Great service! The girl in the front is very nice and she always has a great smile to keep the day glowing. Also the dentist attend you with care because they care about your oral hygiene like everyone should. I recommend this place for anyone, both kids and adults would love this place because the service is always good and everyone there is friendly and nice.

I LOVE THIS PLACE I had not seen a dentist since I was 12 years old, yes, 10 years ago. I was terrified of them, and every time I would go by a Dental Clinic I would shiver. In Jan 2016 a toothache that had gone on for almost a year stop hurting. I didn’t realize my tooth had died!!! I bit into an apple and a almost half of my tooth had fallen of. The reason I went to Orange Family Dental was because of other reviews and my own sister’s experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease (did not hear anyone crying, lol). I had my consultation, and yes as I imagined, I had a lot of work to be done. I am still planning on coming back for all that other issues. In regards to my tooth, I decided it was best to have an implant, it seemed expensive at first, but considering that I am still young, I decided that it is better if I get the long term solution. Something that will last. There was no pain, no hassle and I received an amazing implant, if I smile you won’t be able to tell the difference. Dr.Tran and all his assistants were so nice and professional. I AM SO GLAD I CAME HERE P.S The entire place is remodeled, with the exception of some minor chairs here and there, but all in all everything is very clean

I love the customer service here! That’s why I’ve been coming to Dr Tran for almost 15 years! The best staff & Drs! I would recommend them always!!! If you guys need any dental work done, this is the place to come!!! If this dental office is too far for you, they also have another office on Orange Ave right next to Fairmount! All the lovely staffs will accommodate you with your needs ! They always try their best to help you! Dr Tran, Dr Nguyen, and Tony, treated me like a long lost friend. Reyna coordinated it all. A year and a half had gone by since the last visit and they remembered particulars that l forgot we had discussed. I was referred to Orange Family Dental through a friend. I hadn’t been to the dentists in over ten years and had developed extreme pain over the course of a weekend. Dr Tran took my case immediately and started the treatment on my infected tooth/root canal. I was in so much pain I just wanted my tooth extracted but Dr Tran educated me the importance of saving my tooth. It was not a fun process however dr Tran along with his wife (she is a dentist too) and staff made the process as pleasant as they could . They worked around my schedule, helped set me up with Patients Solution (a lending/finance program) and even allowed me to split some of the cost between treatments. Three years later, I’ve had two additional root canals (not proud of) totaling three!Each and every experience has been just as good as the first if not better. I am now at there new location in Santee and it is very lovely atmosphere. This location has had a lot of remodeling done since I was there and I was very impressed with the new look. Every Dr who has treated me at this office has been wonderful. I do not like going to the dentist (hints..10 plus years without dental treatments=3 root canals) but I do enjoy the service I receive. I recommend Dr Tran 100%. His staff is also just as amazing. They are patient and kind and always willing to try and be flexible with scheduling.

Orange Family Dental is like an extension of my family. I have been going to this dental office since I was 9 years old (I am 28 now) and have always had a positive experience. I moved away for a couple years and had horrible experiences at other Dental offices where they bullied me into accepting unnecessary treatments at a high price. This experience made me appreciate Orange Family Dental even more! Dr. Tran and his staff will tell it to you straight and work with you to make your dental health a priority, at a reasonable price. Came here as an emergency for a broken/infected tooth. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and be seen. Friendly front desk ladies and doctors were knowledgeable of what I had going on. As a result I continued to use them to undergo my cavity treatments and root canels. Everything was smooth to the point, doctors works so well on my treatments. If seen all 3 of them, each with their own style but very good at what they do. I am currently in the process of getting braces as well!!

This is the best dental clinic that I have ever hone to. This place is really great and always leaves you with the best results the people hear are very friendly and make you feel in good hands. They always leave you satisfied with your teeth and you leave with a bigger smile. They are very nice and if you can’t make it your appointment they will change it they won’t bug you about it and if they do for some reason it is probably because it is urgent and they care for your teeth and for you so I really recommend this place and there are many great things about this place. You won’t know the full experience until you go and if it’s for kids they are in great hands. My smile is better than ever

When I needed to find a dentist in SD I called about 4 or 5 different places to get information and as soon as I spoke to the lovely receptionist at Orange Family dentist I knew I had found the right one. They were so informative, gave me the right info and didn’t make it complicated. The outside of the building doesn’t reflect the inside – clean, organized and inviting. The reception team are so polite and friendly … Daniel goes out of his way to know everyone’s names and I feel welcome every time I go for my appointments. I work in hospitality, so I have very high standards and they are definitely met here! Dr Tran and his team are amazing … he runs his team so efficiently and has trained them all to such a high standard in dentistry but also in customer service. They specialize in all areas of dentistry and I am halfway through a full cosmetic reconstruction and I am loving the process. Dr Tran gives me clear timelines and he takes he through every step in detail. If you are looking for a new dentist, I would 100% recommend coming here.

Love this plqce the staff here treat my children very well. They give my kids money for teeth extractions, I dont know if they do that for everyone. My kids are not afraid of getting shots unlike when they went to western dental, here at Orange Family dental they take there time and do it right.
