Dr. Matt and his staff are absolutely the best! I am almost 70 years old. My husband had always encouraged me to get my teeth straightened, so a year or so ago, I decided that a perfect 50th Anniversary gift for him would be my beautiful smile for him to look at for the next 50 years. After consulting with several orthodontists, I decided to go with Dr. Matt. I definitely made the right decision. He is adorable…so sweet, kind and knowledgeable…as is his entire staff. They are all so friendly and have made every effort to make me feel comfortable from the first day I walked in the office. His office is aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and state-of-the-art in technology. Scheduling appointments is so easy. They make every effort to work with your busy schedule and do an excellent job of e-mailing appointment reminders that I so appreciate. You should see the before and after pictures of my teeth! The difference is amazing! For the first time in my almost 70 year life, I am no longer embarrassed to show my teeth when I smile! It is never too early or too late to feel good about the way you look. If you are thinking about having your teeth straightened…do it! Today is the first day of the rest of your life. My husband and I cannot thank Dr. Matt and his staff enough for giving my husband the best anniversary gift ever…a wife with a beautiful smile!

I cannot recommend Olmsted Orthodontics enough! My daughter had a terrible overbite, I was sure she’d need teeth extracted, but she recently completed her treatment and now has an incredible smile without extractions! I believe this is only because Dr Matt and staff were willing to go the extra mile. The staff are incredibly kind and courteous, worked with us on finanacing, and every office visit was seemless, we never once were left waiting. Orginal forecast was that my daugther would be in braces for 24-30 months, she completed her treatment last month in almost exactly 20 months. Absolutely first class treatment and service.

This team is amazing! They provide what every mom is looking for…a warm and caring environment where their child truly knows they belong. Dr. Matt is attentive and gives his patients his undivided attention and his team; Kristen, Courtney and Shelby are so welcoming that you know immediately that they genuinely care for you. AMAZING is the word that describes this office. Everyone is sooooo nice!!! They are ALWAYS so accommodating when scheduling appointments around difficult school schedules. Every time I call the office, someone answers regardless of time and I have never experienced that. Dr. Olmstead explains everything in great detail and he offers Invisalign when other Orthodontists said we could only get the silver wire braces. Lastly, the office is beautiful. Thumbs up to everything about Olmstead Orthodontist!!!!

Getting your teeth straightened is not exactly an easy process. However, Dr. Olmsted and his colleagues make the whole process better. Being a patient of Dr. Olmsted for over two years has been an enjoyable experience. He is a very down-to-earth guy, and will work with your orthodontic needs. He has also helped me locate an orthopedic surgeon for my upcoming Wisdom Teeth removal. I highly recommend Dr. Olmsted for those looking for a caring and effective orthodontist.

I’m a 27 year old out of state transfer in the middle of treatment. I interviewed 6 other orthodontists in the area and Dr. Matt was the only one I felt comfortable with. I drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Matt because he and his team are professional, corteous, and always tolerate my rambunctious 4 year old who has to come with me. I love going here.

Customer Service: I don’t have enough good things to say about this practice. It’s located in Oak Ridge, which is a great location, and service is always prompt. There has never been a time when I’ve signed into the tablet at my scheduled appointment and waited any longer than 5 minutes. This is a stark contrast to any other medical office, since usually I’ll be there 10 minutes early and have to wait 20 minutes to an hour even with a scheduled appointment. Facilities: The office is always clean, and the reception area is inviting. Checking-in for an appointment is simple, there is an iPad located on the front desk with your name, They also have the latest in technology with an iTero scanning machine, which is the reason I heard about this practice in the first place. This digital scanning machine used for Invisalign make it easier to have a 3D version of your smile, which is used to run simulations of how to best achieve the result you want. In my case, it was required to have a few teeth extracted. Services: They do orthodontics for both children, teens, and adults [me]. They have traditional metal braces, ceramic braces, Invisalign, and others. Due to my circumstances as a young professional, I couldn’t afford to have traditional braces, and therefore opted for Invisalign. Results: Due to my severe crowding, I needed an extensive amount of aligners (68+). However, after a little over a year of following Dr. Olmsted’s instructions, I have my teeth almost completely straightened. I am about to enter my fine tuning period in order to make my smile even better. I am highly satisfied with the results thus far, and can’t wait for them to be even better! My only advice is to follow Dr. Olmsted’s orders as best as you possibly can, after all, that is what you are paying for!

What a caring Orthodontist Dr. Olmsted is.. My daughter got her braces put on and then needed an adjustment before the day was over.. He stayed after hours to take care of her and I really appreciate that. I know he has young kids at home, but thank him for making our 1st weekend in Braces less uncomfortable… Hands down he’s the best…

Dr. Olmsted strives to be an excellent orthodontist and he succeeds. Not only is he very friendly and able to put orthodontic terms in terminology that is easy to understand, but he will be glad to explain any technical details if asked to. I have had a unique experience thus far, as someone without dental insurance he has been very accommodating. One of the decisions I took was to fly to a foreign country in order to have the extractions he recommended for half the price. I thought I would face some animosity, but all I had was encouragement as well as wonder and enthusiasm. The procedure went well abroad and I was able to continue my treatment here as scheduled. The staff here is very friendly and thus far no issues have been encountered. I would definitely recommend Invisalign and Dr. Olmsted to a friend [and already have].
