My boyfriend had a dental emergency on a Sunday, and this business was able to treat and resolve the problem, including a pain prescription. I then made an appointment for myself for a check up and cleaning and was impressed by the customer service from all employees.    At each phase I was informed of what was being done, what concerns were present, prioritizing the future treatment.  I was provided with informative websites/brochures and financial information.  I have already paid for and scheduled an appointment to fix the most concerning issue.

Very pleased with my first visit. The office staff was very pleasant and friendly. The Dentist made me feel very comfortable and explained everything he was doing. The office was also very clean. I have found a Dental Office that has everything I have been looking for in terms of dental care and payment options. Thank you Dr. Mirelez.

I had a horrible tooth ache and needed to be seen immediately. They got me in right away, accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed me up the next day. (They would have fixed it same day but I needed time to let it sink in that I needed a tooth pulled. I have a fear of dental procedures). The entire staff is wonderful and made me feel welcome and comfortable even though I was nervous and scared about what needed to be done to fix my issue. They also provide routine visits and lots of other services. I will be going back. I liked this place much better than the last dentist I went to.

Such a great experience, from calling to schedule my appointment, to the actual visit. As someone who is uncomfortable at the dentist, I can say this place puts you at ease. The staff is SOOOO nice, the wait was short because they are really efficient. You can hear the receptionist updating the staff as soon as you come in so you know where you are in the process. Everything is communicated clearly and they aren’t pushy or salesy. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an experience worthy of a good review

Each person that I came in contact with was so helpful and they made the process so easy. Nancy at the front desk is amazing! Dr. Molina was great as well! I didn’t even feel a thing! Everyone in this office makes you feel at home which really eases your nerves. I can’t thank them enough! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would recommend this dental office to ANYONE!

Could not be more grateful for the care I received. From the woman who answered my call, to the assistant, to the dentist- they were so kind. To top it off- they treated me in the middle of the night on a Saturday! They gently brushed off my concerns that I was ruining their night and calmed me down throughout my procedure. I don’t know what I would have done without them, but now I am healing nicely. No one wants a dental emergency, but if you have one- this is the place to go

I will never forget how you helped me during the worst pain of my life. I was new to the valley and without insurance, had the worst pain ever and had to be seen or my brain would be seriously damaged from pain nerves. Those heroes saved me by not only setting me with the soonest emergency appointment in the whole valley but they also called me 2 hours after to notify me that I could be seen sooner and on a sunday and before memorial day, they truly told me we want you to enjoy your holiday and they meant it. When I arrived I had a dentist pricing paranoia. The front desk staff totally showed the opposite right away, she was very kind, respectful and understanding, calming and so explaining. The dentist and his assistant showed me what a true professionalism is and transparency. The dentist was so humble and he explained to me every single process and worked with my budget by offering a solid stable options. I will never see another dentist, they truly won me and I appreciate a great honest service like theirs alwasy.

I cannot express the gratitude I have for this office. I came into the office today 30 minutes before they were to close in severe pain and half my face swollen. The entire staff stayed an hour later after they closed to take care of me in my pain. Not one of them was annoyed or upset that they had to stay late on a Sunday and they made me feel very comfortable. Excellent care and excellent service. I will definitely be a long time customer. Update 8/24: I am floored with the customer service this team has provided. I do not think any business has made me feel so welcomed and taken care of. I was personally delivered to my house this wonderful package containing a beautiful cake, a personalized card, reusable bag, and a water cup! Best dentist ever.

Five stars! This place is truly amazing! The staff was wonderful! Took me in right away! The dentist was able to see me examine me took x-rays and explained what I would need done, answered every question I had! He was very understanding, they offer payment options, was able to receive antibiotics for my infected tooth, then able to put money down to book my appointment to be able to receive the care I need it for my tooth. Thank you!!!!

Great experience” and “dentist appointment” are not usually two phrases I pair together, but I am honestly INFATUATED with this entire business and everyone who works here. I was impressed with the staff from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment. At this point, I have spoken with every single one of the ladies who work the front desk, and every one of them is cheerful, articulate, and knowledgeable. I have now had x-rays done, a cleaning, even two wisdom teeth removals, and honestly — each one was a great experience, and I never thought I’d say that about dentistry, haha. The hygienists are sweet and gentle, and the dentist himself has been extraordinary; kind, excellent about explaining things without being condescending, very open and patient with all of my questions, and very attentive to how I was feeling/doing during each procedure. I have not personally encountered Dr. Mirelez (I believe it’s Dr. Gates who’s been helping me?) but I choose to believe he’s great, considering how excellently his business is run, and how incredible his staff is. Took a decade, but I finally found a dentist I LOVE! 😀

As an individual that is pessimistic about going to the Dentist, due to a horrific experience in the past. I have to say, from the moment I walked in the receptionists were very courteous and really began to make me feel at ease from the beginning. From the moment I was seen, every effort was given to make sure I was comfortable. Any question or concern was answered in a manner the was easily understood. I was informed of every possible scenario that could arise, and the outcomes. I left having had a upper left wisdom and the molar in front of it extracted. That was 5 hours ago and I feel great. Post surgery instructions were straight forward, and easily handled. Should I ever have the opportunity to refer someone to a Dentist, hands down this would be the 1. Excellent Staff, beyond Superb Service!!!! Forgot to mention I was a Walk-in, didn’t make a difference, received the same attention and hospitality as the patients with appointments!!!! I just cannot say enough about this office, their staff and their dentists!  Took my son’s gf because it was open on a Saturday when we got turned away from 2 Western Dental locations that she was supposed to have been scheduled for. It was her first dental visit ever and for wisdom teeth,  and the biggest concern for the dentist was to ensure she had a positive dental experience.  She did get antibiotics and pain meds at visit too. Today she had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and again everyone was kind, caring, professional and just amazing!  I have been in health care for 27 years so I am sensitive to customer service in this field. Thank you OnCall Dental for your compassion and kindness. You are a role model for the industry!

I highly recommend this Dental office. From the first person (cheri) I talked to on the phone, md billing lady, dds assistant, to the Doc himself were so informative and patient during my confused from pain. The Doc explained all my opinions as well as the pros and cons any decision. Hack, I even got a call from Doc last night to ask me if there was anything he could do for me in the time being knowing i was in pain. He told me he’ll be ready at 8am unless I needed er care. I thought they was exceptional service seeing I just set the apt at 4pm that same day and he called in the afternoon which brought ease to my mind knowing I was guna get fixed up in 12hrs lol. The work went quick n painless. Good job. Good people.

Phyllis greeted me ever so kindly early Saturday afternoon. This being my first venture to a medical office in this awkward time(COVID-19), I was 100% comfortable with effective social distancing methods in place. I soon met Tiffany who took extra special care of me, getting my stats and taking my x-rays and gently and efficiently. Dr Gates came to my chair side and gave complete options for my treatment, explained it all and then got to work. I must say that his chair-side/bedside manner is first rate….. and he has the kindest blue eyes.Treatment was made painless with sufficient amount of anesthesia and performed with ease. Following extraction, Tiffany again took extra special care of me and the whole time, of course I was unmasked, but never felt unprotected. Best dental experience to date. This was my first visit, but I’ve found my new dental office and would highly recommend them. By the way, I chose to get my appointment here due to the photo of the staff and Dr. Miralez’ extensive background. Teaching Physician’s (doctors who teach other doctors how to be good doctors) are the best. Looking forward to meeting the rest of the staff.

Dr. Mirelez is truly amazing and very knowledgeable. His staff is very professional and friendly. The office is very nice and high tech. The environment is calm and comfortable. I do not live in the area and unfortunately my dental insurance is not covered here, but because of how great Dr. Mirelez and his staff are, I travel to be seen at this facility and will continue to do so. I highly recommend!

My tooth ache started Saturday night! I’m from Visalia and everything in my area was closed, so I was thankful that Oncall Dental was open on Sundays!! Stuff there was very nice and very helpful. Thank you everyone who helped us out that day. I apologize I forgot the Dr.’s name, but he was very patient and great!!

Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I had extremely bad tooth pain and had to have 2 teeth extracted, the dentist offered me some procedures for optimal results but it was not in my budget at the time and they were very understanding. This is important because I’ve had some really pushy dentists in the past. Also, they protect your lips during procedures! I’d give more stars if I could!

This is probably the best dentist I’ve been to. The ENTIRE staff is working towards the same goal and that is to make sure YOU have a pleasant visit. Their dedication to that and their motivation really shows. They pay attention to all the small details that add up to a huge impact on your visit. -You will always be greeted by a kind person. The ladies in the front are really sweet and actually make conversation. -The office is CLEAN and smells AMAZING! It doesn’t smell like a bottle of sanitizer and bleach. – there is a keurig machine, magazines and comfy seats if you have to wait. – there was complimentary chapstick at the counter for your dry chapped lips When you get to the back, the awesome smells don’t go away. The dental assistants and so sweet and VERY knowledgeable. They get to know you as a person and not just as another set of teeth. When they take x-rays they use this handheld gun. So they can do x-rays and consultation all in the same chair! Today I got a root canal done and it was a great experience. The doctor gave me a shot and I didn’t even feel a needle go in!! He was so gentle and did a little shaking trick so I didn’t feel a thing. His assistant was on point with the suction thing and I didn’t choke on my spit not Once! She gave me ibuprofen and Tylenol BEFORE the treatment to cover me in case I had pain AFTER! She was really generous with the vaseline on my lips so they didn’t crack or chap. The doctor shined up my tooth so nice it’s probably my best tooth in my whole mouth now! Lol!! Why would I ever go anywhere else?!

I couldn’t sleep the night before because my toothache was horrible.  I wanted to take a drill bit and yank it out.  I’m so happy to have driven by OnCall Dental.  I walked in and everyone was amazing from the front office to the medical staff.  They got me in and fixed my tooth.  I can not recommend them enough

I started having a horrible toothache due to a wisdom tooth coming in and was in immense pain! I called Oncall Dental after reading all of these reviews and I can honestly say they were nothing short of amazing. I called at 8:30am yesterday and was sitting in the office at 10am. All staff are incredibly kind and are making sure that you are taken care of. Dr. Gates was such a great Dentist. I like many are incredibly fearful of have dental work done in general let alone an extraction of a wisdom tooth, but he spoke with calming, professional empathy. I’m also not insured for dental, but they do have a payment plan option, although I did not have to use it as their prices are very very reasonable. I’m so glad I picked them and if you were like me reading reviews wondering who to go to, I assure you that this is the place!
