I want to thank Dr. Hafen and his staff. When Dr. Henslee retired, I have to say I was not happy. I had been with Dr. Henslee forever, or so it seemed. However, Dr. Hafen, Dr. Gonzalez and their staff have been wonderful. It is just a pleasant office, everyone is super nice. I have had several “dental emergencies” or at least they are to me. They always get me in somewhere to put my mind at ease…or whatever it takes to get some relief. Dr. Hafen has gone “above and beyond” by contacting me when I have a “long procedure.” He even contacted me when he was on vacation. Now that is someone who cares about my well being! My daughter has been going there since she was my grandson’s age, and now my grandson goes there. Recently, my daughter saw a hole on my grandson’s tooth, and she was worried about him because it looked deep. She contacted Dr. Hafen’s office and Dr. Hafen fixed it that same day. My grandson loves his staff as well and he just turned 8. Going to the dentist can cause a lot of anxiety, but my grandson is not afraid of going there for his cleanings and dental health. All of his staff are pleasant and professional. It is such a great place to go, and I am VERY HAPPY and PROUD to call them my Dentist office. (I am not from California, not sure why that is coming up. I am from Schertz).

Being a newcomer to San Antonio one of my first issues was finding a dentist as good as I left in Austin.  After searching for a couple of months a friend of mine and a patient of Dr. Hafen suggested I try Olympia Hills Family Dental.  I did and found a new dental home.  The atmosphere is one of “family”.  I left after my appointment so pleased.  Dr. Hafen is as gentle as they come.  I definitely feel that this is the place I belong.  Thank you Dr. Hafen and a thank you to his super staff.

Best dentist I’ve had in the last forty years.  Really cares about the patient, and patient’s concerns.  The  dentist always finds the best solution for the patient.  My whole family go here,  husband, wife,  and four kids.  They are really work with their clients,  not just the dentists, but the whole staff.  BTW,  I scared of dentist because of prior experiences with bad ones.  Do yourself a favor visit this office for your dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hafen for almost 10 years.  The team at Olympia Hills Family Dental always provides friendly and competent service.  Kristen is a fantastic hygienist and I always look forward to my routine care and cleaning appointments.  Dr. Hafen did an excellent job on my dental implant case and I am very pleased with the results.  I highly recommend Dr. Hafen and Olympia Hills Family Dental for all of your family’s dental needs.

I’ve been receiving care from this team for a little over two years now, and not only is the care provided during visits extraordinary, but the wellness checks following procedures and personal service in scheduling is something I’ve never experienced in a dental office before. They even remember your birthday… and yes, it comes with gifts! I can’t recommend Olympia Hills Family Dental enough!

Everyone at OHFD is amazing and welcoming! From the hygienist to ortho. It’s a very friendly environment and you can just feel the good vibes as soon as you walk in. Mae is especially amazing to me, she is such a beautiful person inside and out and has always been open to listening to me if I ever needed to just vent LOL I definitely recommend OHFD

Dr. Hafen and his staff are AMAZING!! They are thorough, kind and fun, yes fun to describe a dentist!! Capri has been my hygienist for a few years and she truly cares about what’s going on with me. Dr. Hafen and Dr. Gonzalez are caring and do what’s best for me and my family. I will come back to them any day!!

There was a time when I had terrible dental hygiene. Like many young adults, I simply didn’t put enough importance on it, or it slipped my mind all too often. Finally, when the need arose for some serious work, I was referred to (then) Henslee Dental. I was nervous as all hell. Take your average person’s fear of the Dentist, and multiply it by a thousand. Then, throw in some additional anxiety. That was me. Three years, two root canals, many fillings and two crowns later, I couldn’t be happier with how everything has turned out. These guys are seriously the best! From the friendly receptionists, to the excellent and caring hygienists, and finally Dr. Hafen and Dr. Henslee themselves. It truly feels like a familial atmosphere in there, and everyone is unabashedly genuine. They laugh, they have fun and most of all: they care. I have to give a special shoutout to Dr. Hafen. He’s the one I’ve worked with throughout this entire process on my road to better dental health. I’m probably not the easiest patient to care for, being so nervous and resistant to anesthesia. He made the process as painless as possible, and is always extremely conscious of how I’m doing. He even gives you a call to check up on you! I can’t say I no longer get anxiety if I need anything done, but he has definitely made the experience nothing less than fantastic. Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give Dr. Hafen and everyone else at Olympia Hills is that I’ve recently moved to California…yet I still come back here for all my dental needs whenever I am in town visiting. You can’t go wrong here. I’ll be sending family and friends over for years to come. 🙂

I absolutely love this practice and I’ve been coming here my entire life! I come to OHFD for my routine cleanings and have even had a root canal and two implants done here. For all of my major procedures, I had a little bit of anxiety going into the office. I mean needles and loud noises can be scary right?! Well, I’m elated to say Dr. Hafen and his staff did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable and at ease the entire time! He even checked on me via text after every appointment, which added a very special touch! As long as Dr. Hafen is at the helm of this practice I plan to be a part of it.. Just as I have been from the start! I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a practice that treats you with the care they would have for their own family to look no further and come here!! Thank you to Ms. Lisa, Xavia, Sam, Mae and especially Dr. Hafen for being my dental dream team!!

The best dentists and staff in San Antonio. Been to dentists in multiple states across the country and they are miles ahead on latest treatments. They are also the most caring and provided excellent follow up after all visits. Do you and your family a favor and try Olympia Hills you won’t be disappointed!!

Everyone is so friendly & caring. Was pleasantly greeted & assisted by Melissa at the front desk. She is very helpful. My hygienist Kristen is always prompt and does a wonderful cleaning. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Hafen & Dr.Gonzalez are super dentists. They always provide a great dental experience for me.
