My daughter had braces when she moved here, so I was beyond frustrated and angry when during a braces emergency ( she fell out of bed and her mouth landed on the corner of an open drawer) every orthodontist I called basically said that they wouldn’t see her to even address the emergency even tho she has Medicaid. I guess medicaid pays the entirety of cost for braces at the beginning, so these places just flat out refused to see her because they wouldn’t get paid. I’d called multiple places by the time I got to Olsen Orthodontics. Dr. Olsen offered to squeeze her in pretty much immediately to fix the issue and ensure she’d be ok until until I was actually able to get everything sorted out and get her in somewhere.
Well, now is finally that time. I just spent over an hour trying to track down the orthodontist office name, which involved scouring over Google maps for landmarks I remembered in the 90th and maple area and narrowing the search area bit by bit when I’d remember something….and the first thing I do is write this review months after the fact….yeah. Go there. Her team is pretty amazing too. Time to call for an appointment.

Kayla Kenny Conrad I want to say that we have had nothing but a great experience. I have two, yes two in braces right now and the staff is always very courteous, friendly and always on top of everything. When a bracket falls off or a wire pokes they will do what they can to get you in ASAP. Thank you so much

Dr. Olson and her team are the best. As an adult getting braces, I was more than a little nervous. They do everything they can to make the experience comfortable and efficient. The staff is very friendly and gentle. Best of all, I’m so pleased with my new smile!
