety going to these places. This office has eased that fear substantially and I just truly cannot thank them enough for being so caring and good at what they do. Thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This office has a very friendly staff. My Lobby wait time after check-in was very short. Upon meeting the dentist she was very friendly and had a very pretty smile. She did a lot of work on my mouth and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I will most definitely recommend anyone I know to this dentist. I’ve been in the the military for many many years and had no idea how difficult it would be to find a dentist I would like and I’ve finally found one!! Dr. Gray is a gentle, patient, and caring dentist! Trust me, i’m used to harsh and rough “government experienced” Doctors. Let’s talk Needles. I dislike them. I also know they are necessary in the medical world. Dr. Gray warned me about the discomfort I may feel as she is numbing my mouth to work on my teeth. My fist was tight waiting for the pain, which surprisingly never came! I even let Dr. Gray know I wasn’t used to someone gentle. While Dr. Gray worked on my teeth, I wasn’t aware how old and worn my fillings were. She made all the necessary corrections to my teeth and what I thought was just minor issues was actually due to poorly cheaply made fillings. Didn’t know that and happy to report that I can enjoy a Brazilian steak house no issues!! As for location is accessible to all!! Located near the heart of San Antonio in Olmos Park. Pretty easy to get to from 410 or 281. I would recommend Dr. Gray and her staff that assist her. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m defiantly coming back for all my dental work.

Not having been to the dentist for 4 years I was nervous. I stepped into the office at 7:50 for an 8:00 AM appointment. The girls greeted me with a genuine smile and already knew who I was. I immediately felt at home. I was no longer nervous at that point. I sat down in a comfy chair and we started. We went through various things. It was a great experience. All the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. These people are good people and they know what they are doing! These will be the only people that I trust with my dentistry work!

As a new patient and my first appointment, everything went great. Super professional, helpful and caring staff. An ease to work with my insurance, make appointment and paper work. Doctor Gray made me feel safe and confident on my dental plan going forward. The office assistants were very helpful and gave great referrals for out of office procedure. Looking forward on continuing future dental work with Doctor Gray and office assistants. Best dental office I’ve been to in San Antonio hands down, I strongly recommend these professionals.

This office was recommended to me and it’s the best decision I’ve made. The staff is amazing and caring. Dr. gray knows her stuff! Kris keeps my teeth clean and looking good! We also love Tucker, the emotional support animal. His support helped me through a surgery. You always receive multiples reminders about an appointment and great communication. I don’t plan on going anywhere.

Dr. Gray extracted a tooth yesterday. I cannot say enough of the staff. They are warm, friendly, truly concerned with the comfort of their patients. I was concerned about not having anaesthesia but Dr. Gray prescribed oral medicine to calm me. She took her time, did not rush and allowed the medicine to take effect. No pain was experienced and the following day there were no complications. By far, the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Thank you Dr. Gray and staff. Added bonus was Tucker, the office companion dog. Rested between my legs the entire procedure. Priceless.

Dr. Grammer has been our family’s dentist for 16 years. He has very low turnover in his staff, always a good sign, and he is one of the most gentle, patient dentists I’ve ever had. Appointments run on time, his estimates for work are right on par with our insurance, and, even though he offers a lot of cosmetic services, neither he nor his staff pushes them on patients. Our hygienist, Terri, has been with him the whole time we’ve been his patients as well, and she’s friendly and highly competent. He also has a lot of great contacts in the dental and medical world. When I needed a periodontist, the person he referred me to was outstanding, and he also helped me find an ophthalmologist when mine retired. The office is always clean and neat-looking as well. The only drawback I can think of is that he doesn’t work on Fridays, but if there’s a true emergency, he will work with you by phone or come in if necessary.

Dr Gray is a wonderful dentist with an equally great staff. I was in town on vacation and took the opportunity to catch up on a cleaning and regular exam as I am currently without a local dentist in Colorado. She let me know of a condition that nobody else ever mentioned. It was very professional and straightforward. No other dentist I have seen was ever this professional in explaining their findings or the options available. The best part of my visit was Tucker, the office support dog. He climbed into lap like we were old friends and promptly fell asleep. I wish all of my doctors had a dog in the office. I am so impressed that I will make the trip back again in six months for my next check up.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. Minda and her team were very thorough with my first visits examination and X Ray’s. On my appointment yesterday i had a piece of a tooth that had to be extracted (haven’t been to the dentist in about 10 years). Minda took her time and had me feeling fit enough to go to an office Christmas party 3 hours later! I feel great today and only had to take Tylenol once when I woke up. I’m going back for two more appointments and I feel at ease knowing that I am in good hands. Thank you Dr.Gray and team!

From my first phone call to the very end, the Olmos Park Dentistry team were helpful, friendly, and provided exceptional service! I had a chipped tooth last night. I called in to Dr. Gray’s office at 730 AM this morning to find out if I could be seen today or sometime next week. The staff was able to fit me into the schedule at 830 AM. Upon my arrival at 815 AM, I was promptly seen by staff and Dr. Gray for X-rays. The procedure lasted about 15 minutes and I was home by 9 AM. I want to thank the staff and Dr. Gray for always being attentive, kind, and informative. PREVIOUS REVIEW BELOW STILL STANDS The staff are very friendly and attentive. I’ve been a patient for the better part of 20 years with Dr. Grammer and now with Dr. Gray. I’ve never had a bad experience and I am always looking forward to my next visit on how to better the health of my teeth.

First visit was very positive. The entire staff was very professional, friendly and explained everything as we went along. I really appreciated Dr. Gray’s personal attention. She listened to my concerns about tooth sensitivity and offered simple suggestions of how I might treat this on my own at home. I needed a new general dentist and I think this is going to be a good fit. Her cosmetic dentistry skills are an added plus should I want or need these services. The office is conveniently located and there is ample free parking. I highly recommend Olmos Park Cosmetic Dentistry.

Excellent service! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I was extremely satisfied with Doctor Minda Gray and her amazing staff. Super helpful and they explain everything as they are performing work on you, step by step. If I could speak more highly of this business, I would. But five stars says enough. They treat you like family here. They are understanding, empathetic and compassionate towards you and any anxiety you may have over dental procedures. They have been SO HELPFUL and eased me into all the treatment I needed. Hands down the Best Dentist. Dr Gray is such a patient person. Explaining what need to be done to fix my Smile. I have been going to them for almost 4 years and Drive from across town to go to there office. I always Have the Greatest Dental Hygienist when I go. She remembers me and ask about My Life I feel Like i am not Just a Patient I am Family when I go. I refer all my Friends to Dr Gray and they all feel the Same.

The amount of care and attention to detail that Dr. Gray and her team put toward each client is amazing. I walked out of the dentist, for the first time, excited to continue my follow up visits to address a few issues. I’ve already recommended to friends. Did I mention: Tucker is the coolest office dog around.

Great customer service and a friendly staff  !!!  This place is a hidden jewel in Olmos Park.   I came here after a bad experience with a corporate dental office.   Dr. Gray took the time to review my treatment plan and explain the options – which made me feel more like a valued patient and not like just another “customer”. I am very happy and will be referring all of my friends :

Based upon my three dental visits here–two cleanings and a crown–I can not give less than five stars. Dr. Minda Gray and her staff are exceptional right down the line. I have been in the medical field for 25 years and there are four criteria I value above all else in a health care provider: honesty, knowledge, skill, and meticulousness. Dr. Gray has these attributes in spades. First of all, she was a dental hygienist for 25 years before becoming a dentist. So, imagine my surprise when she examined AND cleaned my teeth on my first visit six months ago. Yes, she also performs hygienist duties! The practice also employs one other hygienist, Krismichelle, who expertly cleaned my teeth today. I honestly didn’t feel like I was at the dentist’s office. Now, back to the attributes that Dr. Gray possesses. Six months ago, Dr. Gray made a same-day, in-house crown for me that fit perfectly (skill). I did go back a couple of times because my bite felt a little off and she was extremely pleasant during my return visits (uh…what?!?) and was absolutely determined to make things right (meticulousness). Fast-forward a week after the crown was put in as I was enjoying an after-dinner mint when my crown popped off. It happened on a Sunday and I called what I thought would be the office answering machine. Instead, the call went through to Dr. Gray’s personal cell and she picked up. I mean, are you kidding me?!? Absolutely incredible. She was vacationing out of town, but told me to come in first thing the next morning. When I arrived, she admitted that the tooth may have been a little wet when she applied the crown and that is what ultimately caused it to be dislodged (honesty). Lastly, there was a problem with my dental insurance not wanting to foot their portion of the bill for the crown. Dr. Gray fought the battle for me and provided photographic and written evidence to support the dental necessity of the crown (knowledge). I honestly can’t say enough great things about this practice and I will continue to go there for all my dental needs

Dr. Gray and her staff are absolutely incredible.  I’ve had a fear of the dentist since I was a child, and could never get myself to go.  They made the entire experience so calming for me.  I ended up needing lots of filings, and I didn’t feel a thing.  And the entire staff is so courteous and knowledgeable.  Overall a great clinic!  My dentist for life!

Dr Gray is an exceptional dentist.  Such a perfectionist. Dr Grey spent her time getting to know me and getting to see my problem and outline her plans to address & correct it. Since she was repairing a front tooth not only did I want it functional but it had to match perfectly with my existing teeth. Dr Grey and her staff treated me professionally and I truly felt that I was heard. She was able to make me a permanent crown and have it set in my mouth all in a single day. Her Practice has in house lab and Technology to complete a crown from all in one visit. I will highly recommend her to my family and friends!

Thanks to Dr. Gray and her team, I can relax at the dentist’s office again. I needed a crown and a filling and the doctor and team made me feel very comfortable. They even asked me if I had issues opening my mouth wide for an extended amount of time. I suffer from clenching and had many years of braces, so extensive dental work is usually painful. Once I confirmed yes, they worked gently with me keeping this in mind. I really appreciated that question before they started and I’m happy with my results.

I have been a patient at this location since my first tooth came out. The dentists and staff have always taken great pride in their service and care of the patient. They have always been timely and thorough with scheduled appointments. They value their customers and have been able to assist when Dental emergencies arose. Best dental Office I’ve ever been a patient at in San Antonio! I was a patient of Dr. Gray’s when she was at another practice 5 or 6 years ago and I went back for another appt there and they said she had moved to another location. I was extremely sad and searched online to see where she was now located because I wanted her to continue being my dentist because she always did a great job not only on my teeth, but also explained things to me in a way I can understand. Her and her staff truly love all of their patients and have extremely professional and positive attitudes. I look forward to all of my visits so I can get my teeth taken care of and get updates on how the staff of doing! I have referred all of my friends looking for a dentist to give them a call! Dr. Gray and team are fantastic – very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely kind people! I have been coming here for 3 years now, and the care and service received during every visit have been nothing less than exceptional. The facility is clean, appointments run on time, and I have full trust in Dr. Gray for all of my dental needs. The early appointment times are also a huge bonus, making it easy to schedule cleanings around my job hours. I would highly recommend!

I came in for a teeth cleaning and Dr Gray did the job! She is so personable, knowledgeable and it was a great teeth cleaning. She explained everything – recommended a mouthwash that has fluoride in it (that I immediately purchased) – Dr. Grammer has been my dentist for over 20 years – I wasn’t sure I was going to make the transition to a new dentist easily but I did!! Really a wonderful combination of dentists. You will be lucky to be their patient.

The best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is always cheery and they know you by name and will work with or give you dental arrangements if you can’t pay in full. Highly recommend. I went today 3/28/19 for adjustments to my bottom denture and the staff always takes great care of me, plus my denture is not hurting and is fitting really good. Thank you

I love going every month to get my braces tightened, the staff is amazing! Linda and Alma are amazing and help out with any concerns and billing questions! Belle is my regular dental assistant and I always have a great visit seeing her! Dr.Grammer always assists if I feel something needs to be tweaked on my dental process and Dr.Gray is such a welcoming new dentist at the office! I will definitely miss coming every month when my braces come off in a few months
