I couldn’t be more happy with finding this dentist office. I found them of course on yelp and made my husband a appointment because of the reviews. He went to the appointment and he really liked the service they provide. The staff is nice the receptionist is sweet and caring. Since we liked it so much I decided to make my daughter who is five a appointment. I take her to a pediatrician and she has a cavity that needed to be treated but her pediatrician wouldn’t allow parents in the room during the procedure. Which I do not like at all. So we decided not to get her work done threw our pediatrician. I took my daughter here for her work on her cavity the dr was supper nice she informed me she doesn’t have nitro gas only numbing and local anesthetic. But the best part was I was able to be with my daughter and comfort her. Which I didn’t need to she did so good and the dr was amazing with talking to my daughter in such a kind and gentle way. I would highly recommend her for your children’s dentist appointments I will be bringing my other children here in the future for visits and check ups. Thank you so much not just doing a great job but taking care of your patience

Great dentist and excellent staff, They streamlined the process of registering us, insurance approval and got us exactly what our responsibility was , ABSOLUTELY NO SURPRISES which is rare to find. Dr. Aleissa started with my 6 year old who had 2 previous dentist visits in New York and California and lets say he wasn’t enthusiastic about this one, she did his fillings, advised us not to do unnecessary things that that we planned on doing ” lack of knowledge on out part” but thanks to Dr. Aleissa, we saved money and time, she had the expertise and patience and my son was very happy and so are we.
Then my wife and I both had LOTS of dental work to do and the team at Orange gentle dental prioritized what needs to be done now and what can be remedied without fillings or crowns and what can wait. We can finally say we found our family dentist at the Orange Gentle Dental and Dr. Aleissa and her amazing team and we are coming back for sure

Just got my teeth cleaned and x-rayed. Feels great! Dr. Aleissa is very competent, professional and thorough. The staff is friendly and efficient. Many dentists will try to “up sell” you by telling you you need a deep cleaning or an expensive rinse that you don’t need. I went to the office in Irvine off Jeffery Rd. By far this is one of the best locations that I’ve been to since I’ve been here in California. I’ve been to two other dentist offices and I felt like they were not in my best interests. The staff and the doctor are very friendly at Orange Gentle Dentist at the Irvine location. It a nice and friendly environment they play all the music. Dr. Aleissa is very patient and friendly she knows her stuff. I went to the Irvine location on Jeffery rd and absolutely loved it ! I absolutely loved how they respected my time and were on schedule with the appointment. I’m horrible at X-Rays but Jessica the assistant was patient, kind, and understanding. It went smoothly she calmed my nerves! The Doctor was great, she was super detailed ,honest and kept it simple when explaining what had to be done. I like that they weren’t pushy in selling stuff too.. Can’t wait to go again!!!!!

Today was our first time at this office. It had been recommended by a close friend. I wasn’t loving our last place and I was looking for a change. I took my three kids in for their check ups and I am so glad we came here. My kids were nervous and scared. So it made me nervous and I tried to calm them down. A Dentist appointment always gives them jitters but the team here was so incredible. Luz and Karen gave them a huge welcome, they were so sweet and helpful. Mary and Manica took such great care for them as they went through with the check up. They kept them calm and made them feel safe. They would explain everything that was to be done before they began and they joked with them. I had my check up done as well and still they made the process great and I appreciate the the good experience.

I have now been coming to this dentist for the past 3 years and the overall experience is welcoming, aware of their patients needs and kid friendly. At 3 years old I began bringing my oldest and she now at 6 years old she enjoys coming to see the dentist. I had my first appointment here yesterday 12/10. Mind you, this was a same day appointment since I was in a lot of pain from a Tooth infection. When I called in to see if they could take me same day the receptionist who answered was super nice and helpful. When I got there I checked in and they called me in within 20 minutes! The dental assistant who took my Xrays was also really nice too! The receptionist was sweet enough to take my 4 month old baby to the front office with her while they took my xrays. I felt very comfortable there and didn’t feel like the dentist was just in it for the money like most places are. There all very caring and I have definitely found my new go to Dentist office!!

I want to immediately point out that I am TERRIFIED at the idea of seeing a dentist. But despite my sentiment towards their practice, the staff and Dr. Dina made me feel like they were doing everything possible to make me feel at ease. They were very communicative from start to finish, always insisting that I let them know if I ever feel any form of discomfort during my treatment. They honored my appointment and there was very little wait time throughout their process, and their level of professional conduct was second to none. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a number of years, so I had to get some cavities filled. Despite the fact that I’m a macho man, the doctor insisted on ensuring that I felt no pain. She did not let me get off of that chair until I felt completely comfortable with my bite and I had zero complaints. Not that I am looking forward to it (sorry Doc!), but I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else for my follow up appointments. They’re truly the best in the business!

I went to the office located in Irvine by Jeffrey Rd in the Cypress Village Shopping Center and I honestly had a great experience earlier today. Everyone in the office is nice and respectful. I called in on a Friday morning, dreading to hear that they would not be able to see me after work hours as i had been experiencing pain.The young lady (Luz) who answered was very understanding and very courteous, she promptly reassured me that they would take care of me and that i would be ok (needless to say that made me feel better all on it’s own). Dr. Aleissa have been my dentist for years and since I moved to Dallas I have been to several dentists but still not finding a provider with the same quality.. What I like about this dentistry the most is how cooperative they are and they work with complete professionalism.
